Suffice it to say, I've never been thrilled to shop; on line can be a hassle or too costly, and going to stores or malls too chaotic. Zappos has turned this around for me. I love Zappos! They have enough products for a good selection without going into consumer overload. I've ordered so many pair of shoes and other items from them I feel like Amelda Marcos! Most often I like what I get the first time, but once I ordered a pair of Uggs and changed my mind about first the style, and then the color. The returns were effortless. I felt like "Little Red Ridinghood", but Zappos made it easy for me to get everything "just right". These Uggs are perfect, hot or cold weather, inside or outside they are great, comfy shoes. I don't think there is a better slipper! They even handle a little. rain, but I don't like to get them wet even if they can take it. .Zappos is my "go to place". You can't beat their helpful staff either. It's so refreshing to find great products at good prices and people who love their work all in one spot. I may move to Nevada! THANK YOU ZAPPOS! Great looking, super warm, cozy, and comfortable. Like my other classic short Ugg's, they fit big so order a size down. Other Ugg's may be true to size, but these are not. I like them in black, looks great with dark jeans and leggings.

Have to say I love Zappos! These friendly folks have a sense of humor and should be the icon for what 'customer service' is. Sigh. I wish I were as convinced about the quality of Uggs. I was gifted with a pair of these pretty gray classic short boots for Christmas '12 and loved them. Comfy and warm, even in Wyoming winter. (And that's saying something!) But this January I noticed what appeared to be a "scuff" on the right boot toe. Closer inspection revealed a hole forming. Near as I can tell there is no way to repair it. I would have hoped for what they cost that they would have lasted longer. Note regarding the number of stars checked - I tried to uncheck some in overall but was unable to do so. Very comfortable. Not so sure I'd use stylish to describe them.

13 years old daughter and I love these Ugg boots. They are very comfortable, good fit, warm. We wear this all year round. We love it.

Love my Uggs! I buy a 6 which is my normal size even though other reviews said to order down. I like to wear them barefoot but the majority of the time I wear them with socks so the size 6 works great for me. Zappos shipped these very quickly and were willing to work with me when I had a problem with them! Wouldn't buy my shoes anywhere else.

Always a classic and always a consistent product. Nothing makes her smile more than a "fresh" pair of Ugg's!

I love these boots! I have the Ugg Cardi boots, but other than that, no other Uggs. I kept buying the cheaper knock offs, trying to go cheap. Big mistake! These are well worth the money, because they are so comfy and delicious! I ordered my regular size and they are perfect.

Love my Uggs! Make sure you go down a size because of the sheepskin, they do stretch. Otherwise, perfect, perfect!

I had brought these for my mother because she always wanted a pair. When they came in the mail she loved them she had them on everyday. The shipping was fast which I love about Zappos and the Uggs look great on my mom feet.

Your classic Ugg design in a great color. Tried a different style first but was happier with this one. Service for exchanges was excellent.

These are very comfortable boots. My daughter wears her Uggs almost everyday. I recommend that you buy the cleaner since they can get dirty easily.

Uggs are the best boots for the climate that I live in! This is my third pair of Uggs originals and these are my favorite ones! They are true to size and when the insole gets worn; all you have to do is purchase new insoles! It is like having a new pair! I would recommend Uggs to all!

I love these! This is my second pair. I have ridiculously small feet and it's so hard to find my size ( size 5 ). These fit perfectly, super comfy and warm. I think everyone has their own opinion and end up ordering wrong cause of other people, you get free shipping both ways get your actual size and if they don't fit send them back. These fit me just fine and I ordered my actual size.

This is my 2nd pair of Classic Uggs; my 1st pair has been very well maintained and is on its 7th year, only showing wear on the twill covered cording around the toe. I ordered the Hibiscus color and it is so cute. Love it - not practical, but love it for fun color during blah winter days. I ordered the same size I did 7 years ago and they fit perfect; I ordered 1/2 size down from my regular 8.5, so ordered an 8. I just got them, so remains to be seen regarding other comments about declining quality in Ugg since made in China, although it does feel as though the density of the shearling is less in the new pair. I won't know how warm until next winter though since our negative zero days are done in Wisconsin.

When I called Zappos to explain my situation, I thought I was taking a shot in the dark. But my customer service representative was most amazing. He was extremely helpful and because of him Zappos will forever have my business.

This purchase was a gift for a sibling and based on the fact that she consistently says "thanks" for the item I would have to say the purchase was a success. The time that the item arrived was in a timely manner, the overall price was great and the quality of the product was great as well. What can I possibly say? Ugg is one of the few brands that fully lives up to their reputation. Super comfortable, usually super durable. My previous pair lasted me 6 years before my dog tore a hole in the foot...Waterproof them and they will last an eternity! Love the gray, adds a touch of class, for me. This particular one seems to run a bit small, though.

After buying my first Uggs I had to get some for my daughter too. We love them, they are so comfortable and warm too! I typically wear a size 8 1/2 -9 but found that with Uggs it is best to order a half size down, so a size 8 fits perfectly. I have to admit, we started the winter season purchasing Bear Paws boots and after my daughter wore them for a few weeks found them to be pretty uncomfortable. So we decided to ditch the Bear Paws and upgrade to the Uggs, the best decision ever! Zappos is great, love the selection and the quality of service that comes when ordering from them!

These boots are the best! So very warm and toasty. They fit true to size. I ware a six and ordered a six and they fit perfect. I live in North Dakota and they keep the minus 27 degree chill off of my feet. Would recommend to anyone. Love them! Zappos shipped so quick too! Usually takes forever to receive mail or packages up here in the boondocks. Love Zappos!

I love my new black, classic short Uggs! I have the same design in chocolate brown. I find they fit true to size. I wear size 10 shoe, but typically 11 in any boot. I purchased size 11 Uggs, and they're perfect. As always, the shipping from Zappos is very fast. I only shop for online shoes through Zappos.

LOVE THESE! Purchasd the Grey which goes with everything. I originally ordered the mini's but it seems they are now running bigger...so I tried these - they are a true classic, great fit can wear with leggings or under bootcut jeans.

I never could understand the hype about these until I needed something warm and simple while recovering from surgery. They are so warm and comfortable that I am a believer now. I am usually a 6.5 but the 6 fits me fine.

Wile visiting at my daughter's, I wore her UGG classic shorts to take the dogs out. It was snowy, windy and very cold. I was really surprised these boots were so incredibly warm and comfortable. Wen I returned home, I bought a pair for myself. They are very high quality in material and construction, plus they look great. I kite them so much, I bought the slippers as well. I recommend them for those seeking style, comfort and warm feet during the fall and winter months.
