I ordered these boots right before Christmas, they had the size, style and color I wanted in stock and they sent the cutest email when they shipped. I would certainly order from Zappos again. This was the 1st time I had ordered.

I ordered 2 pairs of Uggs on line from a well known department store in my area. They sent me a confirmation of the order. A week later, which was one week before Christmas, they send me another email saying they deeply regret they couldn't fulfill my order and would I like to order something in it's place? If you know teenage girls you know that nothing takes the place of Uggs. I thought to myself now where am I going to get them at this late stage? I went online and placed the order through Zappos. They put both pair in the same box and I had the boots within the week and my Christmas (and face) were saved! It was quick and easy! Thank you Zappos! I will be sure to tell all my friends about you.

I've never been the biggest fan of UGG boots but I caved and finally bought a pair to keep my feet warm during the winter months. They are by far one of the most comfortable shoes I own, aside from my Minnetonka boots, and they keep my feet warm from the frigid weather. Also, I ordered these before noon on Monday and they arrived at my house the next day! Gotta love Zappos for great service!

I love these boots! I wasn't so excited about getting Uggs, but I decided to try them out, along with 5 other boots I ordered at the same time. The Uggs were the most comfortable, warm and cozy. And this style is particularly easy to get on and off. I sent the other 4 back and kept these. I use a short arch support, just to make them better for me because I need high arch. It works great. I'm a Zappos convert; the customer support has been fabulous.

Love these boots. My daughter has been wearing Uggs for years and I decided to try them for myself. I walk 2-3 miles every day and Iowa winters can be very bitter and my feet stay warm and toasty with only 1 pair of ankle tube socks. I even wear them all day at work. Love them so much I don\'t want to take them off. Thanks, Uggs and Zappos!

I wear a 7 and I ordered a 6. Fits perfect; it'll probably stretch out after my first wear. I tried on a 5 from the store, and those fit well and they were probably stretched out by 324235262 people putting their foot in it. The ideal size probably would have been 5.5 (without socks) if they made half sizes. I guess with the size 6, I have the option of wearing socks and it would still fit fine. Definitely go a size down. I wish I could get these in every color. I love Zappos.

Great pair of Uggs! A true "Classic" to fit and size. I wear an 8.5 and ordered an 8.0M. No better online ordering than Zappos.com.

These boots are warm and comfortable. Uggs run big so I ordered a size 6 when I usually wear a 7. Zappos is quick to ship, and returns are easy. I highly recommend Uggs and Zappos!

I bought these UGG shoes for daughter for Christmas and she loves them. I was really impressed with the prompt delivery. I ordered them on Sunday and they were at my house on Monday. I look forward to doing business with them in the near future.

Uggs are it! I love the black short Ugg boot, right after I received them. In one day, thanks, Zappos! It got very cold here in NJ. They are the warmest, coziest boots for cold weather, and the black is holding up nicely.

I will start off by saying wow! I received super fast shipping Zappos! I was apprehensive about what size to get but ordered a 9 for my 9.5 to 10 shoe size! They are perfect. I wear these with socks and the fit is great. They are wider. They are super soft, warm, and cozy. Definitely buy the water and stain repellent as they can stain easily. I was not a huge Ugg fan. I'm thinking they were sort of mundane and not the best looking. They do they really look good with jeans and leggings. Just the feel and warmth alone has me tempted to grab another pain ASAP! I love them!

Love my Uggs. This was my first pair and I'm ready to buy more. The are beyond comfortable right out of the box and even months after buying them and wearing daily. I also love I don't have to wear socks to keep my feet warm and toasty!

Don't try to fake an Ugg. There is nothing nicer than the real thing! These Ugg boots are everything they set out to be, and Zappos was fantastic as a place to purchase. Fast delivery was amazing!

Well let me begin with the excellent service that Zappos gives you they are the best, as for the Ugg shoes they are so comfortable that sometimes when I come in from outside I don't take them off. They are so warm and comfortable, I would suggest you order smaller size. I take 7 1/2 and got 7. It fits perfect and I would definitely buy this Ugg shoe.

These boots run smaller than shoe size. I am a 7 1/2 and in these boots I fit in a 7 perfectly. These Uggs are so warm and comfortable! I feel like I am wearing slippers. Even though they are pricey, they are worth every penny!

I got these boots superfast. Ordered Friday and received on Monday before noon.\r\nThe boots fit great. I usually wear a 6 1/2 and ordered a 6 and they are snug but not tight.\r\nI sprayed with a water and stain repellent before first wearing them.\r\nAm petite, so the short classic style fits around my ankles and calves better than the classic tall ones did.\r\n

These boots are great. I bought these for my mom for Christmas. She loves them. I own two pair myself in grey and black. The fit a little snug at first but they stretch a little with wear. The short is long enough to tuck your skinny or straight fit jeans in. I have a wide calf and prefer these as opposed to the tall for that reason since the tall tends to look too bulky on my leg.

I love the Ugg classic short boot. I'm an 8 1/2 and ordered the 7 and it fits perfectly. I live in Ohio and I wear one of my 3 pairs of Uggs everyday, all winter, without socks. I work at a campus style high school and sit in front of double doors that open to the outside when the bell rings every 45 minutes. My feet are absolutely never cold! Zappos has the greatest selection and greatest shipping and return policy of anyone I've shopped on the net!

The first size I ordered was too small, but I was able to get an exchange within 2 days and my daughter had them in time for our family vacation! Excellent service to go with an excellent product, that is how things should be everywhere!
