I Love My Uggs! I wear a size 7.5-8 so I ordered a size 7 but when I got them I had too much space (my feet are very narrow) so I called Zappos and they shipped me a size 6 the next day and they fit perfect. Wow! Zappos has excellent customer service. I Love Zappos!

Ugg sizing is very weird!! I have never bought Ugg boots before but love there slippers. I decided to order this boot with the Mayfaire also. I normally wear a size 7 1/2 so I ordered the size 7. They were HUGE. Wide and really long. The Mayfaire is a cuter style I think so will stick with that one but those run very large as well. Thanks to Zappos though I am able to get the right size (sz 6) without hassle. Kudos to Zappos!!

I Love Uggs - I bought Uggs for an Alaskan cruise and it was the best decision ever! They kept my feet warm and dry in the 40 degree rainy weather. They got wet and I was worried that they would be stained/ruined, but they dried out perfectly and look brand new. Comfort wise they were really comfortable, although I could tell they might not have as much support as other shoes made for walking. I ordered my true shoe size and they fit great!

I have arthritis in my big toe joint and finding shoes is a struggle. I was primarily interested in Uggs as a house shoe to keep my feet warm. First the cons – Uggs would be perfect if they had a more supportive footbed and sole. I can feel the uneven ridges of the rubber sole under the foot liner and it's irritating on my bad foot. A thicker, more supportive insole would fix this problem. They are ultra flat, no arch support at all, and the rubber soles are a bit heavy. Despite this, there are many pros – soft and warm interior, no seams, easy on and off, nice looking. They are roomy enough for an orthotic if necessary. I wear a size women's 10.5 wide, but I ordered the men's 11D as I needed the extra width and room in the toe. Haven't decided if I'm going to keep them yet. If you have hardy feet and don't require any footbed support Uggs are for you.

Love them! This is my third pair of Ugglies in 5 years, and I love them! I am btwn an 8 and 8 1/2 and in the past I've ordered 7. This time I purchased an 8, so I'd say now Ugg is true to size. My feet are a bit wider than most though. Definitely my holy grail winter boot.

Wearing socks with Uggs - My daughter didn't wear socks as recommended with her Uggs. Her feet ended up sweating more without socks and made the insides all crunchy. We received new Uggs and wearing thin socks is definitely better than none. They are true to size and very comfortable as well as trendy. Zappos was great! Excellent service. Thank you!

Comfy, but too big - I wear a 7 1/2 shoe, so ordered these in a 7. The 7s in the Classic Tall fit fine, but this style still feels too big.

Like a bug in a rug - These are really great comfort boots. They are not particularly stylish, and are definitely wider than the stated size, so I took the advice suggested and bought one and one half sizes larger. I have a fairly narrow foot, so probably one size larger would have been better, but overall I'm quite happy with them. I wish I could sleep in them!

Great shoes - These shoes are great. They're the style my girlfriend was looking for and are just the right comfort level for casual wearing. They're not hiking boots or anything like that, but will stand up to stroll on a cool day through the shopping mall or for wine tasting. ;) I'm not exactly sure what the big draw is with these, but girls love 'em so if you're a guy looking at this review -- just buy them already and make your significant other happy. Also, you'll never find a better deal or better service than Zappos. We had to return the first pair because they were too big and all the shipping was free! Not to mention amazing service when I called to ask about doing an exchange... I ended up just returning and re-purchasing later when I saw the color I wanted in stock...

Uggs Classic Short (Sand) I am usually a 6 1/2 or 7 and I ordered this boot in a 6 and it fits great. It is very comfortable and warm. The sand color is neutral and goes with everything. This is my first pair of Uggs and not my last, I wish they had a little more shape or curve, they make your feet look large. I do love them anyway!

Weather - It stands true for cold weather. But for the snow, I had one foot completely dry and warm, while the other foot was wet. I was disappointed at that.

This was my first classic Ugg after wearing the Ultimate’s for a few years. Be aware that these boots, compared to the Ultimate’s, offer very little support and are not good for walking around in for long periods of time. They just aren't as cushioned and don't have arch support. They are exceptionally toasty though. I bought the black and will probably never buy Uggs with dyed lining again. When I take these off I have to scrub my feet and ankles with a brush to get them clean. They're nice if you sit at a desk and don't have to walk much. I am an 8.5 normally, got these in 8, probably should have gotten the 7s because they are already roomy after a few wears.

Very Comfy - This boot is very comfortable, I am very pleased with my Ugg purchase. The only thing I wished I would have done was spray them with protector right away because I spilled olive oil on them and it wouldn't come off with the cleaner.

Ugg Classic Short - For a while I didn't want to waste money on these boots, but I finally tried a pair and they are soo comfy and they keep my feet, which are always cold, really warm. My only complaint is that with the black ones that I ordered - the dye rubs off on my feet and toenails. I thought after a while it would stop, but it still happens. Anyway...I still love them and I bought them in sand as well. Order 1 size smaller than you normally wear.

Ugg Classic Short - I love these shoes. They keep your feet so warm, but are not intended for when you have to be on your feet all day.

very warm - good comfort - These are great. They are super warm even without socks in New England. The heel is a little wide, but the rest of the boot feels fine.

COMFY COZY UGGLY UGGS!! These are by far the most comfortable warmest (I need to drink iced coffee type warm) boots EVER!! They are ugly but I guess that is part of their charm. Plan on purchasing a full size smaller than you normally wear and wearing socks with these shoes will make you sweat your buns off!!!

Ugg's Classic Short Boot - Before commenting on the boots, I must mention the superior service of Zappos. They're #1 for me. I found the boots to be very warm and comfortable, though a little wide (I wear medium). I ordered a half size down, and length-wise they fit perfectly. They're very easy to slip on and off.

Ugg Classic Short - Purchased these boots for my daughter as she was constantly wearing my minis. She is very happy to now have two pairs (she thinks mine are hers). She is wearing them with jeans, skirts and sweats. Very versatile.

Uggs: A teenager's dream! Bought these for my 13-year-old daughter as she's been begging for a pair for the last three years. After fruitless trips to the mall, we gave Zappos a shot and paid attention to prior reviews. Followed the advice of ordering a size down. Good tip. We went with the 5 as my daughter (and I) is a 6. At first she wanted to return them, but after I asked her to walk around in them a bit, she determined that they were "awesome!" and the "most comfortable shoes she's ever worn!" She hasn't taken them off since. Note: Not water proof. She's finally relented to wearing other shoes in the rain and snow.

Uggs - The Uggs I received were just as I had anticipated with the exception of the softness inside. I went to a department store to feel some other Uggs and it seems that the softness varies from boot to boot. I am most pleased with my purchase!
