Ugly on the outside...Beautiful on the inside! Let's face it, they're not the prettiest looking boot out there!! Yet, they are more comfortable than my own fuzzy slippers, warmer than the thickest, coziest socks and they are considered very stylish....could you ask for more?! I recommend them highly. By the way, this is my second pair. Searched stores in my area and couldn't find my color or size. Zappos came through once again!!! Thank you Zappos!!

Brown Classic Uggs - Great product, great service!! I ordered the shoes on a Monday and they were delivered on Tuesday!! I now have 4 pairs of Uggs and my daughter has 2 pairs. The most comfortable shoes I've ever owned! I wear them all year round!! I recommend them to everyone along with the Zappos website.

Soft & cozy - I bought Uggs for each of my daughters for Christmas. The 16 yr old absolutely loved hers & raved about how comfortable & soft they are. The 18 said she didn't care too much for the style & will be exchanging them for another boot. My 16 yr old usually wears an 8, so I ordered her a 7 & they fit fine. My 18 yr old usually wears an 8 1/2 or 9, so I got her the 8, but it fit snug.

Super comfy - Really stylish, warm and comfy. These Uggs were a gift. Had trouble finding them anywhere. Looked in Manhattan and New Jersey and they were sold out everywhere. Found them at Zappos and they arrived the next day (and very close to Christmas as well). Extremely impressed with selection, price and service. Am buying some for myself.

Wonderful Boot! These boots are so comfortable and easy to wear with anything! Keep your feet warm and look good at the same time.

Chocolate - This is my 3rd pair... I just love them... I normally wear a 7 1/2 but had to go with a 6... they fit perfectly.

Ugg Classic Short in Chocolate - Excellent boots. Warm and comfortable, perfect for fall and winter. Although you have to waterproof it first, it is a good buy.

Love them! I already own a pair of UGG tall black boots but wanted some in the classic short in the brown and I love them. They are well worth the money. They are very comfortable and are so cute with skinny jeans or cuffed jeans. I hope they never go out of style!

Awesome - These are the most comfortable and WARM boots. I wear a size 7, but I got a size 6 and they has plenty of room.

What would you pay for warm feet? These were worth every penny. They keep your feet incredibly warm especially if you wear them barefoot as recommended. I enjoy the short so I can wear them with jeans tucked in or left out. I wear them every casual Friday and all weekend long they are that comfortable. They do run big so round down your size.

Best Pair of Shoes I've Ever Owned - Love the comfort and the warmth. I have practically worn them everyday since I got them, actually I need to expand my wardrobe, need more brown clothes to go with them since I want to only wear these boots!! If I could I would buy all the colors, they are just so hard to find!! Since they are so popular.

Best pair of winter boots ever! I love 'em, love 'em, love 'em! They have made winter so much nicer for my feet and I have been living in VT for the last 7 years. I'm kicking myself for not buying them sooner.

Love, Love, Love - I have worn my Uggs everyday since I got them!! I have tried to put on other shoes, but in the end it's back to my Uggs. They are a definite must have in anyone's shoe collection.

"Most Perfect Boot" I bought these for my daughter. The size was a perfect fit and she never, ever takes them off! So comfy that she wears them as slippers too. This is definitely one of those trends worth giving into to and worth the money!

Amazing as always!! Zappos is by far the best place to shop online!! I made two returns before I bought the Ugg Classic Short boot in Chocolate. Zappos made the exhange so easy and I had my new boots the next day! I normally wear a size 7, and ordered a size 6 and they fit perfect. As always, these Uggs are extremely comfortable!

I love my Uggs, but it took awhile. I normally wear an 81/2, so I ordered down to an 8. They were way too big, especially without socks. So, I returned them and ordered a 7. When I looked at them, I thought "no way". But, they fit perfectly and I wear them all the time.

These boots are well made, warm, and extremely comfortable.
