We love these shoes. When one wears out, we buy another. It has been seven years and each pair lasts about two years! They are amazing!

I bought these for my husband and he loves them. With the Nike Air technology, he says they are the most comfortable shoes that he owns. They look great, too. He has Keens that he thinks are super comfortable, but they just are not dressy enough.

My husband loves these shoes! He has searched everywhere for a comfortable pair of shoes to wear to work. He raves about how comfortable these are so I always buy him a pair of Tan & Black for his birthday each year. They can be worn with casual or dressy attire. Great price and last a long time.

This is one great shoe. I lived and worked in NYC. Have bought a lot of high end shoes and for me this is my best choice for all day comfort. In my lifetime I have broke my right foot 6 times, so I have special needs in footware. My wife bought these shoes as a gift and 6months after I took them out of the box and put them on. WOW no incerts, right out of the box. My feet dont hurt, I dont walk in pain. I know it sounds a bit much but when you walk in pain for years and a shoe works WOW. Look this shoe works for me, I hope that it works for you. If it doesnt oh well, im doing this to thank Cole Haan thats it.

Little long in length. Would like to try 11 1/2. Have 2 other size 12 Cole Haan and fit fine. Might be style of shoe. Thanks.

I've had these shoes for 5 years in Arizona. No cracking of the soles for me. They were comfy out of the box. Obviously they are quite durable and can go with anything from jeans to slacks. Black leather is much stiffer than the tan leather and needs additional time to break in!

Bought these for my husband. Not only are they great looking, he says they were very comfortable from day one!

This is my fifth pair of Cole Haan Santa Barbara shoes. I also purchased them in black, and they look stunning in that color. These shoes look great and hold up well. I put a lot of miles on my shoes as a salesman, and these shoes are comfortable and stylish. Highly recommended.

These are the best dress shoes I've ever purchased. Very comfortable and the quality on them is superb. I purchased the saddle brown pair and had to get a pair in black as well. You won't be disappointed with this purchase!

Great shoes. I love the shine of these. I wear them almost any time I need to wear a black shoe. After nine months of wearing a couple of times a week, they're still in great shape. I've had no issues with the sole splitting like other reviewers state.

Great shoe, true to size. Looks good with jeans or khakis. I feel like they dress up my jeans a little when I wear them.

I ordered these for my husband as an Xmas gift and they are beautiful! Reasonably priced, fit is true to size and thanks to Zappos they were here in a nano second! First time shopping on Zappos and I am hooked!

This will be my 4th pair since the model was released. I own them in saddle and in black, I wish they made them in their oatmeal/tan color. The black pair, after about 8 years of pretty regular use gave up the ghost, the heel part of the air system separated from the shoe. I would and have recommended this company, Cole Haan, and this model to many of my friends. I own several different models of their shoes and couldn't be happier. Cole Haan rocks excellent styling and quality craftsmanship.

I love these. Love them. These are my second pair, and I purchased them again for the comfort. The look is great, they fit well. Great product! Almost...As a few others have mentioned, the soles split. I've had this pair for three months, and already they have split. One can repair them easily with sole repair products like shoe goo, but it is a known hazard with these.

I have owned this style before and it is extremely comfortable. The business casual styling is perfect for work. Love this shoe.

My husband has been through two pairs of these shoes in about 10 years. The soles cracked eventually on both pairs but that is after quite a bit of use. He is a tall and large man so it was not really that much of a turn off for us because brands like Clarks or Kenneth Cole wear out in months for him. The cracks did not hinder wear completely because of where they happened. The soles can be replaced if the leather is worth the hassle either through Cole Haan or a trained shoe repair shop. We did notice the pair purchased in 2012 did crack sooner than his older pair. The fit is good, support is moderate (could be better) and they are true to size according to a man whose first job out of high school was selling shoes.

I have had these shoes for approx 1 year now. They are very comfortable but the left shoe did develop the crack in the sole under the ball of my foot. I contacted Cole Haan but was informed I needed to contact Zappos. I spoke with Chane from Zappos via online "Live Help" and he was very helpful. They are sending me a replacement pair at no cost. Thats customer service. I will continue to purchase my family's shoes from Zappos.

This is a fine shoe, maybe with a bit stiffer feel to it than I had expected. They look good, keep their shine well and, in spite of the stiff "ride," the Nike air sole makes for a very wearable and comfortable experience even over a whole day of work/walking/commuting. However, don't be fooled by the name - these are not appropriate for Santa Barbara beach walking. Kind of a goofy name.

I love these shoes. They have are the most comfortable dress shoes I have worn in the last 20 years. I especially love the Nike Air technology. The fact these shoes have Nike Air in them is what brought me to the Cole Haan brand. On the negative side, the soles of these shoes started to split after 4 months of light use. Cole Haan needs to address the quality of their products. They seem to have gone to cheaper materials over the years. Zappos was great about exchanging the shoes for a new pair. I hope the new pair last longer.

Zappos is always great on delivery. This shoe had a pretty big square toe and the style was not quite as I expected. All the other aspects of the shoe are very good.
