UGG Boots are awesome - This is my third pair of UGGS. It's all I wear in the winter, as I HATE cold feet! I bought these a full size smaller, and they fit perfectly.

My daughter loves her Uggs - I ordered these for my daughter (6th grade) - she loves them!

Love them! These are the most comfortable boots!! I wear mine almost every day! I just purchased my second pair in black. I definitely recommend ordering a size down, they do run big. My only disappointment was the quality of this pair. They just don't feel as well made as my old ones. But I can't live without my Uggs! Thank you Zappos for your super fast shipping!!

Ugg boots - The boots are fabulous; the whole Zappos experience was incredible. From the operator on the phone to the next day delivery service at no extra charge, I couldn't have been more pleased. I have told many of my friends about the Zappos web site and the excellent service you provided. I had never shopped Zappos before and actually had never heard of it. I am so glad I had such a great experience since I bought these for my Mom I was hoping everything would go smooth and it did. She was so excited to get the boots as fast as she did and is loving them still. Thank you again and keep up the great customer relations.

Ugg Classic Short Boots - I bought these in Chestnut and LOVE them. However, DEFINITELY buy the stain resisting/waterproofing spray to protect them and keep them clean and new-looking. These are amazingly comfy and are perfect for the super-cold NJ winters, but they can be comfortably worn year-round without socks! Uggs are so versatile and go with any outfit, I can even wear them when I teach (and of course, all my students love them too ha-ha!) Because the boot has no arch support, I gave them a 4 for comfort. If you have a high arch, go for the Ugg ultra or ultimate, something with some more support. And a little trick that I didn't learn til last week...if you wear a smaller women's size and your size is out of stock, you can buy the Ugg kids boots (just take your women's size and subtract 2 to get your Ugg kid's size)... Ugg shoes are just great, I'm becoming addicted after holding off on them because they were too "trendy"...but HEY, millions of women can't be wrong, right? Take care of them, they are worth the money and will LAST.

UGG FAN - I am addicted to the UGGs Classic Short. Whoever created this shoe is a genius; they are soo COMFY and versatile being that you can wear them in the summer as well. I joked w/ my girlfriends at work that if I could have afforded to buy them all UGGS for Christmas I would have!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them there like walking on cotton. I can't compliment them enough and would highly recommend buying them.

Love my new UGGs! I've wanted a pair for a while, but haven't been able to find them anywhere. A friend told me that she found her UGGs on Zappos, so I checked to see if they had my size and amazingly they did! I normally wear an 8 1/2, so I took Zappos advice and ordered the 7 - although I will admit I was a little nervous! Zappos was right - they fit absolutely perfectly. I ordered them at 9 am Thursday and I got them Friday afternoon! Zappos is great! Order the water repellent spray when you get your UGGs so they don't get ruined if they get wet!

Uggs - I was very happy with the Uggs I ordered. The fit is perfect, and they are very comfortable.

Most Comfortable Shoe EVER - I highly recommend these shoes. They are so quick and easy to slip on and so comfortable once they are on your feet. I purchased the sand color and I love them. They are a staple of my wardrobe. Living in FL, it doesn't get too cold but I wear these every chance I get.

Amazing Shoes! I'd been just dying to buy UGGs but I couldn't find my size anywhere. I totally lucked out with the Classic Chestnut sz 8s b/c they're impossible to find shoes! I normally wear a sz 9 but I followed the recommendation from the Zappos and the other reviewers and ordered the 8s. They fit perfect and I couldn't be happier. Zappos' free 1Day shipping is just amazing. I ordered it Thursday afternoon (before 1PM pacific) and they were on my doorstep Friday morning. I will definitely be ordering from Zappos in the future.

One shoe more comfortable than the other??? This is my 2nd pair of Uggs and I don't know if it's just my luck or if I am crazy, but my left shoes seems more comfortable than the right. It seems as if there is more fleece inside the left one... and it bugs me! Am I the only one??? Other than that they are as great as everyone says!

Perfect - LOVE MY UGGS!! These are the best shoes ever! Zappos is, as always, awesome. I wear a size 12 in running shoes so I ordered an 11 in these... well that was WAY too big. I could walk out of them. So Zappos exchanged them for a 10 which fits like a glove. Zappos customer service is by far these best and I couldn't be happier with these shoes!

AMAZING!!!!! Ok, so I actually caved and bought my first pair of Uggs--got the Classic Short in sand. I'm truly in love. I recently bought the knock offs by Rsvp and they were ok, but I kept hearing great things about UGG. Then, I saw my one of my students wearing them and they looked way cuter than my knock offs, so I went for it! Best purchase ever! Incredibly comfortable and warm. The thing I like best is that they don't make your feet look bulky and look adorable w/ jeans (under or over!). Just buy them-you know you want to ;) You won't regret it! Get a size and a half down though--they run big. I wear 7 -7 1/2 and got them in a 6-perfect fit.

Zappos is great! Order a size down in your Uggs! I just ordered the very cute Classic Short Uggs yesterday morning, and I am already wearing them today! Zappos is my new place to shop for shoes. For most shoes, I wear a 9, sometimes even larger, but took the very helpful advice of all the customers on here and ordered a size down (8) and they fit PERFECTLY. I think the 9 would have been WAY too big. So ordering a size smaller than you normally wear would be my only advice.

I just received my boots yesterday and I love them! I usually wear an 8 1/2 and I order the size 7. It fits just right (toes are touching the edge). I kinda wonder If I should have ordered the size 8, but they are still very comfortable! I recommend these boots to everybody.

The shoes are amazing. so cute! Zappos is the best online store. I order my Uggs on Saturday afternoon and they arrived at my house Monday morning.

Great Boot! I caved in and bought these boots! I absolutely love them... they are the best boot. I am usually a size 9 and ordered these in an 8 and they fit awesome. I got the chocolate brown color and they look great! I really am interested in the Chestnut color too now! They keep your feet so warm... and I'm from MN! Buy these boots!

Uggs - I got these boots to go to Park City, Utah for a week. My feet were always warm and very comfortable, the entire time.

You will love these boots! I shopped every store from Rehoboth to Dover. Then searched online. I was so happy when finally found the Uggs Classic Short in "chocolate" Thank-you Zappos shoe. I'm a size 7 1/2 but in the Ugg boots I wear size 6. I have them in Cornflower too. I have the Classic Mini in Black. And a pair of the Ugg Tasman but those I got in size 7 and they fit great. So if you ask me, I'd say "buy them" they are very comfortable.

Uggs are great - I recently purchased two pairs of classic short Uggs for my two daughters who are attending college in Providence Rhode Island. Zappos had informed me that they would be sent overnight instead of the standard 4-5 business days and they stood by their word because they arrived the next day and both pairs fit the girls great. I had previously ordered them from an outfit in California and after three weeks of getting no response either by email or phone I finally cancelled that order and called Zappos. I have never had a bad experience with this company and would buy from them any time. You should be proud of a company that stands by their words and ship their products in an extremely timely way.

Great shoe, amazing service from Zappos - I finally caved and bought my first pair of Uggs to wear on my way to work. Although I'm not a huge fan of the way they look, they are very warm and comfy and perfect for cold winter mornings. As always, Zappos was amazing.

Perfect transaction! Great boot & seller. Lightning fast shipping made this purchase extra special. Daughter uses them for college and they are still the big "thing" there. The kids love the look and warmth. She cannot say enough good things about UGG and I can't say enough good things about Zappos.
