My daughter loved these boots, I purchased them for Christmas, she wears a size 8, so that was the size I ordered, they were too small, so sent them back (no problem with return/exchange which I love). Re-ordered in size 9 and they fit perfect. I love the return and exchange policy, I have never had a problem with anything I have ever ordered. She has been wearing the boots almost every day and still loves them. Zappos is a great company!

Love these boots! Very comfortable and I think I have worn them almost every day. I like the length also. Probably will come back for another color. Oh and did I mention that there is no other customer service like Zappos? Fast, fast service. Very much appreciated.

I love my new Uggs in soft gray color. Although I am an 8.5, these size 8 fit perfectly. I love especially to wear them with bare feet!

Do not buy black unless you don't mind if your feet turn black. I bought a black pair and a tan pair back in the '90s and I returned the black because of the dye issue, but had my tan pair for 15 years - I just replaced them. I figured I would try the black again hoping the dye issue would be resolved - no such luck. Returned them again. The tan pair is great, but they are making the shaft much tighter now. The foot feel the same and are true to size. I would not recommend ordering a size up.

Love these boots! I normally wear an 8.5m and ordered an 8 and they fit perfectly. I would definetely order a size down if you are a half size.

I gave these boots to my daughter for Christmas and she loved them, but I needed the one larger size from her normal size 8. Zappos worked quickly to replace the boots and paid all the shipping! I was very pleased with this service and will continue to be their customer.

They are so comfortable. And very true to size. Get the size you wear, don't buy a smaller size like some people say. If I did that, then they would be too small.

We love Uggs...everyone in the family has them, some of us have several pairs. They're like heaven for your feet!

I love Ugg! Finally ordered a classic black short pair-uber comfy and chic. Took them out the box and wore them all day without complaint. Usually I order the brighter colors; when I received the Black pair and broke them in without socks the dye wore off on my feet, but that's my only complaint. Double thumbs up!

These are the best boots that I have ever had! They match with almost everything. They are very comfortable on the inside and do not hurt your feet.

The color is nicer in reality than on the computer picture. Worried about stains so I bought the cleaning/protection product kit and so far so good. Cute boot! Love it!

Definitely 5 stars! I bought these Uggs to replace ones exactly like this that I had for over 10 years! They're so comfortable and warm. I couldn't live without a pair of Uggs.

I love these Uggs! I can't believe I waited so long to get some for myself. They feel like heaven, a nurturing of my feet! I'm a size 7, and I downsized as recommended, to a size 6, and they fit perfectly. I also bought the Ugg water and stain repellent and applied it. It works very well and doesn't alter the color. Recently I spilled coffee on one of my boots, and it was bad. I wiped it off with a damp cloth, and when the boot dried, there is no stain. I love the chestnut color that I chose too! Buy these -- you will love 'em!

Oddly I think these run just a tad small. I had purchased these for my daughter, who wears a 7.5 so I ordered an 8, but her toe was right at the tip of the boot. I love Zappos. I shipped the other ones back & just ordered a new pair. They were here the next day! Fabulous since these were a Christmas gift. My refund for the other pair a week later & had a happy little girl.

This Ugg Classic short boot fits as comfortably as it is attractive. This boot keeps your feet warm and cozy. The color is as beautiful as indicated.

These are great boots. The wife loved them. Zappos fast, free delivery cant be beat.

Love them! Make sure you order one size down as they suggest, since the boots will stretch. They fit perfectly and feel great!

This is my 3rd pair of Uggs and I'm back for more. Sangria is a rich gorgeous wine color. I'm so happy with my purchase. Much better in person, the one pictured is too bright. Ever since Carrie Bradshaw wore Ugg boots in the so called "Sangria" shade in Sex & the City's Catch-38 episode I've had this color on my wishlist for a while. So happy they came out with these. Love them!

I bought these for my teenage granddaughter. She was delighted with them and I was pleased with the speedy delivery. She had bought UGGS before and realized she needed to order a smaller size than she normally would.

I wasn't sure if these would be too bright, but they are a nice cranberry color. Not too bright and not too pinkish. They are, of course, super warm and comfortable. I think I'm going to need one of each color! Also, I can't praise the Zappos customer service enough. They have been wonderful with any questions or concerns I have had.

Brilliant in every way! We waterproof sprayed them and my daughter loves them more than her FXR winter Snow race boots! She says they keep her super warm! (Who would have thought.)

I usually buy Kids UGGS but they changed their sizing this year and they seem to be smaller. So, I stepped up and bought the woman's UGGS, they are great! I love the grey color too. This is my 5th pair and they last a long time. It did take a while to get them for some reason- about a week and a half. Then, a week later all of Zappos information was leaked online!
