These boots run a size bigger than marked. I am normally a size 9, but always order Uggs size 8 and they fit perfect.

I usually wear an 8 1/2, but after reading other reviews that said these ran a bit large I decided to take a chance and order a size 8. They're just right with either bare feet or a thin sock. I have narrow feet so I have some extra room in the width. I'm sure these would be fine for medium wide feet. Very comfortable, and will keep your toes toasty on those cold days!

I bought these for my sister and she absolutely loves her Uggs! These Uggs fit her perfectly and she wears them everyday and always raves about how comfy they are. I love the Zappos website and will continue to shop for my shoes through Zappos.

I can always count on Zappos. Since I know the Classic UGG style runs a size larger I always buy them that way. Everyone loves it when I gift them with UGGS.

I wear a 10 to 10.5 in shoes, but the size 10 in these Uggs were perfect. They're so comfy and warm even without socks on. I sprayed mine with the Ugg protector spray which helped keep them stain free and prevented water spots. You can't go wrong with these Uggs because they are cute, warm, soft, durable and comfortable!

I ordered size 10 M from Zappos even though I normally wear 9 1/2 Wide. They fit perfectly. Both my daughters have Ugg boots and they love them so I wanted a pair too for next winter.

I love these Ugg boots! The color is great and they wash up really well. I recently was bitten by my iguana and blood got all over my new boots and needless to say I was upset, but I was able to clean them completely with the Ugg cleaner. As always, Zappos is wonderful!

I wear these on cold days in the house instead of slippers. They keep my feet toasty warm, which makes the rest of me warm. The only time they are outside is when I'm on the patio. I don't think I would wear them out in public, as the manufacturer states they aren't made for walking distances, or rain or snow. They are wonderful for my use and I will be taking them with me to wear in the hotels, when I travel to colder climates.

I adore these boots. I cannot believe I waited so long to get them. When I am not wearing them out, I wear them at home, to keep my feet toasty. So comfy. Also love wearing them in the morning to get ready for work. I am a size 10, sometimes even 10 1/2, but had to get the size 9 because the heel would slip. Love Zappos for making returns so easy. The gray color is a wonderful neutral.

I ordered a size smaller than my normal size and they fit perfectly. These are the most comfortable boots ever and my feet feel heavenly!

I finally gave in and purchased Uggs since it was such a cold winter here, and I LOVE them. So comfy and worth the money. I wil say that I didn't find the description saying that these shoes run big accurate at all. I wear an 8.5 mainly and sometimes a 9. It was suggested that the shoes ran big so to order down if you wore a half size. The 8's were too small as my toe was rubbing at the top. I called Zappos, and the 9's were delivered literally the next day!! Amazing customer service. I say if you wear a half size go up and not down, as my 9's feel so much better and not big at all.

I never imagined that I would ever wear Uggs, much less love them. After relocating to a region with colder winters than I'm used to, I needed something that would keep my feet warm and not be a big hassle getting into every time I wanted to go out. Not only are these boots excellent for warmth, they are also incredibly comfortable, lightweight, and super easy to slip in and out of. I normally wear a size 7 - 8, and ordered these in a size 7, which fits great. I have a narrow foot and was worried that they would be too wide, but the plush lining seems to anchor my foot and I have only a little (barely noticeable) heel slippage. If you're on the fence about these boots, go for it!

These shoes are fantastic, they are comfortable and perfect for cold weather. I love.

I love these boots, they are warm and roomy. No wonder they are everywhere! I recently went on a day trip and was worried about wearing the boots walking all day and they were great!

Zappos has it all- I had been looking for this color for at least 2months and Zappos was and is the only company that had them in stock. I usually wear a size 9 US so I ordered a size 8 and the fit is perfect! The color is great and I wear them whenever appropriate because they are the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. Zappos also had them here in 3days for free. I love all the other boots I have ordered from as well. Zappos is the best.

Best boot ever !!!!!!!! I ordered these boots and dont wont to take them off - they are so warm and cozy. Shipping was also very fast, I had my boots less than 24 hours after I had ordered them. I plan on getting all the colors, they are so cute !!!

Perfection - Uggs are the most perfect boot ever made! I now own 7 pair (mostly short classic in different colors, also tall classic and an ultra) I also keep one pair exclusively as my indoor slippers. These are the only boots/slippers that have ever kept my feet truly warm, WITHOUT making them sweat. AND they are plenty sturdy for the outdoor elements as long as you treat them with the water repellent. I live in Pennsylvania and we get it all (rain, sleet, ice, and SNOW) The only thing even more amazing than Uggs is ZAPPOS. You have the best selection of Uggs and it's pure genius that you email people when their size and style become available! Plus the most recent pair that I ordered, Not only did it come with free shipping, but I received it within 24 hours of placing my order!!!!!!!!! AMAZING

THIS IS COMFORT!!! These boots are AMAZING!! They feel just like the fluffiest slippers. The comfort is incomparable. I normally wear a 9, and following the suggestions about size for this boot, I ordered an 8. They just fit. I think the 9 would have definitely been too big. One other thing, this pair was made in China, and I've heard that due to the demand for these boots, they are cranking them out at an amazing rate, and the quality might suffer as a result. I can notice a few things with the boots that support this: seams not being perfect, the patch of material on the back heel being a different color black then the rest of the boot (may be because it's suede and the rest of the boot is shearling), a stray thread hanging. But all in all these boots are great, and I will be wearing them this winter! P.S. - they were a lot lighter in weight then I expected.

Love my Uggs and Zappos.com - I just ordered my Chestnut Classic Short Uggs and I love them. They are sooo comfortable, I wear a size 7, and I ordered a size 7 and they fit perfect! Zappos.com was GREAT, this was the first time I ordered from them, and they got my uggs to me in 1 day, and in perfect condition! I can't wait to start wearing my uggs and enjoying them, now I want them in black!

Most comfortable shoe ever!!! I love Uggs, I don't want to take them off they are so comfy! Keep in mind one thing though! Different styles run in different sizes, and depending on where they were made. The New Zealand Short boots tend to run small, so order larger.

The Pink Ugg Club - My friend and I fell in love with pink Uggs while watching the Bachelor and had to order them for the final episode! I was worried I would not have them for Wednesday and I had them on Monday. I have worn them everyday since and am eyeing up the Classic Tall in Chestnut--I hope it comes back in stock!
