I would recommend ordering one size smaller than you normally would wear. I ordered my daughter's regular size of 9M and they are too big for her. The size 9M however, fits me perfectly and my regular size is a 10M. I am keeping the 9M for myself and re-ordering her a 8M. I love the shoe and did not have a pair so Merry Christmas early to me!

These shoes can be very expensive! But they are also very comfortable and warm. I bought a pair and I wasn't so sure at first, but then I knew that I got my money's worth. I am now going to go back and order more colors so that I do have a variety! You can were these Ugg boots with any kind of pants. But I think it looks better with a skinny jean. My niece always wanted a pair of these, and now I know why. Again, they can be pricey, but I promise you, you will get your money's worth. These also make an excellent Christmas gift for your granddaughter, nieces, friends, or even yourself. I would recommend you getting your usual size, because these don't run too small or too large. I am happy that I bought these! And will continue to buy them!

I would suggest ordering down your original shoe size in Ugg boots. These boots do stretch and if they are originally too big when you initially purchase them, they will stretch and look horrible. I love the chestnut color. I originally ordered the Classic Mini Boot, but my pant leg wouldn't stay inside the boot. It took me forever to finally buy a pair. Go for it!

My daughter has wanted a pair of UGGs forever. I finally purchased her a pair. They are so soft on the inside I may purchase myself a pair. Also such quick shipping. Love Zappos!

These turned out great. Just as expected. Not my first pair, but first from Zappos. Boots were in great shape when received, fit perfect, received a few days after ordering as grown to expect from Zappos awesome shipping policy. I order UGGs 1/2 size smaller than slim fit shoe as lining allows room... then they don't look so big on. :)

Love these! They are so comfortable and warm. I wear anything from an 8 to 8 1/2 and the 8 fits perfectly.

Oooh la la! Now I know why so many women are walking around in these boots. Try them, you'll love them! The grey is so handsome and a stand out! I used the Ugg spray to protect them and think this was a good investment for such great boots. It goes on easy and they actually feel even softer, not crusty.

These boots are gorgeous to look at. But they are not periwinkle, they are cobalt blue. Periwinkle has a touch more red. I know because periwinkle was my favorite Crayola color.

Zappos is the bomb. Best website I have dealt with, fast delivery, very polite and helpful and made me laugh as well. I absolutely love all 3 items. My Ugg boots and slippers are more than described, and authentic too. I have been wearing Uggs for 10 yrs.For me, order a size larger. I wear a 8, but always order a 9. Perfect fit. Ordered same size in slipper, one size larger.Love color and Zappos' quality!

I love my UGGS and now have the chestnut and the black. I would rather wear these than athletic shoes any day. Comfy and warm. Most people get a size smaller but I didnt and they are perfect for me!

I bought these boots in a size 5 for my daughter who is a size 4-4 1/2 kids. We ended up returning them for a size 6. The boots are definitely more of a royal blue. They appear more periwinkle in some photos on other sites. As usual the return process by zappos was very simple. I rated these shoes low for arch support,Uggs are not known for support but everyone who has ever owned a pair knows how comfortable they are. As a physical therapist I know they are probably not the best shoes for kids, but my daughter switches off to other brands enough that I couldn't deny her these!

These Uggs are so comfortable and fit great. I wear an 8 but my left foot is slightly larger than that (go figure). So sometimes I have to bump up to the larger size to accommodate my left foot. But these are perfect. I love the color. I still need to seal them because if I don't - water will stain them. My daughter has the same pair and they were practically ruined in the rain. So be careful & make sure you treat them.

Love the UGG boots. My daughter has wanted a pair for a long time and I finally pulled the trigger and ordered. And, with fabulous service from Zappos VIP how can you go wrong? Love Zappos so much!

These are extremely cute. They are a wonderful boot. I do have a high arch and it was slightly tight. However, they quickly broke in. I love them.

Exactly what anyone would expect from UGG. I wear a size 8.5 so I ordered an 8 and they're perfect.

My first pair of Ugg boots ever! I intially ordered the Classic Mini, but I they were too low-cut for me. I exchanged them for the Classic Short and I must admit I like them a lot more. The Classic Short don't appear to be as wide as the Classic Mini, and my pants will stay stuffed in them. I normally wear a Size 9 and they were too big. I had to return them for a Size 8. Don't order your normal size!

These are comfortable and so warm and cozy. It is worth the money for these boots. I will be wearing these all winter.

Gorgeous, comfortable, super high quality, worth the price. Looks great tucked into leggins and a big flannel shirt, or with sweat pants on the couch! Perfect slipper/boot for cold weather. Keep 'em dry or use protective spray though, or the suede will stain.

I loved my UGG boots the first time around, and now I'm getting a second pair. My only complaint is about the black classic. It doesn't really look like real leather, so I'm getting chestnut instead I think.

Boots just as expected, this is our 3rd or 4th purchase of this style. The only difference that we noticed is that these run true to size (even a bit small) compared to previous years when they ran 1 size big. I would recommend ordering your normal shoe size and not sizing down as in previous years.

These are the most comfortable and warmest boots that I have ever worn. Previously I wore them outdoors only. But when we were without power during Hurricane Sandy, I lived in these boots as soon as I got out of bed they kept my whole body warm as no slippers could. Definitely do not listen to the go down a size advice. In fact, if you have wide feet or plan to wear socks (you do not need them, though) go up a size. Scotch guard them or use they protector made for them and you can use them in all weather. My granddaughter has been wanting real Uggs so I got her pink ones for Christmas.

These are for our daughter for Christmas. She has had other UGGS so I know she will love these. She doesn't get them yet.....

Uggs are the best winter boots out there for comfort, warmth and style. I own 13 pairs of Uggs and I continue to be a loyal customer after 5 years. I live New England and they are perfect for the cold and snow. I recommend a protectant waterproof spray to protect the boots. I always purchase them from Zappos as they have many colors and the boots always come fairly quickly. You will not be disappointed.
