This gray pair is my second pair - my first pair of brown Uggs lasted 7yrs - and are actually still good except the fur inside is all worn down and they don't keep my feet warm in the New England cold. The new Uggs are perfect in every way except the fur lining in the foot bed is bunching up into a very weird ball underneath my toes making the boots very uncomfortable. I've tried "scratching" up the pile to rearrange it but nothing helps. Strange!

These boots will be a very special Christmas present for my sister. I am very pleased with Zappos and will continue to order from you.

I love UGGS and was very happy with the first pair I bought. So I decided to order a second pair in my favorite color, chocolate. I ordered the same size and style, the short 9 Woman's Classic, which had fit like a glove last time around and that I still wear. To my disappointment, I could not get my feet into either boot. It was definitely not wide enough. I had never had that problem. Now I have come back to try to order it in a wider size but it is not available. The only thing I see would be to order a size larger which I am reluctant to do. I think I will look locally to see if I can find some to try on before making such a large purchase. The chocolate ones I ordered before weren't wasted, I gave them to my sister who loves them as much as I had hoped to!

I bought these Uggs for my granddaughter for Christmas. She has several pairs, including bedroom slippers. I also bought the same Uggs For my other granddaughter for her birthdays his is an annual birthday gift. My daughters also have several pairs, so you can see we love Uggs.

The most comfortable, snuggliest boot! These classics lasted me through 4 or 5 winters before I finally wore them out. Even then, the sole was good for more use, the wool had worn bare. I am thrilled to have invested in another pair. I tried similar knockoff styles and they just couldn't compete. They're not the cutest shoe or boot on the block, but they by far the most comfortable!

Love them! I love all my UGGs. Great for pulling on to take dogs or make a quick run to the store - keeps my feet warm and toasty!

I bought these boots as a gift for my 74 year old mother in law visiting us in Vail, CO. She loved them! The boots were warm and gave her secure footing on the snowpack.

These are my very first pair of Uggs. I ordered them on a Friday and received the on Monday. I tried them on and the quality was great and they are very cute and versatile. Every year I would get Ugg style boots and they would wear out quickly so I finally decided to invest my money in a pair of real Uggs. I'm so happy I did and I will continue to buy more! I am 50 and hate shoes in general as they all hurt my feet but I love my Uggs. I wear them whenever possible which is most of the time and feel like I am in my slippers! My dog got ahold of my latest pair of black Uggs and chewed one of them to pieces. They were new but I love them so much I gladly paid for them again to have them in my closet and on my feet! Should be worn snug and they will stretch a bit and get easier to get on your feet. If you are between a size and a half size I recommend going down to the whole size not up. If they are too loose there is no foot control and your feet, ankles and calves will be tired after wearing them all day. I ordered the wrong size when I replaced my last pair and Zappos made it so easy to replace. I had them in about two days! Love Zappos and my Uggs!

Uggs are Uggs...had my previous two pairs for 5 years before they had to be replaced, so we'll see how these do. Not noticing any downgrade in quality as some have mentioned...they really seem the same as always. If anything, the sole is sturdier. Buy up a half size if you ever want to wear thick socks, or even just regular boot socks.

I purchased these boots for my Grandaughter. They were perfect. Just what she was looking for. The color Chestnut was rich, the boots soft, warm, and comfortable. They made my Grandaughter and therefore her grandmother very very happy.

I bought these for my granddaughter and she loves them. Zappos is a great way for a long-distance grandparent to give the gifts teenagers want. I have done this many times and never had a problem. Thanks, Zappos!

My first pair of Ugg boots arrived today and I already love them. I wear a 9 shoe and a 9 Classic Short boot is roomy but not too large. Perfect. I bought them in Sand knowing I may have a problem keeping them clean, so I hope the stain repellant and cleaner/conditioner work well. Of course I am already looking at the other colors. I have the Jester Red slipper moccasins in a 9 and they are great, too. Wear them indoors and out and they are so comfy. Thank you Zappos.

My very !st pair of Ugg classic short boots. I got purple velvet. LOVE them... Love the color and the fit. I will really enjoy these boots. And you can not beat Zappos. I ordered them Tuesday night and got them that Thursday. Prices are always good. Their return policy is great. That's where I come when looking for shoes or boots.

