This is a great shoe, but for me the rear upper ankle seam cut into my ankle enough in only a half hour to cause a blister.

I have extremely narrow feet and never have been able to get narrow widths in stores. I have worn the Mediums, in the lace shoes, the eyelet pull together. Tried your narrow shoes and they are extremely tight and uncomfortable in both 11 & 11.5.

I ordered these shoes and was initially charged for them, but they were apparently out of stock. So, I got my money back, but no shoes. And it took about a week to figure this out. In response, Zappos gave me a VIP membership, sweet.

In the past I've purchased several pairs of these shoes but recently bought 2 pair and one pair hurts my feet for some reason; seems to dig into my top front of my feet. Must be a lemon pair.
