Soft, flexible and supportive - I had tried this on in a store that didn't have my size so was thrilled to find my size at Zappos. I have foot problems and so have only been able to wear athletic shoes for the last few years. This shoe has enough padding and support that I can wear it for a day or two without causing a flare up in my troubles.

Comfort and style in camel color, but read full review!!! I purchased this in the camel color last fall. At first, I thought it felt a bit wide and did not wear it for several days except around on carpet trying to decide whether to return it. One morning I had on a tan pantsuit getting ready for work and decided to risk it. What a dream! I loved them from day one and had several compliments. I have really hard to fit feet that hurt when I have on the wrong shoes. These have just the right amount of arch support and work with my high instep. I love the light elastic - they are slightly loose, so they give me lots of "wiggle" room, but stay on my feet well and never bind. The camel pair has become my new "neutral" shoe, so I bought this in black. Amazing difference. If I had purchased the black pair first, I would never have bought another one. The leather is nowhere near as soft and supple. Instead of looking fashionable, they come off looking somewhat "old woman"-ish and the elastic seems to rub a bit by the end of the day. My toes always feel cramped. I have worn the black ones over and over hoping to soften the leather up and they are my current black shoes, but I have no idea why the color would make this much difference.

Perfect little flat - I was looking for some basic, comfy black flats to wear to work (in a business casual environment), and I was so excited to find these. They are simple but cute, but the best part is how comfortable they are. They have the nicest cushioning I have ever felt! Also, the back has a little elasticizing/rouching so that it stays snug on your heel so it won't slip off.

Love... this... shoe! I bought this shoe for a trip where I knew I'd be doing a lot of walking, would be wearing many skirts and dresses, and wanted to look a step above casual. They were perfectomundo! Always comfortable, they hugged my feet like a wonderful glove. When they got wet in a rainstorm, they were a bit tattered looking, but once they dried, they were as good as new. What a pretty, comfortable, versatile little shoe! FYI - I have narrow feet and these are ballerinas that I'm able to wear with maximum ease...

Great flat - I bought the shoe for my mom who has a wide, yet small foot. Because of the cut and the elastic in the heel area, she found the shoe to be both comfortable and fits snugly. All in all, the shoe was a "hit" and I definitely would make the purchase again.

Great everyday shoe - I have these in black and really enjoy them. Some people have complained about the binding cutting into their heels - I dealt with this by wearing mine with socks while I was breaking them in. It stretched out the elastic a little further, and now I wear them around all the time with no problems at all. Super comfortable!

8 1/2 ww black - The leather is very soft and the shoes feel good. The toe area is a little tight for my fat toes. Hoping this area stretches some more but I still like them enough to keep them.

Sooooo Comfy!!! This shoe has GOT to be the most comfortable one I own. I have a very wide foot, but this fits like a glove and is absolutely true to size. Just wish it was available in more colors - want to order more, but not available in my size any more. Please bring them back!!

AHHHHHHHHH Comfort - I have extra wide feet and have a horrible time finding a quality shoe that is comfortable and has good support. I have found it in this shoe. The sizes are true to fit, extra wide is extra wide, not a D width. This is a great little shoe for anywhere.

Totally Comfortable - This shoe is awesome, fits well, looks nice and is so comfortable. Can wear all day long!

Comfy and Cute - I love this shoe. It was exactly what I was looking for, don't let other reviews fool you. I'm a 7 1/2 with a narrow heel and the elastic on the back of this shoe is just the right amount. I wore them to work and was on my feet teaching 10 years olds for 7 hours and got nary a blister or new shoe wound.

These shoes are LOVE - Oh, how I love these shoes. I have a hard to fit foot-due to a break a few years ago. I have looked high and low for comfortable shoes; I am a teacher that stands on concrete floors all day. I also wear a 10.5, what I assume is the forbidden size, since very few manufacturers make them! So, when I found them on line I bought a black and brown pair. These shoes are true to size. They fit like a glove. They have a very cushiony sole. I usually add inserts. With these, I didn't have to do so. I wore them the first day, without breaking them in, with no socks. I had no blisters. They didn't rub or in anyway chafe. They actually conform to your foot with the way they are designed; they are kinds of curled up when you buy them, ready to mold to your foot with the buttery leather. It's like when well made jeans mold to your body. These "suction" to your sole and they feel like wearing a sock. I have not had shoes like this before. It is pretty clever. I plan on buying 2 more pairs in palamino and the navy color-if I can find them. If not, I'll get the tan. I give them 5 stars or two thumbs up! Great shoes!

Comfy flat - This shoe is really comfortable! It's kind of sporty looking yet "pretty" enough to easily wear with a nice skirt. The padding in the foot bed really makes for a soft step.

Love ‘em like most everyone else... Comfy, sturdier sole than most flats - more support, versatile, looks great with jeans, pants, etc. It took a day to break them in, but after that, they have been great!

Heel Ouchies Fixed! Bought these shoes and LOVE them. However, within the first few minutes of having them on, I began to feel the elastic digging into my heel. I took a seam ripper, unstitched two or three stitches on either side of the heel and cut the elastic (on both shoes). That gave me the comfort I need. I wear these shoes everyday, walking on concrete and up and down stairs and they are more comfortable than anything I've had in a long time - after I did a little "surgery" on the elastic.

I have long been a fan of Naturalizer shoes, but these shoes were not a true narrow. They gave me blisters and corns. They should be returned to the manufacturer. Zappos customer services, as always, is excellent.

It fits - I have an extra wide foot, high instep and a lot of swelling, not to mention heel spurs. I was thrilled that this shoe fits and it is comfortable. I tried wearing them at work, walking around the building all day in them and not a single problem. They are lightweight and most importantly fit my foot in every aspect. I think I will get them in each color.

Not bad for a flat - These are fairly comfortable. They don't feel like tennis shoes, but they're probably the best ones I have found for work. I did have to stretch them out a bit (one week of wearing did the trick). You can walk around the office in these and walk to and from the train stations, but I would not recommend walking more than 1 mile in these shoes. They hurt if you're walking a long distance since there isn't as much padding in a flat. Overall, they seem to be the most comfortable flat I have found.

You'll love these shoes! I've been having pain in my heels due to wearing flip-flops too much. I wanted a comfy shoe that would still be easy to get on and off, but also looks good with jeans or pants. This fits both requirements!

These are great shoes! They don't fall off like so many flats do. They are soft so my bunions and arthritis don't bother me wearing them.

Great shoe - Very comfy and look just like the pic shown. They look a little granny like but so comfy that I don’t care.

Most comfortable shoe ever! I love this shoe. So much so that I bought them in red, black and beige. I have a wide foot and there was a little discomfort across the top of my foot at first, but they broke in quickly... felt good enough to wear right out of the box. They are like walking on clouds and cute and basic enough to dress up or down.

Way Too Wide - Certainly this is a well-made shoe, but there is absolutely no truth in advertising when it comes to labeling this shoe a Slim/AAA. It is as wide as a B width, nothing even slightly narrow about it.

Comfortable shoes, I purchased them in brown and black. It seems the brown pair are slightly wider even though both are the same width, however this does not alter my satisfaction with these comfortable shoes.
