I love UGG boots for my children. They hold up well and I love the fact that they can also wear them without socks. I have a pair of slippers and want to buy a pair of boots for myself too. I also tell everyone to shop through Zappo's. They have the best selections and sizes, and their customer service is excellent!

Warm, comfortable and attractive. Love the boots. A size 7 fits perfectly for my normal size 7-1/2 shoe size.

I ordered the classic Uggs short for 12 year old daughter and the web site was easy to use and the product came within days. I ordered these boots two days before a trip and received them the next day. They fit perfectly and are true to size.

These boots were purchased as a gift for our daughter. When asked about how she likes them she tells us how comfortable they are. She wears them everywhere including work where she\'s on her feet all day. Would highly recommend. Delivery is excellent.

I love the Ugg Classic Short Boot! I have these in Sand, Brown, Black and Pink! They feel like you are wearing your slippers all day long! I do have a wide foot so I order these in my normal size instead of ordering down a size like they recommend. I also love Zappos! Number 1 in customer service.

I purchased these boots for my niece for Christmas. I own several pairs of Uggs myself (these boots included) and all I can say is they are the best. They are comfortable, warm, stylish and they look good with many different outfits. While Uggs are not inexpensive, they are a quality product and will last a long time with proper care.

I bought these Uggs in 2 colors, gray and the classic tan (tan from Zappos). They are very comfortable boots; however, you do need to order down half a size when you order these. They run big. In fact, I take a 7 1/2 normally, I got these in 7 and they are still a little big, so I just put the Scholls pads inside of them and they are fine now. Very comfortable boots, though. Easy to take off and put on. You won't be disappointed in these Uggs.

It's freezing outside right now but my toes are cozy nestled inside my warm Uggs! There are lots of places to order Uggs. Zappos was easy!

Zappos is the best! Great prices, easy returns, quick service! I ordered my Uggs and received them the next day! These are the warmest, most comfortable boots I have; not much to look at, but warm feet are a must for our New England winters.

Not only were these Uggs exactly what my daughter wanted, Zappos customer service was amazing! I ordered these around 9 pm on Wednesday and they were on my doorstep at 11 am on Thursday, at no charge to me! Now that\'s service!

I have to start this review with my amazement at Zappos fast shipment of these boots! I ordered at 8 pm and had the boots in hand by 11 am the next day! Just in time for the "deep freeze" here in the south. This is my first pair of Ugg boots and they are so comfortable and warm! I ordered a half size smaller than I what I usually wear and they fit perfectly!

I cannot say enough about Zappos! Love this company! Customer service A+. I have told so many people how impressed I have been with their amazing ability to get items to my little town in a blink of an eye. Its crazy how fast, almost magical. I gave myself a gift. It was an I love you gift. The Ugg classic boot was a wonderful addition to my shoe wardrobe. The boot fits well. It was like wearing warm, cozy, soft slippers all day long. If you think stylish, go every where boots, and comfortable then what are you waiting for. In the long run, these boots are worth the money. I will be back to get the chocolate color.

I bought these for my wife for this past Christmas, she loves them. She always bought cheap winter boots which got damp and cold. She was quick to throw them out and now wears these full time. She says she gets what you pay for. These Uggs are awesome! I have a pair myself which has lasted 5 years now. They are very hard to wear out and she'll have the same durability.
