I have had difficulty for years trying to find shoes that are comfortable and aren't too "old lady" looking. This is one of those great finds. The leather is extremely soft and doesn't bind anywhere. I have the beginnings of a bunion on one foot and this was perfectly comfortable on it even at the end of the whole day. Great with both skirts and pants.

Great flat - I have a ton of feet problems (bunions, flat feet, rolling ankles) and have been looking forever for a nice shoe to wear to work. I need a pretty extensive foot & calf surgery and have been trying to hold off as long as possible. These are the only shoes I could find that have soft enough leather to conform to the shape of my foot and still look attractive. I had a little problem with rubbing on my heels the first couple of days, but since then they've felt great. I have since ordered in black as well. I would definitely recommend this shoe.

Somebody is finally thinking - I love the ballet look of shoes these days. The problem is not many manufacturers are putting enough thought into the shoe. Everybody's foot is different, so to get a good fit that will stay on your foot as you walk is a real challenge, which is why I think the mary jane is also very popular. The strap holds the shoe on in most cases. The Naturalizer's Creston caught my eye because they actually thought to put some elastic around the shoe. It does not bulge open when you walk; the heel of the shoe does not slip off as so many shoes do. For me this worked and I am glad Zappos got a pair in my size. So many others who are selling this style were out of stock as was Zappos, who were right on the spot of letting me know they got one in and saved it for me. This shoe fits well, is comfortable and I still need heal guards to stay on, but it is after trying on lots of others made very well.

Comfy and stylish - The fit was perfect. The most comfortable shoe I've worn in a long time. They are lightweight, very flexible, and cushiony. I like them so much, I have two colors.

Love these shoes! I wear a large size (12) and have had to recently go to a Wide. I am sorry for the ladies who haven't had success with these shoes. However, for me, these have been the most comfortable flats I have ever owned. I find them to be a simple cute shoe that can be worn a little more dressy or casual. I am glad a bought them in two colors!

Cute and comfortable! Love this little flat! More support than a typical ballerina flat and so soft at the same time. Elastic allows for the swelling we all sometimes experience but is not tight. Good casual basic. GET MORE COLORS in 10 W!!!

Creston flats - I ordered these shoes with my impending shoulder surgery in mind. I won't be able to tie shoes but I wanted something which would not slip. These shoes are easily slipped on with a non-slip sole and are very comfortable in addition. Could not ask for more!

Quick shipment and comfortable shoe - Was skeptical to order from Zappos at first, but I have hunted for this shoe for three months. Even though I ordered after 5pm on Monday, my order came on Tuesday before 5pm. The shoes are very comfortable. I thought they would be too narrow, but turns out they are a perfect fit.

Comfortable, but the cinching at the back gives me blisters!!! Not that great...

For comfort with a feminine profile - Needed a comfortable shoe after foot surgery. This shoe is more stylish and comfortable than most orthopedic types. Can be worn with skirts and pants. The black color can be worn with suits as it has a feminine profile and still provides comfort. If you have foot or comfort problems, I suggest ordering a half size larger (for toe problems) or the wider width for bunion problems. I am usually a size 7.5B. The 7.5C was perfect for my slightly swollen right foot and was not too loose on my good left foot. I wish more shoes came in C width as some shoes marked B are very narrow, even on my good foot. D width is truly a wide shoe overall. Ladies with only slightly narrow feet should be quite comfortable with the B width especially if they are on their feet a lot. Shoe is very bouncy with good support and quite comfortable. I work in sales on my feet all day. I gave five stars for the look as I'm rating this in a comfort shoe category.

Almost like being barefoot! It’s very light, very comfortable except for at the heel. I got blisters and have had to use a Band Aid whenever I wear them. Even with the Band Aids, I would get these shoes again. They are almost like being barefoot.

Comfy - I love these shoes! I chase my little ones all day long and these make each step easier.

Sporty, comfy, in style - Great fit for size 4. Even though I have a high arch, it felt comfy. Looks smarter than sneakers and well padded for my arch as I work in a library and am on my feet a lot! I liked the black so much that I ordered the red and cream colors also!

I bought this shoe in black and it looks sufficiently professional for me. I can walk to work in this shoe AND stand on my feet for 8 hours. There is no pinching or pain afterwards either. My only complaint is it is not very stylish.

Hurts the back part of ankles - I love the style, I love the material and for the most part it’s comfortable...but after walking around in the house for a couple hours of comfort testing, the back of both my ankles really hurt. I have wide, small feet so its hard to find shoes that fit this good so I think I will just settle on buying those padded stickers to prevent the pain rather than return the pair altogether.

I was looking for a simple brown flat that wouldn't show "toe cleavage." I'm a standard 8B (worked in a shoe store for years so I know my size well), and the medium width was too narrow. There is no give to the shoe upper. The wide width was a better fit. No heel slip in the bigger width, thankfully. Comfortable, simple flat.

I have owned this shoe in brown for a year and it's my go-to flat. I wear a wide and in the brown I needed a WW. I ordered the black in the same size as my brown ones and they are way too narrow and are being returned.

Very comfortable Naturalizer flats. No nylons needed. Good support to walk miles in Italy. Bought a second pair on returning home. The only caution is if you have a wide foot they may be tight in the front. Are simple and cute, can be dressed up or down.

The foot top area felt really tight, and pinched when taking a step. Otherwise pretty comfortable with decent padding under the foot.

Very comfortable, except the band across the toes. I took them to a shoemaker to have them stretched, but to no avail. If I had tried these on in a store, I would not have bought them.

Org. purchased in Oct 2012, I wear the show maybe 1x per week. They are very comfortable but the seam is coming apart from the shoe. Not what I would have expected. Be careful when purchasing that this could happen.

I wear wide shoes. I ordered these in wide and returned them. They were far too narrow across the toe line. The rest of the shoes fit well, they covered the entire toe and all toe cracks and the heel of the shoe was well cushioned and stretchy.

These are cute but too snug. I usually wear a 10½ and these were just too tight. Half a size more would probably be good but the heel will be too loose.

Was looking for dress shoes for a young lady. These were the least cute of her options when on. Fit was comfortable.

Because I have long narrow feet it is difficult for me to find flats that fit, but this shoe is perfect. The elastic upper provides secure fit without digging into my foot and I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of cushioning in the foot bed. I would definitely recommend this shoe, especially if you have narrow feet.
