This is a cute vest and seems very warm. I received this as a gift in size medium and had to exchange for a large. Im an average size 8 but like a little room to wear a hoodie underneath. I recommend this vest.

This vest is exactly what I was looking for. It is warm, form fitting, flattering style and fasionable. I wear it over almost any under layer. Can't wait to run in the cold weather in it. I would buy it again.

This vest is awesome! I am 5’1 and weigh 120 and am hippy. I ordered a small and held my breath. It fits perfectly- comfortable on my hips and falls just below my waist. I love it!

I bought one of these vests for myself a year ago. My daughter liked it so much she started borrowing it, so I had to buy one for her as well!

I ordered based upon the size chart and I am pleased with the fit. I purposely wanted the fit to be a bit loose so I could wear the vest over long sleeve somewhat bulky shirts or sweaters. Looks good and feels good. Good weight for 'in between' weather.

This is comfortable and warm but runs small because it is more fitted. If you want to wear a sweat shirt or sweater under it, I would go up a size. I wear small tops and felt the small vest did not give me enough room to layer. I returned the small and got a medium which fits well over layers and I love it!

This is the perfect go to vest for fall/spring. Keeps you a little warm but not for the real cold months. I’m always a medium/8 and fit is perfect!

Best fitting down vest. I’m 5’9” 138 lbs 34C athletic build and tried both S and M. The S fits perfect when wearing either t-shirt or thinner sweatshirt/sweater under.

This is my first North Face vest. It's taken me a while to find one I absolutely love. This one is not too poofy, sits just below the hips, has pockets and so comfortable to wear. The day it arrived, I wore it the entire day while I taught class and then at home when I was outside raking leaves. I ordered the black with gold lettering and the inside has a splattering of gold throughout the inside of the best. I plan to purchase another one because of the fit, style, and price.

I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!! Since it's on sale, I'm going to buy another one, in case North Face dares changes it! I use this vest for so many things, and it's my go-to on a flight because planes are always cold, I can kind of wedge my hands into the pockets when I'm sitting in any airplane seat just so... and sleep. It's like my personal adult swaddle :) My old one was kind of shiny, and this one is more matte, and I LOVE how the logo is dark. The materials are so soft and awesome. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

Love the nuptse vests. I have 4 now, my dog ate my last one. I have about 10 other vests that are nice but the nuptse is my go to vest. It keeps me warm and toasty all winter. I hate wearing a bulky coat while driving and my vest makes me comfortable. I was hesitant about buying this vest as it was more expensive by a lot for the same black vest that you sell. Was I called a representative to find out the $37 difference. We went through the descriptions and couldn’t find anything different between the two except one northface embroidery was black and one was gold. Because of Zappos wonderful return policy, I choice the gold embroidery. I was pleasantly surprised that the lining was a beautiful black and gold design. I kept the one I ordered and was pleased that I can tell my vest apart.

Bought this to replace an old Nuptse Vest. A classic piece of kit that lasts years. Warm, comfortable, practical. Awesome.

Absolutely love these vests! This is my third one, only because I wanted another color. The other two are still holding up great. Insanely warm and good for layering in the winter. Can't beat 'em!
