Good shoe - Comfortable and stylish.

Smart looking comfortable shoe - I had to send first pair back due to size problem (felt half size smaller than marked) Zappos sent correct size the very next day!

comfort and quality - Great shoe. Felt comfortable the minute I put it on.

Cole Haan Santa Barbara - Excellent - This is a great, high quality shoe. Although it is a little expensive it is a great shoe. I believe it runs maybe a 1/2 size larger than normal.

Love em - Great comfortable shoe. I own 3 pairs of Cole's with the Nike Air sole now. Best business comfort shoe I have ever worn. Polished Black finish is dress enough for any business engagement.

Nice looking shoe, but the air bladder in the front feels a little odd. Almost like there is a rock in your shoe. These run a full size small.

I've ordered one in each color. Black polished and saddle tan are made from a rigid leather that makes the shoes stiff and uncomfortable -- it would take some time to break them in. I'm not going to risk that, and those two are headed back to Zappos. Black matte was much more supple leather, and those felt comfortable right out of the box.

Felt comfortable. The color was a little lighter than what I was looking for.

I love these shoes but the sole tends to crack after a few months under the ball of the foot. They are very comfortable and not bad looking.

Finn Review - First off, I’m a shoe nut with a size 15 shoe. At this point, ordering shoes is my only real option outside of an outlet. Zappos is my first stop no matter what shoe I'm looking for. Customer service is so great I've not considered other options. This Cole Haan shoe is a keeper. My goal was to have a shoe I could wear from 5am-10pm while traveling. Although these shoes took a few trip to break in, I would recommend them for anyone looking for an all day shoe. They look great with jeans or business casual. I wouldn't wear them with a suit.

Not quite comfortable - I was excited to get these shoes after reading how comfortable most found them. After wearing them for several weeks - a little stiff until broken in - I've got to say I'm disappointed. They are nice shoes in every way except comfort. For me the gels under the front balls are intrusive, and my feet actually hurt after wearing them all day. Seems a normal sole would have been better.

Good shoe - Not as comfortable as an Ecco but Ecco did not have this style of shoe. This is a good summer shoe.

Cole Haan SB - Comfy shoe, bounce in my step, size 13, tall guy with slender feet, so actually these M size shoes really would fit a dude with wide feet, they slip off the sides and are REALLY wide for the categorization as Medium... they should have made a pair that is narrow.

Great casual dress shoes - Nice comfy shoes those are appropriate w/ either jeans, slacks or suits. Good arch support for walking. Take a few days to break it in but versatile compared to others.

Satisfied - The shoe is a great success in my book. It is comfortable right after the break in phase. Before the break in period I was a little skeptical. The only thing that will deter me from buying another pair is longevity. I am constantly on my feet and if they don't last at least 8 months I will be searching for another pair. However, the beginning ratings are an A!

Really good shoe. 2-day break-in period... I got the black glossy version of this shoe - really cool look. I spend a 6-8 hours on my feet at a time wearing this shoe. Had a little discomfort in the ankle area for the first couple days, but turned comfortable after that... been very comfortable ever since. Happy with the shoe - will probably buy this shoe again.

Great shoe - Very nice shoe. I have a high arch and can't usually wear loafers, but these fit fine. There definitely is a break in period though. Zappos is the best, no reason to buy shoes anywhere else.

Have three pairs. Love the look and feel. However, the sole has split. I wear them strictly in the office, so this is crazy! Great looking feeling shoe, just poor construction!
