Perfect boots to wear indoors if you suffer from cold floors and outdoors if you want to look cool. Zappos' service is impeccable!

I love my Uggs! shoe runs big and wide. I usually wear a 7 1/2 wide, but these size 7 boots left me with room to spare. Warning: wear dark colored socks with the black Uggs - your feet will be stained black without them.

I love UGG boots. I really don't want to wear anything else. These are lightweight and they aren't hot even though they are fully lined with yummy fluffy lining. I don't wear socks with mine and I feel like I am walking on two little clouds. The only thing is that I wish I would have bought a size smaller, but after I received them I couldn't bear to send them back so kept them. It's okay, I will shlump around in them. Go Zappos!

I can only confirm what everyone else says; Zappos is the best for service. I normally wear a 6 1/2 and I needed a 7 in these. The heels are a little wide for me, but I needed the 7 for length and arch width. Someone told me that they should be worn without socks. Really? Can anyone tell me if these boots can be waterproofed?

Absolutely in love with these boots. Plan to buy another pair in another color next year. Best money I ever spent!

Perfect for cold weather. They are soft and fuzzy on the inside - I feel like I'm walking on a cloud! I am definitely satisfied with my purchase.

Great boots as always. These classic boots tend to be a size bigger. I'm normally a 6 - 6 1/2, but for the classic I need size 5, whereas for the Sundance ones that have replaceable insoles I needed size 6. So be careful. Again thanks for Zappos - great service!

The boots I ordered were in stock, and I had them without charge in days. I then ordered the water and stain repellent at 7:00PM one evening, and it was delivered the next day to my home in Michigan at 1:00PM again without charge. What service!

Love your site as well as Customer Service. My husband ordered me Uggs for Christmas not knowing the history of the Uggs. I ended up ordering 2 other pairs to make sure I had the right size. Needless to say I had the boots within 1 day of ordering and have not had any issues with returning the incorrect size. I will continue to shop with Zappos. You just cannot beat Uggs for comfort and this color is a little different than the norm but perfect for a lot of my casual tops. Of course you absolutely cannot beat Zappos for choice or service.

I'm a big fan of Uggs and was so excited the classic shorts came back in stock in black! I wear these with tights and jeans, around the house and under my suit pants in the winter. They have been a very useful addition to my wardrobe!

These are the warmest boots imaginable! The sheepskin lining cushions your feet like a cozy blanket by the fire! Be sure to waterproof them before wearing.

Am I writing to review the boot or the Zappos? The boot is just fine, and I am plenty happy with the purchase, but Zappos? Wow. What an incredible company to work with. All too often reviews are written for the younger crowd. I'm here to speak for the older generation (way older). I agonized over buying a pair of Uggs. Too youthful, too expensive, not very fashionable...or so I thought. So, of course I gave in and purchased a pair. I am here to tell you they are perfect for me and any one of the senior citizen persuasion. They are comfy, cozy, warm - everything anyone could ask for in a shoe/boot. I have hardly taken mine off (except to sleep) since my first purchase. Yep, bought a second pair and am now considering the purchase of a third pair. I would suggest that anyone of any age who might be on the fence like I was to go for it!
