I feel like the quality has gone down a bit and the chestnut color is way off, more orange than previous Uggs in chestnut I own. Fit is the same. I'm an 8.5/9 and the 8 is perfect. They should be tight at first. Still the warmest boots out there.

I have these in purple. They are extremely warm and comfortable. However, they're not good on ice. They have no traction and you're likely to slip and break your neck. If you're looking for something warm and comfortable, they're perfect. If you're looking for something to wear in icy conditions, get a pair of rain boots.

Currently, I own 2 pair of UGG tall, size 9 and they fit perfectly. They have always been a sure thing. Thru the years I have tried them on and the fit was consistent. Well, not today. I was so looking forward to take advantage of UGG's on sale which is very seldom. This UGG feels too big in every way, my foot swims/slides when I walk in them. Totally disappointed.

I miss the old Uggs, with the reenforced toe and some weight to them. The made in China Uggs are just not the same. If you have a wide foot like I do, the boot is too narrow. I should have ordered mens which I assume would be wider.

Not so much of a actual sand color, more like a ashy tan. But the boots are still cute warm and comfy as always. I got my actual size and it fits fine.

I purchased these UGG's as a Christmas gift for my daughter in the wrong size. My review is not based on the actual boot but the customer service. I'm not saying there was anything wrong with the quality of the boot but Zappos response to my initial purchase and return. It is like nothing I have experienced before. Within 1 day of the purchase and within 1 day of me filling out the proper paperwork for the return I had the boots delivered to me. I have since recommended Zappos to others who are looking to purchase items. I will definitely use them in the future!!

I loved the look of this boot in grey but that seam across the front of the ankle was very irritating and made it a chore to get the boot on and off. Unfortunately I have to send them back. Zappos' service was excellent as usual.

Size 12 N running show 11 N dress shoe bought size 10, could have gone down one more size. Heel slips. Bought running sock inserts (ultra thin, Champion brand, not quite a sock) from target to wear with these so heel does not slip. Very warm, soft, fuzzy and breathable. I also own a pair in the charcoal color.

This is the 4th pair of Uggs I've gotten from Zappos, the second in the Classic Short, different color. I have loved loved loved Uggs from the moment I put them on my feet - the first pair, I wore all waking hours, as house slippers, for outside, they were so comfortable! The 1st & 2nd pairs, many years old, are still going strong. The 3rd pair, I got a hole in the upper front from my big toe rubbing against the inside! (Not a toenail issue - they are kept short.) Not very strong leather? No natural lambs wool inside? Less padding. I don't know. These new ones I just got are different from the others - they're tighter, they feel smaller, they're less comfortable. I know my feet have not gotten fatter, have they been made slightly smaller? Same size, same style, harder to pull on, harder to get off, and tight all day long. My overall impression is that the quality of Uggs has gone down over the years.

No problem with the product or shipping just the picture displayed online is a different color then what the boot actually resembles. The boot is darker and more navy blue rather than a brighter blue is what I thought it would look like.

I wore out a pair of these black classic short Uggs after many years of constant use. They were the perfect boot to wear on dry, cold Chicago days, comfortable outside and indoors. The winters in Houston are much shorter, but I was missing these boots on the few days cold enough to wear them. Very happy with the new boots. Same Uggs as far as I can tell despite other reviews that report otherwise.

My daughter loves these boots. They are comfortable and easy. But the fleece inside does wear down and come off of the inside so I do need to replace them every year.

I'm shopping for my next pair of UGGS. A testament to their durability, the original pair was purchased in 2011 and have been worn consistently from September thru April every year since. I don't mind spending the money on a quality product that lasts! My old pair will be placed in semi-retirement, they've still got plenty of wear left, I just want a new pair. I did listen to the suggestion to order a smaller size. I typically wear an 8 1/2 wide or a 9. I purchased an 8, and although they were initially snug, they have conformed to fit my foot perfectly. They also don't have that "slouch" in the heal area that happens when they are too big on people. UGGS don't run big, but they do stretch and that's the reason it's suggested to go smaller. They are also meant to be worn without socks. If your a diehard sock wearer take that into consideration when you purchase, your standard size may work better for you.

