True to size. My first pair of Uggs so ordered down a size as suggested in the description (and in some reviews), but had to exchange for my normal size 6, which fit perfectly. Toe box is wide which I like in case I want to wear heavy socks and not have cramped toes! The boots are snug enough so you don't feel like you are walking around in bedroom booties, but there's enough "leg" room to wear over pants/jeans. Zappos' customer service is the best!

What can I say except why did I wait so long to buy Uggs? Buy the real thing, they are worth every penny and Zappos rocks!

I bought UGG Boots for my Daughter for Christmas 2009. I was very impressed with how fast they were shipped. And the boots were Authentic. I would not hesitate to buy from you in the future.

I recently purchased these online. Of course, a bit late because I am a procrastinator. I placed my order at 1:00pm on December 18th or 19th and they arrived before 5:00pm on December 20th. They were waiting for me after work. This is the second time I have ordered from Zappos and have had my items shipped in less time than I expected. Oh, and my daughter loved them. They are perfect!

Once again Zappos provides super fast shipping (right before Christmas, I might add) was just as advertised. I received my Ugg boots in two days. They were just as described. If they weren't, we have Zappos awesome 365 day free return shipping. I would definitely order from again.

I got these for a Christmas gift, and love them. I work in a warehouse on my feet for a 12 hour shift, and decided to try wearing them. It is like wearing my slippers! My feet love them! I definitely plan to buy more! I ordered one size smaller than I usually wear, and they were a perfect fit.

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas. She wears a size 6 normally, but got a size 5 because they run small, and they fit perfectly! She liked the darker brown color also. I don't think she took them off until she had to go back to work after Christmas! Also, kudos to your customer service department. I messed up my online order and called to correct it and it was taken care of without making me feel like an idiot! I appreciated that.

I just received my first pair of Uggs from Zappos today and immediately tried them on. I don't want to take them off because they're so warm and comfortable! It's like walking on air. I normally wear size 8, have wide feet and thick calves but ordered a size 7 and they fit great. I will be buying more colors in the future.

Zappos is awesome. I ordered a pair of Uggs for Christmas from a different online merchant with a lower price. They were supposed to arrive from CA in 5-7 days. They hadn't shown up by the 8th day so I panicked and ordered from Zappos. I ordered late on a Sunday evening and they were here by Monday afternoon! Less than 20 hours to deliver! They came in pristine condition. It's a good thing I did because the other pair showed up a few days later from China and they were fakes!

Best shoes ever, and best company to order from ever! I will be buying these, and buying from Zappos, for a long time to come!

It was getting close to the holiday and I still had no boots. Well did a quick search on the internet and found Zappos.com. Order the boots, free shipping and within 4 days boots in hand. This is an ugly trend and I am mad at myself for buying the ridiculously overpriced real brand name before I realized you could get knockoffs. However: they are completely physically and mentally comforting. They look ridiculous if you try to tuck jeans in that aren\'t skinny jeans, but I just wear boot legs over them. Very warm and cozy.

I ordered these boots right before Christmas, they had the size, style and color I wanted in stock and they sent the cutest email when they shipped. I would certainly order from Zappos again. This was the 1st time I had ordered.

I ordered 2 pairs of Uggs on line from a well known department store in my area. They sent me a confirmation of the order. A week later, which was one week before Christmas, they send me another email saying they deeply regret they couldn't fulfill my order and would I like to order something in it's place? If you know teenage girls you know that nothing takes the place of Uggs. I thought to myself now where am I going to get them at this late stage? I went online and placed the order through Zappos. They put both pair in the same box and I had the boots within the week and my Christmas (and face) were saved! It was quick and easy! Thank you Zappos! I've never been the biggest fan of UGG boots but I caved and finally bought a pair to keep my feet warm during the winter months. They are by far one of the most comfortable shoes I own, aside from my Minnetonka boots, and they keep my feet warm from the frigid weather. Also, I ordered these before noon on Monday and they arrived at my house the next day! Gotta love Zappos for great service!

I love these boots! I wasn't so excited about getting Uggs, but I decided to try them out, along with 5 other boots I ordered at the same time. The Uggs were the most comfortable, warm and cozy. And this style is particularly easy to get on and off. I sent the other 4 back and kept these. I use a short arch support, just to make them better for me because I need high arch. It works great. I'm a Zappos convert; the customer support has been fabulous.

Love these boots. My daughter has been wearing Uggs for years and I decided to try them for myself. I walk 2-3 miles every day and Iowa winters can be very bitter and my feet stay warm and toasty with only 1 pair of ankle tube socks. I even wear them all day at work. Love them so much I don\'t want to take them off. Thanks, Uggs and Zappos!
