Love Uggs Love Zappos - At Thanksgiving I tried my niece’s Classic Shorts on and loved them I ordered a pair of Uggs Classic Short in chocolate for my husband to give me for Christmas. I am normally a size 7 but my niece’s boots were a size 5 so I ordered a size 5. They are a little tight in the toe but everyone has assured me that they will stretch. I have worn them constantly and decided I wanted a second pair in sand. I just happened to be on Zappos yesterday afternoon helping my sister look for something and checked the status for the Classic Short. I got lucky and they had 1 size 6 in sand. I ordered them at 3:20 afternoon and the boots arrived at 10:50 this morning. Not even 24 hours!!!! The size 5 between the size 6 is a difference. The 6 my big toe does not hit the front of the boot as the boot stretches out is plan on wearing sox. Thanks again Zappos.

Love these Ugg boots! Really loved the boots so comfortable, service was great at zappos, no complaints here! Size-wise it's not on the mark but they tell you to order a size smaller so no problem.

Super warm, super soft - I can’t believe how warm and comfortable these boots are. My son plays ice hockey, so my feet are always in a cold rink somewhere, but thanks to these boots they're never cold anymore. They’re so soft and comfy- I love wearing them without socks...they run a size to a size and a half big so be aware of that when ordering. I have wide feet but they're roomy and they contour to your feet. I love, love love these boots. I highly recommend these for everyone!!!!!!!!!

I bought these for my daughter and she absolutely loves them. The color is great and they look cool with just about anything! I tried them on and I love them as well. Next pair I purchase will be for me! She says they are so comfortable...that's all she wants to wear.

Great Buy! The Ugg boot is very comfortable and warm. They have the classic look that goes with just about any outfit. And I really did receive them the next day. It is wise to order one shoe size down from your actual size.

Ugg Classic Short - LOVE my boots. It's like wearing slippers all the time! So comfy & cozy! Although I have some foot problems, I am comfortable wearing them for extended periods of time, even shopping. Love Zappos, too. Awesome service.

Love my Uggs! I got a pair of the chocolate Uggs for Christmas. They are super comfortable and while the black tend to look a little faded, the chocolate color is great. I wear a 6.5 in other shoes and got a 6 in these. They fit well enough, but I'm considering trying a pair of kids’ shoes if they don't come in size 5.

These boots were a gift to my daughter. She is in love with these boots. She can't believe how warm and comfortable they are.

Love Love Love These uggs - The perfect height, pants in or out, love these Uggs. Want them in every color. They do run big, so order down a size. Also got the Ugg Waterproof spray for them and my other uggs, now I don't worry when I see rain drops. Love them thanks to Zappos!

Just love these - I got these to run to get the newspaper in the morning and now I wear them all the time. More comfortable than expected. I usually wear a 8.5 to 9 and have an 8. Maybe could have wore a 7. Super comfy.

Uggs are great! A classic Ugg for sure. They are warm, comfortable and cozy. What they lack in looks they make up for in comfort and ease. No socks required. Just slip them on and go.

Love them! I don't know why I waited so long to buy a pair of these boots. I never want to take them off. I wear size 7, but ordered these in size 6 as recommended and they fit perfectly. Love them!

Zappos is the most reliable to order Uggs... They had the best price. The customer service reps were great. I had to return the first pair because it was too big and the return was sooo easy and my account was credited quickly. I receivedd the correct size the day after it was ordered. I would recommend this site for Uggs any day to anyone

I love Zappos - I love UGGS!!! These are my 4th pair and I can't say enough about how comfortable they are!The dye on these does come off on your foot-but it washes off. I couldn't find these anywhere but Zappos and I have to say that Zappos is the best thing going. Their customer service is phenomenal and I have had nothing but great experiences with them. I wish all companies would operate the way Zappos does.

Good shoes.... but Zappos is a GREAT COMPANY!!! Bought these shoes for the girls for Christmas. I didn't even know what an UGG was but the girls love them. I wasn't sure about wearing them in a Canadian winter, with slush and water but so far things have been fine and the boots water tight. We have sprayed them, and was told by past owners to keep spraying them every couple of weeks to keep them water tight but no silicone spray. The girls love them and can't wait to get back to school to show them off. They had to get one size smaller than what they would have normally, I guess that's how they fit but everyone selling these UGG's say the same thing, one size smaller. That's the low down on the boots, now the company Zappos. I did an internet search and came across Zappos. I phoned them to order two pairs of UGG boots for Christmas. One boot was not a problem but the other was a more popular style, color and size and not available. The Zappos employee was very nice and helpful and when I hung up I now had the task of finding that elusive pair of UGG's. Within 10 minutes, the Zappos representative had gone online, found a pair at a competing online store and was phoning me to tell me where to get them. I was in shock that someone would go to all that trouble to help a customer out. Way beyond the call of duty as far as I'm concerned. He gave me the phone number and web address and wished me a Merry Christmas. I phoned the other store who wasn't even sure they had the boots until someone went to the warehouse to check and sure enough they were there. Great buying experience, I'm still talking about it to friends and that's advertising you can't buy for any money. In short, the UGG's are warm and dry and Zappos has made me one dedicated shopper. Next time I think shoes, I'll think Zappos, no questions asked. Thanks Zappos workers for going that extra mile for us customers.

Best Money I Ever Spent! These boots are absolutely worth the money! Every step you take in these feels like walking on a cloud...really!!They are made extremely well. My daughter wanted these for Xmas and after searching every store/online site I found them @ Zappos. It was impossible to get them anywhere else before Xmas! The transaction was very simple, my order came within 1 day...free! I would highly recommend this company and look forward to more purchases!

My Christmas Uggs - After wanting these Uggs since last Christmas, but not being able to find a pair due to them being sold out EVERYWHERE or selling for 300 on EBAY my brother was able to get me a pair this Christmas and I can't be any happier with them. At first when I saw the size 5's I thought "No way are these gonna fit, me being a size 6.5" But they fit PERFECT and they are SOOOOO comfortable.

Great Shoes!!!!!!!!!!!! You can not go wrong on these babies. I have bunions and they are really bad. I can wear these shopping for 6 hours and have no pain! I typically do like to pay this much for the average casual boot but these are worth every penny! They are so comfortable and cozy. A must have!

I love themm! Well I jus got my chocolate Uggs for Christmas and I absolutely LOVE them. I ordered a half size down and they fit nice and snuggly ;] The only bad thing is that my feet get really hot and the insoles after a week of wearing feel worn out. But I'm just gonna order the replacement ones. Overall they are amazing. Oh and dot wear them on a full day shopping trip, the heels of you feet start to hurt but not that bad.
