The left shoe fit and the right shoe was too large and slipped on my heel.

Fit was 1/2 size larger

Very uncomfortable shoe. Not very soft

I have worn this shoe for decades...when the manufacturing went to India the overall quality declined significantly. If you compare old Cole Haan Pinch with the new ones you will find the overall the upper portion of the shoe has been reduced by 1/16 of an inch ! And the tassel connector half the original size. This is totally unacceptable ! The manufacturer is simply cutting leather costs. Stop selling them until quality has been restored. Robert

I have worn Cole Haan for years. These shoes were not up to the quality of past Cole Haan items. There was no size marked in the shoes, the "leather" was very poor quality. This pair of shoes actually looked like a low end product that one might find at Target. Big disappointment. Glad Zappos has a generous return policy.

Dramatically more narrow than previous owned Cole Haan Pinch Tassel in the same size. Also the leather is not nearly as good in quality as it ws previously made.

If these are EEE then I need a ZZZ. I have worn EEE for years sometimes this brand. Could not fit my foot half way into the shoe. Disappointing.

Total disappointment in Cole Haan! In recent times they have changed the sizing of the EEE shoes and are trying to send out a narrower shoe without advising the customer. I have worn the pinch tassel in two colors for over 25 years and NEVER had a problem ordering and wearing a 7EEE. In the past month I have tried 2 pair from different locations and neither fits. When I contacted Cole Haan I got the polite, form letter response. I'm done with Cole Haan

Very disappointed - the shoes I received are marked 7.5E but they are neither 7.5 nor E. I have purchased 7.5E for 40 years - no problem. Cole Haan has a manufacturing problem. Must return these and doubt I will take a chance with same shoe 8E

The burgundy is almost indistinguishable from a pair of black loafers. In fact, you have to place them side by side in bright light to tell the difference.

I really wanted to have these shoes for a while because they were comfortable initially. I switched up between these and my nicer Allen Edmonds each week, so I would say I wore these 2-3 times a week for six months. Then I noticed a hole in the sole of the shoe. I called Cole Haan and the representative I spoke to informed me that they would be covered under the manufacturers year long warranty... I just had to email Cole Haan and send pictures. I did just that and waited two weeks for a definitive response. I was told that the damage appeared to be normal wear and tear (seriously??) and they gave me a coupon code for 30% off new shoes. I couldn't believe it. I would stay far away from Cole Haan shoes until they realize that the materials they are using are not of any quality.

These shoes have gone from pretty good to garbage in just a few years. I've owned many. My last new pair lasted just a few months before the sole had worn completely through. Refurbishing isn't even worth the $.
