I must say I was pleasantly surprised and quite happy with the service I received. I opted for free shipping, and got an email a few hours later saying that my order priority had changed. The shoes were shipped overnight for FREE and I happily wore them the next morning. Best online shopping experience ever, and the shoes are amazingly warm and everything I ever dreamed of.

Normally a 7 or 7.5, the 6 are perfect for me; though initially a bit snug, after just a few wearings the sheepskin "molded" to my feet. My tootsies are kept warm (even without socks!) and totally comfy. I looked for the classic short in the gray color locally and no one had them. Zappos did! Free shipping meant I wasn’t spending any more than if I had bought them locally - and free no-hassle return shipping in the event I wasn’t satisfied sealed the deal for me! Boots were here in the blink of an eye... okay... two blinks!

Absolutely the warmest pair of boots I have ever owned! My toes never get cold. I just returned from cold Germany and Italy - rain and snow the entire time. These boots were the best, and they still look fantastic. My feet never got damp. Great traction in the snow. HIGHLY SUGGEST. Not only that, Zappos is the best at returns and customer service. We need more companies that understand service! A huge fan, and I am telling everyone as much. I will purchase more UGG product, as well as product from Zappos. Very impressed.

I just have to say the Zappos service is awesome. I ordered these boots at 11pm and they were waiting for me on my doorstep at 3:30 the next day when I got home from work. The boots are great and so comfortable. I wear them without socks and I can go out in the coldest weather and still be super warm. Ugg makes a great casual boot. I live in them and have to admit I have two pairs one for walking the dog and going out in the snow and another for wearing out. Make sure you waterproof them if you are going to be getting them wet or wearing them in the snow.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these boots!!! I used to think Uggs were ugly, until I tried a pair on. Once you put these on, you won’t want to take them off. I started with the Classic Short, and loved the boots so much, I ended up getting the Classic Tall in a different color. I normally wear size 7 1/2, so I ordered the 7 in both pairs. The fit is perfect. The boots are snug, but comfortable at first, but stretch out some to give you plenty of room. The advice online is correct - you should order down a size.

Love these! Only boot that keeps my feet warm running errands in cold Ohio weather. Comfortable, too. Only thing is there is not much traction on the sole and they can be a little slippery on snow and ice.

I ordered the UGG Classic Short in Sand. I called in my order and was so impressed with the assistance I received. I first was able to receive the boots in one day. They arrived as scheduled and I immediately put them on and wore them that night. I generally wear a Size 5 1/2 and upon suggestion ordered a size 5. They fit perfectly and I love them. I usually wear 6 and first got this in 5.5 because I thought I read somewhere they run big. 5.5 was a little tight everywhere so returned it got it in 6 next day and they are perfect. Super fast shipping, fast refund for the first pair I returned. Great service always.

LOVE these boots! They are so warm and look great with a pair of skinny jeans tucked in. Sizes are only whole sizes and run big. I wear an 8.5 and had to order a 8. I received the UGG boots for Christmas from a friend who accidently got me the wrong size (a 9). I was a little worried how the exchange would go, but it was utterly amazing! I spoke to such helpful people on the phone who was able to get me the correct size boots within days. They even sent me my new pair before I sent the wrong size back! Great service and I will order from Zappos.com again in the future!

I just bought these boots last night around 7 pm and when I got to work there was a email from Zappos saying that I was upgraded for next day shipping for FREE!!! The tracking shows that my boots are ALREADY OUT FOR DELIVERY and it is only 9 am!!! I will never buy shoes from any other site unless I have no other choice. Now on to the shoes. This is my 3rd paid of Uggs & I am not done. I plan to purchase 1 maybe 2 more pairs before next winter because winter is almost over here in South Texas. These are the best shoes ever. I live in Texas so I do not really have to worry about snow or salt stains, but it does rain & the water protectant works very well. If you are looking to buy Uggs, this is the best place to buy from.

My Ugg boots are INCREDIBLE! In the last month or so I’ve bought five pair! They look great with most everything I wear in the winter! I can even get away wearing them with a very sleek look if I work it right and no one knows how very comfy I am underneath!!! They keep my feet warm in the cold weather and I’m told cool when spring arrives! Give ‘em a try! I believe you will love them!

These are great boots. Keeps my feet warm. Everyone who has these boots told me to order smaller than my normal size because these run big. I ended up ordering my normal size which is an 8, and they fit just a little big but comfortable. The next pair I ordered was a 7. At first they were a little tight but after 2 months they fit perfect. While the 2 month "break in" process they would squeak every time I took a step, which was kind of embarrassing. They no longer squeak. But the next pair of UGGs I buy will be a size 7 because they ended up fitting perfect.

