Very warm and comfortable. My adult daughters and I have these as well as a couple other styles.

We love these boots, and love Zappos customer service! We did order the boots one size smaller as recommended, and they are too small. We are returning them to Zappos to exchange them for a bigger size.

I couldn't love them more. I have only used them for warmth while in really cold weather while doing a lot of walking. They were comfortable and kept me really warm.

This is our third pair of Uggs in four years. My daughter and I share them. Once you start wearing them in the winter, you never want to wear another pair of shoes and they are so warm and comfy.

Uggs of course are great. The service I get with Zappos is also great. I would recommend this product to everyone and to use Zappos when doing so.

These boots are amazing. The outside is soft. and the inside is soft. and they are just soo warm. It's definitely worth it to buy the Uggs instead of another brand of boots. There is a major difference, trust me; I have owned Emu's and Bearpaws and other brands. Uggs are the best if you're looking for quality and a long-lasting boot. Plus the sand color (the one I got) matches with almost anything! They are slightly tighter than most shoes if you buy your regular size, but the fur will flatten down a little after a while, so I would recommend just buying your regular shoe size.

After a trip to the mountains in the snow, I decided I wanted some warm casual boots. I didn't get the UGGs thing thought they looked silly, esp in LA. I tried a bunch of other boots and on a whim thought I would check these out. I get it now, they are so warm and comfy I want to wear them all the time, even as slippers! I like the short because they are not so overwhelming, but that's just me.

I love these boots! This is my second pair of Ugg classic short. So comfortable. I usually wear a size 8.5 but I bought a 9 and it is a perfect fit.

I purchased these for my granddaughter for Christmas. She loves them. She told everyone one her Facebook page how she got real Uggs.

Exactly what I expected for my 13 year old daughter as a Christmas gift. This is her third pair. She loves them and wears them all of the time. Zappos is outstanding! Service is consistently top-notch, even during Christmas time.

Love my Uggs! This is my first pair. Ordered my size and thought they felt a little tight. Everyone said to just wear them and they would form to my foot and stretch a little. They were right! As always, Zappos shipping service was fast and wonderful!

I bought two pair as gifts for my daughter and granddaughter. Both were thrilled and put them on immediately. Zappos is a wonderful place to buy gifts as they provide fast service and easy returns. But then who is going to return a warm pair of Uggs?

I think I'm in Ugg! Once a love/hate relationship with Uggs, I have been swayed. If slippers were boots, they would be Uggs. Ummm, a brown pair might be nice.

Have been ordering UGGs from Zappos for two years and can only relate good things. Last year we had a return which was done quickly and more than met our expectations. This year, no returns, but are thrilled with service and product. Will definitely be back.

These classic Ugg's are a staple in my daughters' closet. This is her 3rd pair. She wears them as slippers around the house as well as with jeans for the casual look. She can't live without them.

They are just perfect. I read the reviews and ordered size 8 although I usually wear 8 1/2 or 9. I love them...will be wearing them all winter!

This is exactly what I wanted. It fit to a tee. The color is right on. Zappos always delivers so quickly, you can depend on Zappos!

These are great boots, my daughter loves them, they run about half a size large. Once again Zappos is the place to shop, shoes arrive in a snap and the customer service is top in the industry. Also, their return service is very easy and refunds are applied to your account within days.

The boots are exactly what I expected: well-made and warm. And, even though I ordered the wrong color, the return, exchange and dealing with customer service was wonderful and painless. Customer service can't be beat!

These are great. They are very warm and fit under jeans. I treated them with Ugg Suede spray so they would hold up better in the rain, and that helps them last longer. They are so cozy.

We love Zappos! Upgraded to overnight delivery and ordered one day. We received the next. Love my UGG's. Return customer. We'll be back! Merry Christmas Zappos!

My teenage daughter absolutely loves these - so comfy! The inside is very cushy and you can really notice the difference in quality between these and the knock-offs. I'm considering getting a pair for myself now!

Super soft and comfortable to wear around the house or out and about. I bought them in black, and they match everything! I normally wear size 10 in shoes, so I got the 9 and it was just perfect. What they don't tell you is that the boot may be a bit tight at first, but don't worry because they'll stretch out after a couple times. Oh, and they slip easily on ice, be forewarned. There is no grip on the bottom. Also, I notice when I wear them all day, the arch in my feet becomes sore because there isn't any support.

Best shoes in the world. So comfortable and stylish. Zappos has super fast shipping too.
