Love Ugg Classic Short - if you are ordering the Aster Twinface, please note that these are very purple and not a wine/pinkish color, as displayed and expected. Otherwise great boot.

I wear a size 9 but I am glad that I went with my friend's recommendation to size down. She lives in Uggs during the cold months. I got a size 8 and it stretched out to what would have been a 9. Uggs are supposed to be snug. If you go with your normal size you will be dragging your feet and ruin the sole! You are supposed to size down because they stretch out!

UGGs are UGGs, everyone who has them loves them. My daughter loves her UGGs. Not everyone orders them on Zappos though, and that is unfortunate for them! Zappos is the best!! I have wide feet and order all of my shoes on Zappos. Their customer service is like no other, I can't say enough about their customer focus attitude. Free shipping, free returns. Items I order arrive so quickly it's astonishing. BEST COMPANY EVER!

Classic as always. My new pair of Uggs are as desirably comfy as the first pair I bought back in 1985. If only the price of the new ones was as "comfy" as the price I paid for the first pair 30 years ago. I can squirm a bit at the price, but once they're on my feet, I am a happy camper!

I absolutely love these boots. My last pair lasted me five years and after looking at them this year, I decided to invest in a new pair. They do run big, I am a true 7½ and a size 7 fit perfectly. I could fit a nice pair of wool socks as well in these boots. Shipping was fast, too.

I wore out my first pair, and am on my second! These are the most comfortable boots ever! With socks, plenty of support, without socks, like a slipper! I love them!

Super cute for my petite frame. Look, I'm a short gal at 5'2". I've scoured internet searches to guess how these would look on me (by seeing how they look on short celebrities.) Turns out this is the perfect length for me as the fall right before my calves start to get wide. I wear a 7.5 wide in running shoe. The size 7 in UGG fits perfect, even if I want to wear socks. I normally add arch support to my shoes. Note these don't have much support. They are cozy (for the 40 degree weather I've worn them in) but my feet don't get sweaty in warmer temps (60 degrees). Since they are not waterproof, I purchased the UGG cleaning/protector kit as well. I'm not sure how well that works because I've had drops of water splash on the boot - no water staining - but the boot doesn't seem to repeal the water (bead up and slide off, instead, water is absorbed.) I gave the boot three treatments before using them. I love the boots - even though I have called them UGGly for YEARS. They still aren't the most stylish boot but I've been converted to a fan. I simply hate cold toes!

Didn't think I'd enjoy wearing these boots. However, they are comfortable and look better on than I could imagine.

Uggs are worth the money...buying a cheaper brand just isn't worth the price difference. Note the black or dyed colors will bleed and you need to wear socks. I don't know how long that will last.

Received my chestnut boots in the correct.I'd initially ordered my usual shoe/boot size 10 but they were too big. The size 9 fits beautifully! These boots are the absolute BEST! I am going to enjoy reaching for them. I also own the mini 'Bailey' in black & in a size 9. I am now eyeing the classic short in Sand. Zappos VIP service is super fast & AWESOME!

Bought these boots in black a year in a half ago. Also purchased the boot cleaning kit. After one cleaning the boot turned ashy looking, no longer black. The inside of the boot is lumpy feeling. The boots were brick hard after a few wears before and after cleaning. I purchased another pair with the metallic back in chestnut brown same issue with those. I am very disappointed with both of the boots. I've always had a good experience with purchasing from here,been a costumer for a few years now. So sad I wasted a lot on boots I can no longer wear. :(

This is my fourth pair of Uggs. Although they look and feel the same the sizing has definitely changed over the past few years. I had to go up a full size because my toes hit the end. It used to be that you sized down but that is not the case anymore. Width also does not seem as wide as when they first came out so your foot does not wiggle around like it used to.

These boots are the perfect house shoe and bedroom slipper for the cold winter months. Of course they can be used for errands in town but personally I need support. Zappos customer service and rapid response is always stellar!

This is my favorite pair of boots, so comfortable and warm. Definitely worth the price and they last a long time.

The one thing my daughter asks for every year. They hold up well and are easy to put on the mornings we are running late for school.

Shipping was fast, the boots are true to size in my opinion, but the width of the boot leg was snug. once broken in they are comfortable but it takes a couple times to be fully broken in. beautiful and very cozy. :)

Love my Uggs; this is my second pair. The Uggs run true to size so get your usual size. They used to make Uggs bigger but now they make them true to size.

I've been wanting the Navy Short Uggs for years now and I finally ordered them! They arrived quicker than expected and they are just beautiful!! Uggs are such good quality in my opinion and knock-offs don't even compare!

Great service! Size was perfect but a little tight in the neck for a size 12! Given as gift to my sister, Joan Wilson, who is plus size.
