Great boots. Great price. My daughter loved them. Shipping was so fast. Only 2 days although I ordered standard. And that was right before Christmas. Love Zappos.

I ordered a size 6 Ugg Classic Short and I am normally a size 6 1/2. They fit great. I love these boots and would recommend them and Zappos. Received shipment in a day.

First pair of Uggs. Have a couple pairs of generic Uggs that I really like but wanted a real pair. They are very comfortable and warm but your feet never sweat. I wear 9-9 1/2 and the 9 was perfect. Are more cushioned than my generic boots but for the extra money don't know if there is that big a difference in comfort but in quality big difference.

Getting real Uggs is so worth it. The sheepskin interiors keep my feet very warm. I'm usually a 9.5 and the 9 is perfect.

When you buy Ugg Boots on Zappos you can be 100% sure that you get the authentics with certificate, nice original box and all. Zappos ships safely and super-fast. Now all that makes it a smart investment. If you are a half size, you should go with the smaller full size. I got my daughter a size 8. She usually is a size 8 1/2. She loves these boots. They fit her perfectly. Since they are made from real sheep skin, the feet and boots don't get smelly. Very important for teenagers.

I recently purchased these boots for my daughter. She never buys herself nice things, so I thought I would treat her for Christmas. She loves them! Says she's been wearing them every day. Plus - the service I received was excellent.

These boots are perfection for anyone who lives in a cold weather state. The lambs wool lining keeps your feet warm from October - March as needed. So very comfortable! Make sure to use a leather protective spray on the outside.

I have been wearing Uggs for many years and own quite a few pairs in varied styles. The last pair I bought in this style was about 2 or 3 years ago and I could definately see a significant decrease in quality with this pair in comparison to my prior pair that I continue to wear quite often. I had ordered the short Bailey Bow and decided to keep those and return these. I don't think I would have kept these either was as the quality was disappointing. Also I wear a size 9 but always order a size 8 in this style of Uggs which I continue to find true in these Uggs. I had previously ordered a size 9 based on other reviewers recommendations, but found the 9's too big. And for those of us who have worn Uggs before, they do stretch out a bit and the sheepskin wears down, so I wouldn't recommend ordering up size.

My daughter loves the style and comfort. The product is very durable as always with UGG.

This is the 2nd Ugg classic Short boot I have bought from Zappo's. The are fit perfectly. My daughter wants all the colors. I will always buy my Uggs from Zappos.

Love my Uggs! True to size. I have several pairs, I wear a size 10 and have 4 different styles...always the same. I would spray them with protectant and they will last forever!

I bought Uggs from Ebay two years ago because the price was right. They were knockoffs and my daughter, who received them as a gift, complained about the fit and the smell. These Uggs from Zappos are the real deal! My stepdaughter will not take them off and raves about the fit and comfort. She wears an 11 and they are true to size!!! Zappos is committed to quality and the real name brand!

Girls must have Uggs. There is no substitution. My teenagers have both had a couple of pairs each. They wear them all the time, so we get our money's worth!

I bought these Ugg boots for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas. Even during the busy christmas season, they were delivered in one day. They are beautiful, comfortable and very stylish. She loves them! I found them to run slightly bigger. She wears an 8 1/2 normally. So I chose to get her an 8, and they were perfect. I also got a pair for myself! I ordered the Uggs in the "ultimate" collection. They also ran slightly bigger. I wear a size 9 and ordered them in an 8...it worked out perfectly as well. They also were delivered in one day. I do feel the "ultimates" have more support. But both designs are extremely cute & comfy. I'm a Zappos customer for life!

My new boots are the perfect fit and I am pleased to wear them everywhere! They have a lovely even color and are well constructed.

I love Ugg boots and my daughter was super excited about these. Even though they sell them locally I always buy them from Zappos. They have the best prices and NO ONE has better customer service than Zappos. Super cute boots!