Now I know what all the fuss over Uggs is about! My Ugg Classic Short boots are cozy, comfy, and cute. In a word, they’re perfect! I have been wearing them non-stop indoors and out since they arrived. However, I did have to order one full size up - normally I wear an 8 in US Women’s, but I felt the 9 was more comfortable. Something to think about.

Super-duper comfort here! My first pair of Ugg shoes were the Brooks Tall which are awesome if you want a pair that can tread through snow/ice. But what I didn't have with that pair was the light "pillow on my feet" feel these Ugg boots provide. Seriously, you'll never want to take them off. However, after trying them on with various outfits I decided to also order the Classic Tall Ugg. My wardrobe consists of leggings/tunics and while the Short Ugg looked cute, I kept picturing a taller boot. 20 hours later I picked up my box and tried them on with the outfits in question. Sure enough, the taller version of this boot looks a bit better with leggings/tunics since the extra length balances out your figure. This review was done for the purpose of anyone else deciding whether to buy the Short or Tall version of these boots. Bottom line: while the short wins in comfort (since they are a bit lighter in weight and easier to put on/take off) the tall wins in overall look with leggings/skinny jeans.

I have never purchased Uggs before because of the price. My friend told me how much she loved hers, so I bit the bullet and just did it! They are soo worth it. I love them so much! I wasn’t sure about wearing them without socks either, I am definitely a sock person, but they are so nice with or without socks! I know it says they run a size big, so I got a 6-which is my normal size- so I can wear them with socks! They actually fit perfect with or without, so I found them to be pretty true to size! Anyway, I really think they are worth the money- warm, comfy, and fashionable! And Zappos is awesome with everything, from shipping to APO addresses, returns, and customer service! Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!!!

I ordered these at 9pm and they were delivered by noon the next day... unbelievable service. Definitely order the Cleaning Kit as normal sprays will discolor the boots (my friend had a bad experience). I wear an 8.5 or 9 and ordered the 8 as suggested, they feel a little snug but have already loosened with a few wears. Love them... and there is no better place to order than Zappos!

The boots were a gift for my wife and she absolutely loves them! They showed up in a few days, just as promised, and in perfect condition. I would recommend buying the waterproofing spray at the same time, unless you already have some at home; these boots don't seem to like water.

I love these boots! I received a pair for Christmas and wore them almost around the clock for a week, so I thought I had better buy a second pair! My big toe joints are really prominent, so it has gotten harder and harder for me to wear cute shoes. These are a great fit, as well as an adorable style. My Ugg boots are honestly the most comfortable shoes I've worn in YEARS! I also love Zappos’ fast, free shipping.

Ok, I have to thank Zappos first of all. I ordered my UGG boots yesterday morning and got them today. I cannot believe how lightening fast I received them. Now, I must thank UGG for creating such an awesome boot. I am completely satisfied with the fit, color and style. I ordered a men’s size 7 and usually wear a ladies size 9. From reading reviews, I decided to order my UGGs a whole size smaller than I would usually wear. A size 6, rather than my normal size 7. Soooo glad that I did! The 6's fit perfectly and these boots are the most comfortable shoes I own. I literally plan my outfits just so I can wear these boots. Sooooo comfortable!

LOVE them! I had always made fun of Uggs in the past. Well, I have eaten my words. They are so darn comfortable - I spent HOURS in them traveling transatlantic and my feet were super happy the entire time! Please heed the advice and order a size smaller. I wear a 5.5 or 6 and mistakenly ordered a 6. It felt OK at first, but when I tried to really walk in it, my foot kept slipping out. A 5 fit perfectly! And Zappos shipping simply cannot be beat. I ordered these on Friday at 8pm and they were at my airport by Saturday morning and in my hands by Monday. The BEST shipping anywhere. Thank you, Zappos!!! You are my go-to shoe site.

Luv my Uggs! My daughter gave me these for X-mas. I am able to wear them without socks and in Indiana in the winter that is saying a lot. Very light weight, soft, and cozy. They do run large so I ordered down one size and they fit fine. Only gripe is that I can’t wear them in the snow as they are not water proof, but I will order the water proofing from Uggs to remedy that. As usual, Zappos shipping and customer care is great. Keep up the good work.

These boots are TERRIFIC! They are the only shoes that I could wear and keep my balance after major back surgery. They do tend to run a size large so if you wear a 7 order a 6, but they wear very well, too. Every day for 2 months now snow and wet they still look pretty much the same. The only thing better is Zappos customer service, they are THE BEST around.

My granddaughter loves her Uggs...wears them just about every day. Shipping was very prompt...next day, which was just in time for Christmas. Thank you so much.
