These shoes were notated as running larger than true size. My daughter wears a 7½ so we got the 7. However that is too small. Otherwise, she loves the boots.

Love, Love, Love My UGGS!!! So soft, so comfortable, and so amazingly warm. These boots are truly a gem for our cold Minnesota winters. This is my 2nd pair of this exact same awesomely comfortable boot. 1st pair withstood 5 years of constant wear and abuse; still holding up well, but time for some new ones. If you are looking for a warm, comfortable, and fashionable winter boot look no further because UGGS are Simply amazing!!!! (On a side note, I am a guy who very comfortably and proudly sports UGGS whenever I am not working. I do not tuck my jeans into them like the girls do. I wear jeans over the top, and the GF digs them too!) Guys do not let societal norms rob you of the UGG experience, you will NOT regret it!!

UGG boots perfect as always. My DIL just loved the grey. She normally is a 10 but I got the 9 and it fit like a glove. Plus this was 2 weeks before Christmas and I ordered them on Sat. afternoon and received them Monday morning!! Crazy! Love Zappos.

I purchased these for a Christmas gift for my daughter and granddaughter. My daughter wears an 11 in running shoes and a 9.5 in dress shoes. The size 10 fits perfectly. My granddaughter wears a size 8.5 running shoe. The size 8 fits her perfectly. We were very happy with the boots and with service from Zappos.

These are very nice boots. The size was just right and they were well made. You can never go wrong ordering from Zappos. They are the gold standard in customer service. They even have Amazon beat in the shipping department. Order worry free from Zappos!

I just love these Uggs! They are a Christmas gift for my 39 year old daughter. I like them so much that I ordered myself a pair in black and they are very comfortable and stylish.

I had been wanting a pair of the Classics for years and luckily I found these online during a sale. They keep my feet warm but not sweaty. You're supposed to wear them without socks to maximize the benefits of the fur. The fur doesn't itch. It's very soft. The Chestnut is a beautiful, neutral that looks great. I normally wear a 7. 5 Medium in boots. I purchased these in the 7 Medium and the fabric has stretch to it and room so that my feet are comfortable. I bought the short ones to wear around the house during fall/winter. I will treat myself to the tall ones during the next sale.

I have a pair and I just gave them to my sister after reading the reviews. I just thought that I would put it out there that the pair that I have been wearing are my true size 7 so when I order this pair again I will not go down a size I will stick with the 7. That is what I wear and that is how they fit.

I hesitated to order these because they are so clunky looking but I'm in love. They are so comfortable, I don't care how they look. Besides, I'm in Portland Oregon so anything goes.

I made the mistake of ordering a size down as well, and they were way too small. I usually wear an 8½ or a 9 and I ordered an 8, they were way too tight across the foot and these also fit too tightly in the calf area/shaft of the shoe. I ordered a size 9 and am waiting for it to arrive tomorrow so I will adjust my review after trying the next size up. Quality, style and comfort all seemed excellent if they would have fit properly. My main concern is going to be that I am afraid my calves are going to be too large for these boots. I was told by the customer service rep that the tall shaft of the boot does not increase in size around when you go up in shoe size so I do not know if I will be able to keep these. If I have to I may return the pair on their way for the classic short since that will not be an issue with those. It is a shame though because I was really looking forward to these in the Classic Tall.

Typical UGG quality: beautiful on the inside and out. I love the new and latest styles but my daughter is loyal to the Classic Short. There's no such thing as a wrong decision when it comes to UGG boots, we love them!

I think this is the third or fourth pair of UGGS I've purchased for my granddaughter....she loves them during these cold Wisconsin Winters...I also enjoy speaking with your associates on the phone....it makes shopping FUN!

I decided to try these UGGs because another reviewer said she could use her orthotics inside them but it didn't work for me. I have a high arch so maybe that's the difficulty but they were very difficult to get on with my orthotic inside and were tight. I have to send them back but they felt really cozy and nice without the orthotic so I recommend them for anyone who doesn't need an insert.

I have the Bailey Button Ugg boots and love them. I did indeed buy one size smaller and after three weeks they are stretching out. I am certain that if I would have gone with my regular size 8 they would become too large and sloppy looking over time. They are warm and cozy and the next time I purchase a different color I will go with the same sizing.

This boot is absolutely amazing. The color is great and fits perfectly. It fits true to your size. So, I would advise those who get this boot to get their usual shoe size when getting this. They feel really soft and smooth on the inside. They don't really offer a lot of arch support for the foot . But, overall this boot is really great!

These are super cozy and comfy boots! I have had uggs in the past and they are always a great purchase. I love the color gray as well. I typically wear a 6 or 6.5, but a 5 in the ugg boot fits perfect.

Love these shoes!! They do get a little warm on the warmer California winter days but it doesn't matter. It's like walking on pillows in these things!! They are so soft inside. They hug my feet so much so that I feel a sense of comfort when wearing them.

Bought these for a present for my Mom. She absolutely loved them. She already had a pair of the classic tall boots, but prefers to wear the short boots on day that are not so cold.

These are great boots, my older daughter received a pair last year for Christmas and loves them. So, since my younger daughter kept trying to wear her older sister's I just bought a pair for her as well! Where we live good warm booth are a necessity in the winter. They will wear them daily to school to keep their feet warm and toasty without sacrificing style.

I keep trying to own ugg boots,but it just doesn't fit. :( Usually wear size 10 and for this boot its just too big... I wish they would have half sizes... Returning them.
