I bought these about a year ago and they are so cute and soft but they do cut in in the front. I toughed it out and now they are super comfy! they stretched quite a bit and although I need a little more support I can wear them to work or for an evening and I want them in every color! Especially the yellow!

These are really cute, so I'm going to try ordering a full size larger than I normally wear in an effort to find one that fits. I started with a 7.5WW, since I've had trouble with Naturalizers fitting smaller than other brands (I normally wear a 7 in an extra-wide width), but that one was still too small. Crossing my fingers that the 8WW will fit! I do have bunions--one repaired, one not--but I think these shoes are soft and flexible enough to accommodate both my odd-shaped feet. Crossing my fingers! Finally a flat shoe I can wear! Many thanks to Zappos for the many deliveries and returns. Customer service par excellence! I ordered this shoe in the wide width because the low cut on the vamps of almost all flats rubs against my bunion. This is the least abrasive of all I have tried. Although the shoes are comfortable, I'm not sure I could walk long distances in them as there is little arch support.

Didn't need a Dr. Scholls insole in this shoe like I do most. True to size, a true narrow show, doesn't slip on my heel at all. However, still a big snug and slightly pinchy on the top of my foot after a few days of wear. It is getting better as the shoe stretches. Would buy again.

I bought a 12W. Very impressed with the extra padding, but the shoes felt a bit narrow and where the top of the shoe hit my foot, it was a bit snug and would rub when I walked around, making for a sore foot after only a few minutes. Still a fairly comfy shoe to wear to the store after a bit of breaking in, but if I wanted to wear it to work, I'd probably order them a bit wider and/or up half a size, if you are able. The heel is designed well so if the shoe runs a bit large, your heel won't be flopping out of it.

Comfortabe shoe, if you order one size wider than you need. A M really needs a W. A little too plain looking for me.

This shoe is comfortable right out of the box, love the WW width and cushion in the bottom. I just need a half size or full size smaller in this width, but unfortunately, the red color is much brighter than in the picture. I don't need black, brown or navy so now I don't know what to do. I wish the red was more cranberry like in the picture.

Once I got the right size, they're quite comfortable. The little tab in the back likes to go into the shoe when you slip them on, but other than that, no complaints.

These are decent looking comfort shoes. However, they didn't fit like a wide, so I had to return them. I typically wear medium width, so these must really run narrow.

These shoes are great for traveling. They are comfortable right out of the box and go with everything. They have a great rubber sole which makes them a good walking shoe. I walked all over France in them this fall and never had a problem. I wore them with slacks and skirts with black tights. Although they are not as cute as a ballet flat, they are a good alternative when you know you have to do a lot of walking.

These aren't the most fashionable shoes ever, but they more than make up for that in terms of sheer comfort. I only wish that they didn't have the tab at the top of the back of the shoe. It sometimes looks weird.

I'm a 10.5 and I ordered a 10.5. It wasn't too short or too narrow...just too tight in the toe box somehow. Maybe, like other reviewers said, it was the fact that the toe turns up? I thought they were cute and otherwise comfortable, but just not quite right, and they're going back.

I have worn Naturalizers before, and can't understand why this pair is so small. I normally wear an 8W but the pair I have just doesn't fit correctly. They are great shoes. I want them to fit well! But after about an hour, my feet are pinched and I need to take them off. So this review is mostly to warn others about the size issue - order at least a half size up!

I ordered this in both 9 and 9.5 Slim. I have a narrow foot and after about 7 attempts at getting a ballet flat I thought this would be it. It is great except it cuts across the top of my foot. Alas, my search must continue.

Just opened the box and put these shoes on and am trying to decide whether or not to return them. Someone in an earlier review mentioned that they cut in on the top and they were absolutely correct...other than that, the shoes are super comfy. Not too fancy or anything; kind of plain which is why I put 4 stars on "style". I am hoping that they will loosen up a bit over the bridge of my toes and I can keep them!

Got to wear around Europe. Still in the break in period - the backs of the shoes dig in a ton at first and then stretch out. Pretty comfortable but not too cute.

Size 9 was a little short, but otherwise it's a very comfortable shoe. Also, the brown is not as dark as it looks online.

These shoes are super cute and the foot bed is really comfortable. I unfortunately had to return them because I initially ordered a narrow because my feet often are too narrow for most flats, but these shoes were so narrow I could barely get my foot in! I was going to exchange for a wider one, but they don't have my size. I may check back later and get them once they have my size, because these seem like they would be really comfy and they're very cute!

So I'm having a hard time describing these shoes. They are really roomy, but actually very true to size. Maybe even a little short in length. I normally wear a 9 and I ordered a 9.5 and they fit great. At the end of day when my feet are swollen they are perfect. Earlier I can put an insole in them and they fit great as well. Love the flexibility. Great for wide feet!

These are sturdy, flexible in the ball of the foot, and neutral enough to go with a lot of things. But, they are also a little, um, mature looking. They look a little too much like shoes for someone a few decades older than me. Not a youthful shoe, but great for someone else.

I have been searching for this shoe for over 4 years! I bought the earlier incarnation of this shoe back in 2007 or 2008 at TJ Maxx. I loved this shoe. I saw a pair a year later but never thought to get them, thinking they'd last forever or something! Anyway, I have been hunting various shoe sites and at the Naturalizer store, hoping they'd bring this shoe back into production. And lo and behold, they did after many years. But this shoe is different from the earlier version. This one covers more of your toe area. And this makes them pinch your foot bones, especially the bone at the base of your big toe and the area on top of your foot. So I wish they had stayed with the earlier version in this respect. I think this shoe is less flattering than my other ones. On the other hand, this version has a bit more heel support. The shoe is more solid and sturdy around the heel. The mid-section of the shoe feels about the same. I am pretty sure this shoe will loosen up with wear. I was hoping they'd fit exactly the same because I was ready to buy 2 more pair for backups. But I don't love them quite enough to do that. I had been searching for a ballet-type flat to replace my holey Naturalizers for years. I wanted another shoe that went well with workout wear (e.g., knit pants and capris) as well as jeans and shorts. This shoe is very versatile -- not too much toe cleavage and it's wearable for hours. I am glad they brought it back!

Nice little running around shoe for errands. It does not provide alot of support. I plan on trying an arch support insert to see if it helps.

This is a good looking "comfort shoe." I wish it fit! It felt a little tight on the sides and a little short. I'd order it in a bigger size and give it a try, but I don't think that would fix the sides.

I'm writing this review prior to buying my third pair of these shoes, a third year in a row. I walk at least five miles a day, two and from work and everywhere in between, and I want to look stylish and for my stylish shoes to be comfortable. These are the best ballerina flats I've found. I have high arches, and the arch support in these flats is unique. My biggest complaint is that the leather wears off on the toe. This has happened to each of my two pairs.

They really had a comfortable foot-bed, however the narrow just wasn't quite narrow enough to keep on my feet without socks. They're not the most exciting style around, I thought they looked good with jeans and pants, but for some reason wasn't crazy about them with a skirt. Still a little sad they didn't fit, since they were comfortable, at least during my testing around the house, except for the heel was just too wide without socks for me.
