I have more than one Pacsafe bag. I was slightly disappointed in this one: the pocket for a water bottle is only large enough for a small bottle, the bottom of the pocket is not gusseted so the bottle tends to lean, and the so-called umbrella pocket is a joke - I use it for my cell phone (nothing larger will fit) and for a secure bag I do not like putting my cell in an open pocket that is basically behind me. It would have been nice if they had used the nice microfiber material as they did on my other bag; this one is more like a canvas type. The video shows two pockets on the back of the bag; mine has one that is perfect standard envelope size, great for paperwork or mail. I do sew, so I was able to expand the water bottle pocket a bit to fit my Bean Canteen. However it is not something I would do again. Other than that I love my Pacsafe bags and would get another one if I could find one with all my needs. Other than the issues I mentioned this is a great bag and I use it daily.

I took this on a 2-week trip to Europe as well. It\'s a very plain-looking bag, but it gave me a lot of peace of mind during my constant traveling. Simple features such as the clip at the top that attaches the zipper to the end of the bag were a big help in ensuring my personal belongings were safe. I kept a PSP (PlayStation Portable - for wireless internet access), my wallet, a small phrasebook, an iPod, and a small notebook inside my bag at all times, and had plenty of room. The outside pockets would have been more useful had they been larger. I did find the umbrella/water bottle pockets to be useful on lots of sightseeing tours. As with other reviewers, I think it would have been more comfortable with a better-padded shoulder strap.

Pacsafe Citysafe in Italy - Size of bag was perfect for carrying all travel essentials including more than 1 tour book, a wine bottle at 1 time. Would have liked the 2 outside zippered pockets to be only 1 big one or open up to be one big one- not so useful as they are. Liked having the outside end pockets and the zippered ones inside. The strap did dig into the shoulder especially when really packed up; a moveable part of the strap with more padding would be more comfortable. Happy with my purchase.

This is a decent bag. The construction feels sturdy and the security features are reassuring. Despite the flat profile, this bag can fit quite a bit. I currently have in my bag: Blackberry, cell phone, iPod, large 500-page hardcover book, large wallet, sunglasses case, makeup kit, keys, headphones case. Beware that the exterior side pockets are not big enough for standard water bottles (but will fit a mini-umbrella). The back pockets are too small to be useful, but it's easy to rip out the middle seam separating the two pockets to create one big pocket. Internal organization is good, but the card holder is pretty useless - cards fall out, and even with the security features I feel safer putting the cards in my wallet and my wallet in my bag. After a long day the bag can feel a little heavy, but it's much lighter than comparable bags.

Looks like a great bag - I have purchased this bag to use for a trip to Italy in May. I think I am really going to like it. It hangs across the body nicely and looks to be roomy, and secure. I only put 4 stars for overall and comfort because I haven't actually used it yet.

I travel by small plane, snow machine, boat, et cetera. and treat this bag very roughly. The fabric is holding up, but the zipper pulls apart so that my bag is no longer secure. Does this fit under your guarantee?

I bought this for a vacation to Puerto Rico. But I thought I would try it out on some San Francisco day trips first. Overall, this is a nice looking bag, flexible, body hugging and I like the safety features. However those safety features make it a little clunky and cumbersome. The strap is wide, stiff and not comfortable for all day long slugging around the city. It does adjust, but I found I had to keep changing it from shoulder to shoulder and across the chest. It was packed very light with only my wallet, sweater and a few papers. I bought this specifically for the safety features, and I will be using it for that purpose. But it is not my favorite purse.

I wanted to like this more than I did. The bag holds a great deal, but when it has the usual stuff in it, it loses its shape. I\'ll probably use it for travel but I don\'t see it becoming an everyday bag. On the other hand I\'m notoriously tough on the looks of a bag. These days your bag is a personal statement as well as a reliable means of carrying all your personal effects safely and comfortably.

I wanted to like this, but it just looked a little too much like a diaper bag for me and was a little "stiff". Very well made and seems like it would be very durable. For the dimensions, I thought the large inside area seemed a little small. Also, didn't like the two small zippered pockets on the outside - I think other reviews have mentioned this. They're very small and hard to get your hand into; one large zippered pocket on the outside would be more useful to me.

I bought this bag some time ago and used it about 1 week. It's not pretty, or even slightly attractive. It's not functional and it just wasn't as handy as it would lead you to believe in the advertisement.
