Very comfortable. Just ordered a 2nd pair (different color). Usually I wear a 12, but I ordered both sizes and this 11.5 is perfect.

These shoes are great. They are perfect for casual dress at work, or with jeans. They were a little stiff at first, especially the polished leather, but quickly broke in. I travel for work quite a bit, and these shoes are perfect - easy on and off at the airport, casual, but also dressy enough to wear with a sport coat.

This is now my second pair of these, as my last pair lasted four years. Super comfortable shoe and an overall great casual shoe.

I had a pair of these Cole Haans before and they lasted a long time, but eventually they wore out. Zappos gave me a great deal on a pair of replacement shoes. They fit great, and even if they didn't, their return policy is unparalleled.

I love these shoes. This is the third or fourth pair I've owned. They are very comfortable. As someone else mentioned, I've had the sole split along the width of the shoe near the ball of my foot before the top wore out on two pairs, but that was after a year and a half or so of fairly regular use. Obviously not enough of a problem to stop me from buying them again and again. Ordered with ground delivery, Zappos had a special and upgraded to overnight delivery. I ordered the shoes at 11PM and had them before 11AM the next day. Zappos is a great site for shoes.

I have purchased this shoe for my husband several times from Zappos. He loves the comfort and style of the shoe. It can be worn for dress or for more casual occasions. He especially enjoys the comfort of the shoe daily in his work environment which is corporate casual. This show will not disappoint!

My husband LOVES this shoe! I ordered his third pair of Cole Haan Santa Barbara last night at 8 PM and they arrived at our home 20 hours later! He wears this shoe to work everyday and says that they are the most comfortable shoes he has ever worn. He said that his feet never tire in this shoe. My only complaint is that the sole splits at the ball of the foot after a year's wear; this has happened twice now. But the comfort out weighs that negative.

Both my husband and father-in-law LOVE this shoe! My husband has it in both black and brown.

These are great shoes, my husband is really picky about the way his shoes look & fit. He likes this style very much so that says a lot for it!

Great everyday shoe...my third pair of this style. Only complaint is that the soles cracked in the forefoot before the uppers were worn on both previous pairs.

Very comfortable and great looking shoe. The color choices are nice to have. I have two pairs and they both are worn at least each week. Cole Haan always does it right.

My husband loves this shoe and it looks great with everything. Dressed up or down these are a great pair of shoes to have. They cannot be beat as part of a well dressed man\'s wardrobe. And the added Nike air comfort is just a great bonus from what I hear. So - this is from a woman\'s perspective - but my husband has not complained once about them hurting his feet...I just recall that he had to order down a half size.

Great shoes. I've had the brown and polished black for several years and am now looking to buy a 3rd pair. They are my go-to shoes for virtually any situation except coat/tie/suit. I've had no issues with sole quality. They tend to run slightly larger than marked and also break in generously over a season.

If you like the way these look, you will like that way that they feel. I bought them for the transition period from wearing Uggs in the winter to flip flops in the summer. Very comfortable.

Shoes run large so order a half size smaller than usual. Very comfortable dress shoe. Feels like your favorite running shoes once you break them in.

I'm surprised by some of the reviews on the site about this terrific shoe. I've had it in the various colors for 4 years. I have smaller feet at a size 6 and this shoe has been amazing in fit, comfortable with the Nike Air in the sole, and looks dressy, especially if you have the Black Polished. You may get thrown off a bit by the see through sole cleverly disguised in the heel, but it's flashy and screams "it's Cole Haan!"

I first bought this shoe in 2002. This is going to be the 3th pair of the same shoe (without counting the one in black). I absolutely love it. I love its looks, comfort, and style. It looks good with jeans and khakis.

It's the sole!! The soles on these shoes are like no other...they are more comfortable than running shoes. Very well made...worth the money.
