Stores were out of the sand color as it is very popular. However, Zappos had stock and it was shipped the next day. It arrived on time, too!

I love my Uggs! I have the classic short in black. They are so cozy and warm. They are perfect for super cold weather. I would recommend using the boot conditioner and water-proofing spray to keep them in their best shape. I couldn't really find any flaws about my boots yet. I've had them for almost a year now and they have held up very good. They are really cute to. Overall, very impressed!

Bought them for warmth but they exceeded my expectation. They are so comfortable and smart looking, too. I am very happy with them.

I got these for my fiancee. She loves them and I think she looks cute in them. They keep her warm, which is the main reason that I got them for her.

I love these boots! They are very comfortable and warm. The color is beautiful and they look great with jeans, pants or a dress. Get a size smaller than the one you use as they are supposed to be worn without socks. (If you wear socks the feet will sweat at the end of the day as they are so warm.)

Love my Uggs, have bought several pairs of these over the years but never have been so satisfied with customer service and the shipping guarantee. Have also been buying from Zappos for about 5-6 now as well! Great place to shop online.

I bought these for my daughter, she loves them and says they fit great! A lovely color but let's face it, Uggs are really not a stylish boot!

I usually wear a size 9 shoe, so I ordered a 9 in these Uggs, expecting them to be a little big. They were too small. Zappos' customer service was outstanding in helping me get size 10 and returning the 9. I will definitely buy from Zappos again! And I absolutely love my new Uggs!

Zappos is a great online company to order from. I placed my order for a pair of Uggs at 8:00 PM Eastern time and them on my doorstep by 3:00 PM the next day using standard shipping. I have always been very please with the service and the return policy. I rate this online company five stars.

These Uggs are amazing. They keep you very warm and cozy. Your feet will never hurt from wearing these Uggs. The only thing I regret is not buying them in Tall instead but overall they're definitely worth the money!

First pair didn't fit. Second pair, inconsistent quality between shoes. Third pair just right! Zappos customer service and return policy is excellent! Very satisfied with Zappos!

I read that these run big and they sure do! I usually wear a 9 and got an 8 and they fit perfect!

Loved these so much in brown that I bought them in black also. Unlike other Ugg styles, these are true to size. Also, these even look cute in size 10!

Not much to say -- I don't care if these go in and out of style, they are always comfortable, warm, and perfect for those crisp winter days when you want to feel like you are wearing slippers all day long. I've had a few colors over the years, but I think the grey is my fave. Uggs stretch over time and run a little large; I normally wear a 8.5/9 but get an 8 in all things Ugg.

Love the boots. They are so comfortable, I can walk in them all day long, and no sore foot. I usually wear a size 7 or 7.5, but 6 fit me perfectly (it felt tight at first, but by the end of the day, it was fine).

I love these - I use them only for inside shoes when I first get up, or once I get home after work. The sheepskin lining is therapeutic both for feet and ankles because the warmth increases blood flow - like wearing a heating pad on your feet!

Comfy and cute! I resisted against buying for years but finally broke down. I know I'll get a lot of wear out of them.

Zappos has excellent Customer Service. They were so nice and helpful. I ordered my Ugg's on a Thursday and got them on Friday, with no cost for shipping. I love my Ugg's! I wear a size 6 shoe but ordered my Ugg's in a 5 and I'm so glad that I did. They fit perfect. No need to wear socks, or anything. They keep my feet nice and warm. Love them! I will never wear the fake me out Ugg's again! There is no comparison. I'll be ordering more Ugg's from Zappos in the future.

I love them! Get size smaller though. Wear without socks. Boots stretch.

I own about 8 pairs of Uggs, I love them all. I wear a size 8 in woman's shoes, but I would size down to a 7 in Uggs. Zappos is great from start to finish. You will never find another online site w/ free next day shipping. Zappos you rock!
