Girls must have Uggs. There is no substitution. My teenagers have both had a couple of pairs each. They wear them all the time, so we get our money's worth!

Excellent, but do listen to product description and order down rather than up. Ordered up and they ended up too big.

I bought these Ugg boots for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas. Even during the busy christmas season, they were delivered in one day. They are beautiful, comfortable and very stylish. She loves them! I found them to run slightly bigger. She wears an 8 1/2 normally. So I chose to get her an 8, and they were perfect. I also got a pair for myself! I ordered the Uggs in the "ultimate" collection. They also ran slightly bigger. I wear a size 9 and ordered them in an 8...it worked out perfectly as well. They also were delivered in one day. I do feel the "ultimates" have more support. But both designs are extremely cute & comfy. I'm a Zappos customer for life!

My new boots are the perfect fit and I am pleased to wear them everywhere! They have a lovely even color and are well constructed.

I love Ugg boots and my daughter was super excited about these. Even though they sell them locally I always buy them from Zappos. They have the best prices and NO ONE has better customer service than Zappos. Super cute boots!

Not sure what to say about Uggs that hasn't already been said. I have tried cheaper versions, but the fleece in these beats all others by a landslide - they are so cozy and comfortable! I have them in chocolate brown and now black. The black fleece turns my toes black, which I hope will stop with more frequent wear. If you purchase these, a size smaller is suggested. I normally wear a 9.5 in Keen and wear an 8 in Uggs. They are slightly snug at first, but they do stretch out. This has been the case with BOTH pairs of the Ugg Classic Short that I own. Be sure to also take the time to waterproof your boots before wearing them. At this price, I don't think it's a good idea to let them get all stained and beat up. Black shoes more dirt and stains than the chocolate brown color.

These are nice boots. The first pair I received as a gift almost 8 years ago, and they wore very well, so I have never purchased a pair for myself, I think the price is way too high for these. I am the type who does not "buy" into the name brands but I have tried the off brands and they are not the same. So you do get what you pay for in that area. Something about the fit that is entirely different than the cheapies. Order a size smaller in these. I wear a 9 and got an 8. They will stretch and or will slip on your heel eventually if you get your regular shoe size. They just feel better and snugger with the smaller size. It's not like they have anything to rub on the inside. I like Zappos, with no taxes, At my local store with tax was going to be more, which is totally crazy.

Slightly tight at first, but they break in relatively quick. I absolutely love Uggs. They are my go-to shoe during the winter months. Definitely worth the money!

These were a gift for my granddaughter. I received them days after I placed the order, which was a plus. She was thrilled with them and they fit true to size.

We bought these for my daughter as a Christmas gift. They arrived very quickly and she loves them! If you do get a pair of Uggs, don't forget the protectant spray, though! Luckily, Zappos sent the spray to us with one day shipping too! Thanks Zappos!

This is my third pair of Ugg Classic Short boots. I live in Southern California, so they are a wardrobe staple. I prefer the short style because it is classic and easy to slip on. My previous pairs were both dark brown, so I was ready for a change in color. I have tried on "copies"; they did not hug my foot in the same comfy way as Ugg's. I typically wear a size 8 or 8.5 with a narrow heel; Ugg size 7 fits comfortably. Allow for the shearling to flatten somewhat, leaving more room. I bought a copy for my ten year old granddaughter; they did not hold up. Now that I bought my grey boots, I have passed my old brown ones down to her.

I love these boots! They are warm without making my feet sweat. They fit and are very comfortable and that is saying something for me. I wear 7 wide and have the devil of a time finding anything to fit. They run true to size...7 works fine for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely love these! When Ugg first made them, I bought a pair and wore them out. So I keep replacing them every time that I wear them out. I wear them at sometime during every day in the winter.

The best fastest way.. It seemed like 10 min. and the boots were at my door the fit was perfect ... If they had not been right I could have sent them right back. I love these boots they were my present to myelf.

My granddaughter wanted these UGGS for Christmas and Nana came through! She is one happy camper. The boots are adorable, warm and cozy and it was a thrill to watch her open the box and scream when she realized she had gotten her own pair of real UGGS and not an "imitation" cheaper pair.

Great boots and have bought them many times and runs large and sizing is a little tricky if available in only whole sizes. Will be the "go to " shoe when it is cold.

I don't know why it took me so long to give in and buy a pair. I mean, I guess I do know why: the price. But they're so warm and comfortable I adore them!

When Ugg boots first became popular before the Bailey button was invented I had gotten a pair of these in chestnut for Christmas of 2009. I have the real classic shorts, they have a different pattern on the sole even but it is still the same boot as these boots right here. Definitely go a size down from your usual shoe size. I have had these since 2009 and they are more a size 8 1/2 or 9 after so much use. They really do stretch out. It may be a bit tight at first but trust me they will stretch out and be just right! If you have a wide foot though, you should get your true size. I wear these boots very often! They are amazing and super super comfortable! I can walk in these all day! I am proof that these boots are worth your money, yes they are expensive but these boots will take a beating and last and last and last! They are still in great condition even after 4 years of constant use. They are extremely good quality, that's why they cost so much. Spending this much now one time and you get a boot that can last you 4+ years so you don't have to put out the price every year vs. getting cheap knock off Uggs for like $50 you will have to keep paying $50 probably every few months because the quality is horrible and can't take a beating. These shoes are worth every penny, don't hesitate! Buy them now! I'm buying my second pair right now!

These are the warmest boots I have ever had - and the most comfortable. I only wish they had more of a grip on the sole. I find them to be very slippery when walking with them on.

Ugg Classic Short are awesome. I work in a cold building on concrete floors. I can wear these with or without socks and my feet stay warm. Not hot, not cold...but just perfect. I prefer wearing them without socks. Zappos is one of a kind. You can always count on them to be first rate. I love Zappos and my new Uggs.

The real thing AND they arrived very quickly. Could not ask for better service or quality. Bought them for my grand daughter so I can't comment on fit.
