Exceptional trouble-free transactions with Zappos. Am happy with my new UGG Classic Short Boot.

I bought my Uggs in Australia (yrs ago). I was told to get them on the small size, and, not to wear socks! No way, I said!!!! So, I wore socks, and, got my size...and they stretched!! oops. They have no arch support, so, wearing them (outside)to the Mall, etc.,was another bad idea. But, nothing keeps my feet as warm as my Uggs, and, I wear them in the house, like slippers; and, carry them to my sons' and switch into my Uggs at his home!! My next pair, I'll get a perfect fit.

I got my boots at the perfect time because it getting cold. They keep my feet nice and warm and they look great with almost anything. They did feel a bit bigger than a 7, but It's not a major difference.

I've ordered several shoes, boots, uggs, from Zappos. I'm in love with these! They are soft, warm and fit perfectly. Thank You Zappos! I'm getting a pair for my daughter for Christmas, she loves mine!

I love online shopping with Zappos. They have good pricing and excellent shipping speed, as well as a sense of humor that I find refreshing. Ugg boots are long lasting, warm and comfortable.

So comfy! I normally wear 6 1/2 but the 6 fits great. I've been wearing them for a month now and they look brand new.

I got these for Christmas last year and I got a whole in the toe but that's my fault. But anyway I really enjoy these Uggs! I am getting the tall with triple button this Christmas. This is good one to start out with having.

Okay, so I'm sure everyone here already knows everything there is to know about Ugg boots -- they're everywhere, so I'll spare you the tedious details. One thing that I can say is that if you fall between two whole number sizes like me, go for the smaller one. It's better to have it tight and snug than to have it big because it will make your heels bleed if the boots are loose enough for your heels to slide up and down. I got a size 7 and my heels bleed because the back of the boots creased right at the heel and it rubs against my heels every time I take a step. But otherwise, beautiful boots.

Fast delivery! And the best price - saw them in a Lord & Taylor catalogue for more! Told my daughter she still has to wait until closer to her birthday in late November to wear them!

Great. Zappos as usual came through. Shipping was quick, and product is great. Very comfortable and the color is perfect. Great boots for around the house to keep your feet warm.

I ordered these in the chestnut and the color is super cute. I'm very happy with it! My previous pair of uggs lasted about 10 years so I have high hopes for these. As everyone else has mentioned, these run a little large.

Hands down, to me Ugg makes the best winter boots. If you take care of them properly, they last a long time! Your feet will never be cold. Very comfortable to walk in and goes great w/ leggings and skinny jeans!

Super comfy! I live in these boots. I wear an 8-1/2 to 9 in regular shoes, and the size 8 fits me perfectly. Love these boots.

These are my first pair of Uggs and I love them! They are extremely comfy. I wear a size 7.5 and bought a size 7 and it fits perfect.

Absolutely love these boots. Be sure to purchase the UGG spray/water deterrent as it is definitely a must. Boots run a size big, I wear size 7 and when I ordered a 7 I had to return for a size 6. These fit perfect and are so warm and comfy. No hassle with my return as Zappos fat exceeds everyone else's customer service, Very satisfied customer in the rainy state of Washington.

This would be my first Ugg and first time ordering from Zappos. They were having a sale for the blueberry classic short and only had size 5 so I took a chance and ordered them. Great customer service, best I ever had but the Uggs didn't fit so I called and needed a return label but I still wanted the Uggs so the guy exchanged them for deep periwinkle and they weren't on sale so I had to pay the difference and I didn't have the money so he gave me a super duper customer exchange coupon so now I got the deep periwinkle and couldn't be any happier but weird because label says made in USA and I thought it was made in China.

Bought them for my wife who already has a pair in the original style. She likes them because they are warm and comfortable. The no skid soles help on the ice in bad weather.

Always a perfect fit, always comfortable. I wear 8.5-9 so in Uggs I wear 8. Size 9 feels too large. The pineneedle color very attractive...not quite green green but with a bit of blue to it. Lovely.

I bought these for my 14 year old daughter for her birthday. Best gift ever according to her. The boots were in perfect condition when they came with all the information showing that they were real Uggs. Zappos again is a hit. Great store with wonderful customer service department.

Bought them for my daughter for her birthday and she loves them! Bonus is that they fit me too...if she outgrows them I'll be able to wear them. The color is a subdued plum that looks great with her girly outfits.

Was a bit worried that the color would be a lot different than the picture (rum raisin). Received the boots today and was exactly what I expected. I love these boots!