I poo-pooed Uggs for a long time based on their looks and price. I was gifted a pair of Ugg slippers and did a total 180- 2 days later I ordered these boots. I usually wear a size 9.5, ordered a 9 based on the reviews and the slippers I had and wasn't disappointed. No they are not beautiful stylish things, but it is like wearing clouds on your feet. Haven't had them long enough to know how much they loosen with wear. I do know however that I am crazy about these boots; my feet have never been warmer or happier/more comfortable. The leg openings are loose enough to stick a skinny jean or legging in and tight enough to fit under straight leg pants. I did order the Ugg kit with the the water/stain resistant spray and cleaner and brush. Also, Zappos has the best customer service ever and their mobile app rocks. They make online shopping such an enjoyable experience.

My first pair of authentic Uggs. Love them. Very comfy! I am usually a size 10, but in some shoes/styles an 11. (I think a 10.5 would fit perfectly in almost all styles, however nothing comes in a 10.5!) I ordered a 10 and they fit well. Thank you Zappos! Now I want a black and dark brown pair... Not sure how my husband would feel about that! :)

Hi, so... Pretty good boots. I thought the color was lighter than the picture, but actually they were the exact color. They were charcoal grey. I really liked everything about them. Since I'm 14 years old and really into fashion, these were perfect. If you have let's say a size 6 1/2 like mine, get a 6, not a 7. The fur inside will compress when you were them for a few weeks. They will get bigger. I was a little disappointed because when you put your foot in its a little too slim. There isn't that much room if you have jeans. My sister has muscle feet and she wanted to get them, so she tried mine to see if the size is okay. She couldn't get in with bootcut jeans. I have pretty skinny legs and I wear jeggings, skinnies, super skinnies, and leggings. So hope you enjoy them. Uggs Forever!

My 12-year-old loves these and gets lots of compliments. Now that her feet have really slowed down growing, these are a great winter staple shoe for school and schlepping around. The light blue color is a standout, and she gets lots of compliments. We definitely waterproofed with the UGG spray before she wore them the first time.

I bought these for my girlfriend and shelves them. She owns a few pairs already but not in this color. Love the colors they're (UGG) is cooking out with. Lastly, Zappos has a HUGE selection and their customer service is extremely helpful! Pleasure doing business with, 5 stars across the board!

I love UGGS I have 8 pairs, I would advise you to get a size smaller in the classics because I have found that they tend to stretch. I have 2 pairs of bailey bow boots and I love them jet be careful of the flap. I have a pair of purple sparkly ones which I adore. I own the tall classic and the short classic in two colors. I also own a pair of their "fashion boots". I own the mini bailey button as well. I love all my uggs, the only reason I am permitted to have so many over many year is because I actually wear them out. I would also advise that when getting the classics put two or three layers of water resistance spray on them. And do it before every winter if you plan to wear them in the snow. Even my mother who finds it hard to find comfy boots has a pair of the bailey buttons in black and she absolutely loves them.

I got these boot for my daughter and she wears a size 9 and kind of has a wide foot. I could of got her a size 9 and broke them in for her. She is happy with them, but has to wear thick socks. The color is great. I have lot's of Ugg's and I wear a 8 and a half to a 9, so most of mine are a size 8. You just have to break them in.

This will be my third pair of Ugg Classic Short boots in Chestnut in over 10 years. The only reason why I've needed to replace them is the fact that my cat loves to attack them and has made rips in them. Although I think they are the ugliest boots one can wear (the English riding boot style is my usual go-to), and my husband calls them my "moon boots", they serve a definite utilitarian purpose for me. I have come to find them invaluable during the winter, for walking the dog or working outside. I have pet chickens that I need to feed every morning at sunrise, and in the winter I need something I can slip on in seconds that will keep me warm and withstand rain, snow or sleet (and chicken poo)while I'm taking care of them and the dog. Words cannot convey the comfort experienced when sliding into a pair of these, sockless. It's heavenly. Knock-offs cannot compare. These are worth every cent. The proof is in the fact that they've stuck around long after they ceased to be a hot fashion trend. I rarely wear them in public, but they continue to be one of my favorite footwear items.
