Hello the left boot has a stain and on the outside and my daughter's boot.

I bought these boots for my wife. She seems to like them,she says they feel good on her feet. So far so good with the size. She actually wears an 8 1/2 but they don't make half sizes so I wasn't sure when I ordered them. I don't know why they don't come in half sizes but I would think they could sell more to people who do wear half sizes. Sort of strange I think.

Good pair for the winter. Keeps your feet warm even without socks. I'm size 6.5, but ordered 7 which is perfect since I like my feet to have some wiggle room. Over time, the color black will fade a bit.

I bought the short pair in pomegranate, I ordered on a Saturday and they came Monday. The ones that are dyed, such as the ones I got, def aren't as nice as the original colors, but it's something different! The only thing was that they smelled super weird when they first came, like a plastic-dyed smell. Kind of like a new smell but it was overpowering! Other than that, they're super super comfortable and stylish. :)

The Chestnut Uggs are really a beautiful color, and as always, very warm and cozy. I wear a size 7 1/2 shoe (slightly wide feet), so my original order was for size 7. I was surprised at how snug they were (really snug!). I know that these boots loosen after a while, but these were so snug that I was afraid that they would never loosen enough to be really comfortable. So I exchanged them for size 8 (much better fit!). I was really surprised that I had to exchange because Uggs are known to run large. (Maybe they're making them a little smaller than I remember? My last Ugg purchase was a few years ago.) I already have Black, and in addition to the Chestnut, I ordered Grey (beautiful charcoal color!); and Sand, which is a beautiful light color to wear during the Spring months. And as far as the exchange goes, Zappos was easy to work with and fast as usual!

I'm not sure why, but this boot fit differently than my other Uggs which are the same size. I could feel the edge of the sole along the inside of the boot. I'm sad to send them back!

These are my first pair of Uggs and despite saying that I would never buy a pair, I'm glad that I did. I wear them at the end of the day after working at a job that requires me to be on my feet and they feel heavenly. Good, casual, comfy shoes.

What's not to love with classic Uggs? These are extremely comfortable on my extra-wide, hard to fit foot. They may not be the prettiest shoe in the world but they warm and cozy in the winter. I only want to take them off to put on slippers.

Zappos is a great site to order from! I was very pleased with their customer service and how quickly these Uggs came to my house, in two days! No shipping or tax fee! I like my black Uggs. The only negative thing is that they get dirty super quickly and the dye in the inside rubs on your toes or socks. Otherwise, they are a great item to buy!

I bought these boots at the beginning of January because I had a new puppy and wanted something that was easy to slip on and off without having to worry about wearing socks when I had to take him out and I do love them. They are warm and cozy, and so soft inside. My only complaint with them is the sole has no traction for snow and ice. They really are just a fashion boot. They aren't too bad on snow if it is really cold out and the snow is really granular, but anything other than that, and you will be sliding. I do realize they say in the description they are not to be worn on snow and ice, but who are they kidding. Who wants boots just to wear around the house or shopping. If you do wear them on snow, you need to be careful with them, and ice, well forget about that.

Got these for my fiancee and she loves them. Don't get them dirty though, you'll never be able to clean them without having them sent to a professional. It's a bummer that she got them dirty the day after I gave them to her!

I bought these for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift. She loves the way they feel on her feet. The soles are very slippery, however. She has trouble walking in them when it's snowy or slick. Even in slushy snow they are slick. A great boot, but a better grip would be nice. Also, Zappos is awesome at fast delivery!

So cute but for some reason this Ugg felt and measured much smaller than my other Uggs of the same style. I have to send it back.

Comfy and warm. My first pair of UGGs. Am a bit concerned, though, about an article I read that says you can have foot problems with them if you wear them often all day and foot fungus (if you wear them without socks, I don't) and fallen arches. As always, buyer beware.

Ugg boots arrived within the week. Longer than I had expected, but acceptable. Was glad to find the correct size as it has become impossible to find these at the local malls, etc.

Having a really hard time finding my true size in these...I got the chestnut in a size 6 youth, went based on reviews...I am a 7-7 1/2. And the 6 youth I was swimming in...I got a 6 womens and 5, the 6 felt good, but I felt if they stretched they would be too big, the size 5 my toe was at the tip!!! I am trying the black to see how those fit. A lot of people suggest trying different colors! I’m crossing my fingers the 6 black fit!!!

Not as much support as expected and not as cushy as expected. Sheepskin tends to bunch up under the toes. Very warm and vary comfortable otherwise.

I only order my Uggs from Zappos. I love Uggs and they are comfortable, durable and reliable. My boots always arrive the next day -even when I select the standard shipping! Way to go Zappos!

I have these in Chestnut, and I like them a lot. Not crazy for them though, I think the style is too popular and when I wear them I feel like everyone else. I'm still keeping these, but I want to get a unique style so that it's a bit different. But I'm still loving them because they are incredibly warm and durable!

absolutely adore the Ugg Australia Boot Collection. They are super comfortable and can be worn with almost anything. After purchasing this boot, I only got a few wears out of them before I tossed them. They stain so easily and horribly so I would suggest purchasing the cleaning kit because you are going to need it!

These are comfortable but they are too tight around the calf/ankle. I like my boots to be wide so jeans etc can be tucked in. Bailey Button Uggs were alot better fitting/width wise.

Fur lining sewing separated on the inside back heel area. Zappos quickly replaced. Second pair seems better.

While I don't find these to be the most attractive boots ever, they are super warm. Perfect for days you need to run out quick in your sweats.

These boots are extremely comfortable but do not have any arch support. I have to add an insole to them in order to wear them. In the black ones, the dye comes off on your feet and I'm not crazy about that. But will keep wearing them and hope that one day they will put in some arch support.