Stitching was good except for some wool coming out of the stitching on the outside. Order your normal size, even though they do stretch. The picture on the website isn't accurate. Although I do like the white tag some don't and this is why I say this...these came to me, even though they are a women's size, with a white tag. If you want the brown tag at the back of your boot then I recommend you order from Amazon or the official Ugg Australia website.

This is my first pair of UGGs. Received it as a gift. I do love the warmth. I am typically a size 8. I got these in 7 and they are still way too large. I probably should have gotten a 6. But I have worn them, so probably can't exchange them at this point.

Yes, they're very soft, have a nice thick padded sole, and are kind of cute...but I found them to be a bit too snug around my ankle and lower calf -- was hoping they'd be a bit roomier. Instead they make me feel a bit claustrophobic. I'm returning them and trying the classic mini version, which has a shorter leg shaft, along with an Ugg slipper. (I mainly want these to wear as warm slippers around the house.)

Ugg boots are one of the best investments I have ever made! For the longest time I was reluctant to purchase them due to their high price. I understand now that you are paying for quality. Being a college student in Iowa, these boots work great for a variety of occasions; especially walking around campus during the cold winter months! Size: The Ugg brand normally fits true to size. Many people have had mixed reviews about whether or not they should buy their normal size or go smaller. From experience, I would recommend buying at least a half a size smaller, if not a full one. Over time these boots expand so buying them a little snug would be what s best. Comfort: Your feet will stay warm and cozy from the thick sheepskin fur that insulates them. Especially during the colder seasons these type of boots will do their job. I am on my feet quite a bit throughout my day and they still remain very comfortable. Longevity: I love my Uggs for the main reason that they last for what feels like forever. My oldest pair have lasted me 5 years and will last me many more. Wear Socks: It's common to not wear socks with these type of shoes. I choose to wear socks with them to reduce the chances of them beginning to smell over time. Although they are heavily insulated with fur, my feet do not over heat while wearing them. Winterizing Spray: I highly recommend purchasing the Sheepskin Cleaner Conditioner to winterize your boots. This protects them from any rain or snow you may be walking through. It is worth spending a few extra dollars to keep your boots in the best condition possible.

The product is ok only when I wear socks I see the fur coming off on my socks, both the white and the brown fur, it is warm and ok as long as it stop shedding the fur.

This is my third pair of Uggs short boots. They're ok, but I'm very disappointed that they're lined in wool, not sheepskin. My other two pair are much more comfortable, and they keep my feet much warmer. I'll read the description before ordering next time.

Ordered Tuesday before Christmas. Received it on time on Wednesday. Boots are true to size. I would not order smaller. Front end is smaller made than previous years. Overall comfortable.

There's a reason these are so popular. You really can't go wrong. Super comfy, warm, cute. However, definitely more of a just an "on-the-go" slipper then a proper boot, used like that they are wonderful!

There is only one thing that I hate about my Uggs. I got them in Navy. At first, the color was the same all over the boots but after several wears, especially where drops of water landed changes color to a darker navy and now my Uggs have spots with darker navy and they look wet all the time. An older pair of my Uggs have spots with lighter color. I do not really like their aspect now so I am not sure if I will buy them again.

I wear a size 8 1/2 and went up to a size 9. They fit me perfectly. Last time I did was the Ugg site said and ordered the full size down since they don't have 1/2 sizes. They fit but were very snug and I couldn't wear socks with them.

My daughter is one happy girl. This definitely helps beat the cold & keep you cozy. We were advised to go a size down - Uggs stretch, and that seems a good rule. Shipping was faster than expected - Zappos exceeds expectations that way!

This is my second pair of Uggs from Zappos. My first pair were short grey Classic Uggs & they're 5 years old & have taken a beating. I got black short classics for my birthday. I didn't have to buy a size smaller. I wear a 7 & I bought a 7 and they fit perfect. The first time I wore them I had no problems; the second time I wore them, my feet were black on my heel & toes. But other than that no complaints. Also bought the cleaning kit, but waiting for it to come in.
