First, I appreciated the nice service I got and I love my Ugg boots. I have metal and screws in my left ankle and leg; the boot keeps it so warm, no pain from the cold. Wish I could afford several pair. Zappos has the best customer service ever.

UGG is one of my favorite brands for comfort and style. The classic short is comfortable and warm and provide just the right amount of support. I have been and always will be a fan of UGG boots and shoes, and have four pair of the boots! Outstanding!

Own 3 pair of Ugg boots. Love them all, but these are the most versatile and comfortable. On/off so quick and easy. The grey is a great neutral. Ugg sizing varies a lot from style to style, so read the Ugg sizing tips and available customer reviews before ordering (but don't sweat the sizing: Zappos "zaps" all worries with fast free shipping and return shipping). My Classic Short are several years old, so sizing may be different in 2010. I normally wear a half size in street shoes in most brands; per Ugg tips, I ordered 1.5 sizes down(!) and it was the correct fit. Do buy and use the kit for cleaning and protecting.

These boots are amazingly warm and resilient.This is the 2nd pair I've gotten for my granddaughter! She outgrew the 1st pair before they even came close to wearing out, so now those are mine! I plan on buying another pair very soon. And from Zappos of course!

I love this store. All my children and granddaughters have these boots and other boots from Zappos. The short ones do seem to run a 1/2 size smaller than the tall ones.

Love the boots! Great service, too. Only thing I would change is having cleaning instructions sent with the boots and if it requires special cleaning material, a small sample would be nice.

Great fit and beautiful color! My daughter was chomping at the bit to get new Uggs, then obsessing about which color to buy. She's really happy with the these.

This is the second pair of Ugg boots I have bought and I love them both. They are warm, lightweight and comfortable. I wore them walking around the Mall of America all day and my feet did not hurt at all.

These boots are the best! Warm and comfy along with looking great with anything. I have diabetes and these boots are perfect as I don't have to wear socks that usually end up pinching my toes and they are roomy for my toes - lots of wiggle room yet I would order your normal size for good fit.

Great boot for throwing on in the morning to drop off the kids. Definitely size down - I am always 8½ and sometimes a 9. I bought a 7 and although tight for a few days of wear, they are perfect now. I have to get the stain protector though. I just wish they had better arch support!!!

I love Uggs, this is my third pair. They don't take well to rain or snow so be warned - that's not what they're supposed to do but everyone tries to make them snowboots. I wear mine after the snow has been plowed (and they've been treated!) and then you're walking on top of the snow instead of through it and that works. I was told by the Uggs salesperson to go 2 sizes smaller than my normal size, which ended up being the case - I'm usually an 8.5/9 and I bought size 7 - a bit of a squeeze the first time I put them on but the fit is really perfect and they've molded well, just a few wears in. Very cozy and warm, I love them! And Zappos was fabulous, as always!

Great shoe, I love being able to wear boots without socks so much I can't help but wear this almost every day. I wear an 8 normally and I ended up getting a 7 although it was very tight in the beginning, it did stretch and now the fit is very good. I felt the 8 was a bit too big for me even in the beginning. The fur lining is very great. I got the sand and I love the color.

Uggs came quickly, perfect condition, no shipping fees and no worries since there's no return fees. What else could you ask for? Awesome!

I love these boots I wear. A 6 1/2 in womens I brought them in a 5 and they fit perfect very comfortable I wear them to go walking shopping ect if I could I would sleep in them at first I didn't like but I tried my daughters on and went and brought the ones for me I just love them I went and brought two more pairs Also love shopping at zappose their convent and the shipping is excellent the boot came the next day and the sales clerk was excellent very helpful I look forward to ordering from zappose again

Love these boots! Very comfortable and warm. I ordered an 8 (normally wear 7 or 7 1/2 ) and they fit perfectly.

My daughter loves her Uggs!! I'm not a fan of them, but I'm not exactly their target market. :) As long as her feet are warm and she's happy, I'm happy. She and I share the same size and as I was giving them as a gift, I was worried they might be a little small. A store clerk I spoke with said you should purchase them to size because they'll stretch a little as well as the fur will flatten out making them a bit roomier. They're a bit on the expensive side, in my opinion, but they're made really well and last quite a while so I can't complain too much about them.

First time I ever used the site - came highly recommended by friends. Ordered these boots plus a jacket for my daughter. They came lightning quick and she loves them. I am now considering ordering a pair of brown ones for me. I was very happy with the product and with my service.

These are awesome. Super comfy. I wear mine (or one of my other pairs of Uggs) every day. The short version is great for someone who doesn't always want to "tuck" in their pants. Can wear many styles of pants over the boot.

I wear a size 10, but after reading reviews saying that these run small, I got a size 9. They fit me perfectly. They are very comfortable and it feels like I'm wearing slippers! No need to wear socks as they are extremely warm and at times my feet felt very hot, yet not sweaty. The only drawback is by the end of the day, my ankles and toes are black from the dye of the boot. I've been wearing them for a few months and I'm still seeing the dye come off each time I wear them.

I have long waited to join in the UGG frenzy because honestly I find the boots to be kind of ugly. But this winter I wanted a comfy, warm boot and thought I would try them and see what I have been missing all these years. Well...I LOVE these UGGS! They are so warm and snuggly and just pure joy to walk around in! I wear them almost everyday since I've received them. I have very sweaty feet -- which is just gross -- but honestly these shoes wick away any sweat and I am so much more comfortable with them. Try them for yourself and see! And, of course, Zappos rocks, and was so fast with shipping etc. LOVE ZAPPOS! (p.s. I am a 6½ and ordered a 6 = perfect)
