Don't Make 'em like they used to - Don't get me wrong, I still LOVE these boots! It's just that when I got my very first pair of Uggs around 8 years ago, you ordered the size you wear everyday, 1/2 sizes ordered up as told. NOW, you have to order a whole size down, because there is THAT much less of the sheeps-fur. AND the suede is much thinner. I would rather pay more than have these WONDERFUL boots keep going down in quality. Wish you guys had these in RED!!! Still a loyal fan of Uggs and ZAPPOS...C.J. from FL

Great Boot - This is a great comfortable boot. My whole family has a pair. They were a little big so you may want to order a size down especially if you do not wear socks with them.

Love!!!! I absolutely LOVE my Uggs!!! I wore them to the Thanksgiving Day parade in Detroit, and my feet didn't get cold all morning. I would recommend these to anyone.

Comfy & warm - Love my Uggs ~ they are so comfy & warm. I truly hate taking them off. I wear a size 8 usually, but bought the Uggs in a 7 and they fit perfectly. The only negative is that the black Uggs do leave your feet black. I'm hoping this aspect fades with wear. Would definitely buy the brand again.

Olive Classic Short Uggs - I have 3 pairs of the classic tall Uggs that I love, but sometimes, the problem with the tall is that they don't make them in other colors besides the neutrals. I saw the olive Classics Short Uggs and thought, "I would love the color, if only they came in talls..." I decided to try them out anyway, because I really liked the color and I absolutely LOVE them! I wonder why I never tried them before, but now I know that I love the shorts too! Great boot and great Zappos service! They do feel true to size for UGGS SIZING. Follow the advice on sizing, because they do run larger than normal shoes.

Great Boot - The only issue I had was that the dye of black color liner comes off on your foot and is difficult to remove. I called the 800# and was told to put baby powder in the inside and see if that helped.

Great Product - This was my first pair of Uggs, I had worn a friends a few time before and loved the comfort. They do stretch out a bit after you wear them so the fit wasn't an issue.

Love these boots - Really comfy, I wear them all the time. I wear them without socks and they feel just a tiny bit too big that way.

These boots are the cutest and soooo warm! They were also so cheap and that’s another bonus about them! I love them so much and also get the stain and water repellant spray because you definately will want that!!!!!!! I LOVE THEM!!!!

Your service was excellent - I ordered these for an upcoming Christmas trip to Germany --- and I know how cold my feet got last time in those unheated marble churches! I ordered these because of warmth and more importantly how light they are (I am worried about suitcase weight!)

Uggs are the best - I have about 6 pair of Uggs - in all colors and style and sizes. I love them. I did make one mistake and ordered the wrong color. I wanted chocolate brown and ordered raisin instead thinking it was a lighter shade of brown. It was not very clear on your website...Unfortunately I wore them once and so they now belong to me. Perhaps after I finish my Christmas shopping I will order a pair of chocolate brown Uggs.

I heart my Uggs - My Uggs are awesome! They fit perefctly and I ordered them on a Tuesday and I got them that Thursday! Zappos is great!

Cool looking, warm feeling, Ugg. My 18 year old ordered these. I tried them on and they feel so comfy and warm. I must admit they look adorable with pants tucked inside, or with a short skirt and/or with leggings...they even look nice under pants...they're very versatile. They'll be perfect when the weather gets cold!

Always pleased with Zappos! I love the Ugg classic short boot!!! I wear a 9-9 1/2 shoe, but ordered the size 8 as I read they run large. It fit perfectly!! It is warm and snug. I ordered one for my sister as soon as I realized how much I loved them!

I love my UGGs - The look is fabulous. The comfort is fabulous; they feel like your wearing slippers! Definitely order a size smaller than you normally wear, they will fit perfect. Cozy, comfy and stylish all rolled into one - This is my daughter's 4th pair of Uggs. She is 13 and wears them to school nearly every day. When treated, they keep their good looks even in messy weather. These boots are definitely a full size larger than indicated. They may even be a 1.5 sizes larger. So order down. It actually feels like you are wearing slippers because the boots are so light and soft.
