Purchased as Christmas present for my wife - she loves them. She's a size 5 and the size 5 purchased fit her perfectly. I don't know why it is suggested buying a size larger, but the size 5 was perfect for her.

Received just 2 days after ordering. I ordered these for my teenager for Christmas and she is thrilled. They look great and came very nicely packaged.

I am a fan of the Ugg boot. They are warm and very comfortable on chilly days and they allow a very versatile look. This boot feels good on your foot, has a bit of a cushioned bottom, and feels good on the lower leg. A very good buy.

I love these boots! I've never even thought of wearing boots without socks, but these fit perfectly without socks, and my feet are much happier now. :)

I really love these boots. Comfortable and so warm and toasty! I wear them both inside and out. Couldn't be happier.

Second Pair of Uggs I bought these in the lightest color and use them almost daily when the temps drop. They are my go casual keep-warm boots for use in the house or on casual outings with jeans. Very soft and comforting to the feet as the sherpa is everywhere inside. I have bunions and Raynauds so anything that helps my feet feel better is a plus! The only thing I wish these offered is some sort of support for the footbed other than being totally flat. A nice arch support and padded underfoot would do even more for these boots. May get them in black next. I sprayed my suede protector on these and they are holding up so far. Of course I wouldn't wear these in wet conditions anyway. I have another pair of older Uggs that are leather and I use them in snow. Zappos VIP is the best!

I buy a pair every year. The black does fade, I wear them all winter because they are comfortable, there are not a lot of shoes that I can wear all day.. I put orthodics in because there is no support. but..I love them. I have one foot 10 1/2 the other 11. Order 10 and they work out well, because they do stretch.

Love these boots! Have bought plenty in the past and UGG classics (tall or short) are great for everyday wear. Zappo's is the BEST when it comes to customer service and getting my shipment here fast!!! You never disappoint. Thanks:)

I LOVE these boots. It's my first pair and I bought them because we were going to travel to an area that was cold. I ordered my regular size and at first I thought they were going to be too snug. But I decided to keep them, based on reviews I'd read about sizing. Well...they are perfect! They limbered up a little. My foot is very snug in them, but does not chafe or hurt, just stays toasty warm and cosy. I have walked a good distance, several times, and there is not one bit of difference in how my feet feel. I'm glad I kept my regular size. I sprayed them with the protectant, as a review suggested, and they do great in rain. But the biggest surprise was when I got home to California. Even in our milder climate my boots are comfortable and do not feel too warm. I wear them everywhere! Well worth the money. I'm going to purchase them in black next!!

After having two pairs of super-warm Uggs that are suited to my former home base in Colorado, I really wanted a pair appropriate for Phoenix. These are warm enough for our cooler, winter days. Some days I need that extra bit of warmth around the house, and these are perfect. They are comfortable, supportive and just the right amount of warmth.

I own 2 pairs of these boots and love them. They are very comfortable and will keep your feet toasty. My only complaint is that on ice they are very slick. The bottom is completely flat with no traction tread. While wearing these I fell on the ice and broke my tailbone.

I'm wearing my Ugg boots as I type so my feet are warm on this cold, cold day. Zappos sent me the boots in a timely manner - thank you Zappos. (I've ordered through Zappos before and I'm a satisfied customer.)

I love these boots! They are so comfortable and warm. I love the color too...the chestnut goes with everything. But just know...these are not snow boots...they have no traction and the suede will get ruined (learned this lesson the hard way).

Great color for Uggs! These boots are the best for comfort and casual style. This is my third pair and the gray color is great. Ugg boots and Zappos never disapoint.

I would recommend ordering one size smaller than you normally would wear. I ordered my daughter's regular size of 9M and they are too big for her. The size 9M however, fits me perfectly and my regular size is a 10M. I am keeping the 9M for myself and re-ordering her a 8M. I love the shoe and did not have a pair so Merry Christmas early to me!

These shoes can be very expensive! But they are also very comfortable and warm. I bought a pair and I wasn't so sure at first, but then I knew that I got my money's worth. I am now going to go back and order more colors so that I do have a variety! You can were these Ugg boots with any kind of pants. But I think it looks better with a skinny jean. My niece always wanted a pair of these, and now I know why. Again, they can be pricey, but I promise you, you will get your money's worth. These also make an excellent Christmas gift for your granddaughter, nieces, friends, or even yourself. I would recommend you getting your usual size, because these don't run too small or too large. I am happy that I bought these! And will continue to buy them!

I would suggest ordering down your original shoe size in Ugg boots. These boots do stretch and if they are originally too big when you initially purchase them, they will stretch and look horrible. I love the chestnut color. I originally ordered the Classic Mini Boot, but my pant leg wouldn't stay inside the boot. It took me forever to finally buy a pair. Go for it!

My daughter has wanted a pair of UGGs forever. I finally purchased her a pair. They are so soft on the inside I may purchase myself a pair. Also such quick shipping. Love Zappos!

These turned out great. Just as expected. Not my first pair, but first from Zappos. Boots were in great shape when received, fit perfect, received a few days after ordering as grown to expect from Zappos awesome shipping policy. I order UGGs 1/2 size smaller than slim fit shoe as lining allows room... then they don't look so big on. :)
