I normally wear a 9.5 and I purchased a 9.0 and it fit perfectly. Well made, warm, comfortable.

I bought these as a gift for my goddaughter and she loved them so much, she will be buying a pair in brown. She said they are perfect!

Awesome boots. I have another pair of Uggs that are about 5 years old and it was time for a new pair. Uggs never disappointment me! Totally worth the money. And Zappos has fantastic service. The free shipping only took about 2 days.

Beautiful peach/ pink color, I jumped for joy when I opened the box. They were a little difficult to get on because the shaft and ankle are very narrow but after some effort to get past the tight ankle my foot slid right into the footbed. So comfortable, it makes all the effort worthwhile. All in all, love 'em! I am usually a perfect size 8, ordered these in a size 7 and fit perfectly.

Loved them! Color is terrific. Slightly narrower than originals. Great comfort. Feet feel awesome!

Given all the wear they get, they are a bargain for the price and of course, I love Zappos. You guys are the best.

I have owned Ugg boots in the past, and have always been very pleased. These are no different. Well made and comfy. And with the quick Zappos delivery I don't have to wait forever for them to come. It's almost as quick as going to the store, but without the hassle!

I have been lusting after a pair of Uggs for a couple of months. After patiently waiting for Christmas, I had received enough gift cards to Nordstrom to get my first pair. However, Nordstrom did not have my size in the grey. I did try on various other styles but my heart was on the grey given it would be a little more universal to wear with my winter wear. I did learn from thee Nordstrom rep to buy an entire size below what I wear given Uggs does not do 1/2 sizes. So, originally I was a 9 and purchased a 8 through the well stocked Zappos. My package arrived way ahead of schedule and I have kept my receipt given their 365 day guarantee.

This is absolutely the most incredible boot available anywhere! My siblings have been wearing them for years but I always resisted because I sweat easily and thought these would be too warm. Wrong! I wear them outside, inside, with socks and without and there is no sweating and no odor. I bought a pair for myself and this pair as a birthday gift for a friend. She was thrilled. I highly recommend them! I followed my sister's advice and bought a size down. Service was excellent too. Received them in no time.

Great warm cozy booties. Had the tan ones before but they really aren't NYC friendly and got filthy so I went for the black which are not as nice but a whole lot more practical. Great comfy warm running around town shoe. Also have the waterproof tall Uggs with the laces but they are a pain to put on and take off - but comfy and warm.

What can I say, they're Uggs. I got my first pair about 10 years ago. They never wear out. I have purchased two more pairs since then only for a change of color. I just got these boots and I was very happy with the fit and look of them. I heard you should wear these boots barefoot. I felt weird doing it so I tried wearing them with thin socks and then without socks. It's so much better without socks. Very comfy! I also ordered the Ugg water repellent and they rushed it so I would get the boots and the spray the same day. Zappos is awesome! Love the boots!

The product was as I expected excellent, but the customer service was absolutely fantastic. I had to returned the first purchase (did not pay shipping either way) and Zappos shipped the replacement even before I got the return item in the mail.

I have worn UGGS for years and needed a pair of short black boots for the winter. As always, they are wonderful. Very comfortable and warm. I wear an 8 1/2 narrow shoe, but I always need a 9 in an UGG. The size 8 is just too short for me. The size 9 allows me to wear winter socks with the boot. UGGS are great as around the house shoes or as a comfortable way to keep warm in the winter while outdoors.
