Runs a little big. This is a great looking shoe especially if you are looking for a wow factor, ordered the red floral. Unfortunately, it ran a little big and I was walking out of them.

Great shoe, tough to fit properly. This is a beautiful shoe, high quality and looks great on. But it does run big and it is hard to keep on your feet without a gel insert and / or a heel pad. The cutout instep means that I was stepping out of them constantly until I padded them.

Cute shoes, but too pointy for me - These shoes were a little too big for me, and a little too pointy for me, but really pretty none the less. If you are used to pointy shoes and really like the look, these are for you.

Not A True Size 6 - I am petite and a true size 6. This shoe runs about half a size too big. Considering ordering a 5 1/2 (which I never wear) just to see if it will fit properly.

Gorgeous shoe! This is a beautiful shoe! I get a million compliments on them. I have the plum patent. Typically I wear a 6.5, although my left foot is a 6. I tried a 6.5 first, and I walked out of the shoes. I ordered the 6, and those fit my right foot correctly. I added gel pads under the ball of my foot and a heel grip in the left shoe, and they work great now, but the toes are constrained. It's the only way I could keep myself from walking out of them. I think it's just how they're meant to fit. They're not that comfortable if you're standing or walk a lot. They're very professional looking, though. I wear them when I need to look like a rock star.

Pretty shoe if you can stand the pointy toe - This really is a pretty shoe, with the inside cut out. But, not unlike any pointy toed show, it wasn't terribly comfortable.

Solid, ladylike dress shoe - You can't go wrong with Anne Klein pumps. A nice shape (the half d'Orsay is unusual and cool) and super comfortable for work. If it had a fully covered heel, it would be perfect.

Comfy - This shoe is very attractive and stylish. It was slightly big for me and I wear a size 10. I thought about retuning it for a 9 1/2 but I didn't want it to be too tight. The heel height is perfect for someone who has to be on their feet a lot.

This shoe has a very sophisticated look. I've received numerous compliments regardless of the outfit I've paired it with. I ordered a 7.5M and found the shoe to be a bit wide... also, the stitching on the insole tends to rub your foot raw if you wear the shoe for an extended period of time. I added a gel insole and the shoe is perfect now.

Nice shoe, nice price - I got this shoe in gold for a formal event. It looks like a much more expensive shoe. Very sexy! The heel is higher than it seems from the picture, but it is still fairly comfortable for a high-heeled shoe. I ordered a half size up.

These shoes are beautiful in yellow. They're not as obvious as some of the yellow patent pumps that I've seen, but they are yellow, so they're not exactly subtle either. Great to wear with black. My only complaint is that they are significantly narrower than I expected. Anne Klein is one of my favorite brands. It fits my feet really well, but I've never had a problem with their shoes being too narrow until this style.

Looks sharp but it is somewhat painful - I wanted something good looking for work but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I chose this shoe because it looked sharp and professional. Once I got it, I realized it didn't have that much cushion towards the toe/pads area, so if you walk a lot like I tend to do, it is VERY PAINFUL. I bought some gel cushions and that helped alleviate the pain somewhat, though now the toe box feels tighter. I don't walk in the shoes for more than 5 blocks, and I learned my lesson - you get what you pay for.

I like the idea of this style, but this particular version is a little strange. The pointed toe is laughably long... I'm talking wicked witch of the west! Maybe some people are into that. Also way too tight in the toe box, though I have that problem with most pointy-toed shoes. Zero tread, dangerously smooth on the bottom. On the plus side, the material on the upper part has a nice soft feel. And it's awesome that they come in the hard-to-find size 10.5. But given everything else, these are going back.

I use this pair for the office, but it took some getting used to. The pointed toe is a bit exaggerated. It's adds about another inch to your shoe size. Also, the leather upper squeaked as I walked around for several weeks after my purchase. It finally stopped after wearing down the leather a bit. Doubt I will buy again.

Very elegant shoe. Like many others found, they slip off my heel when walking, though. They were also a bit dressier than I needed for my work environment with a very pointy toe. I will be returning, but still a beautiful shoe.

This heel is easy to walk in and looks great. The heel is able to transition from business suit to evening wear. The comfort level (so narrow & I do not have a wide foot) is less than desirable and I would not recommend based on comfort.

Shoe is comfy; however, runs big. I usually wear an 8.5 in closed toe heels; however, this 8.5 was really big around ankle...returning and trying out the 8. Super fast shipping which I love Zappos for!

Tried so much to love this shoe. Love the style and feel. Once I started walking the heels come off despite the fact that I got one size smaller than what I usually wear. They still slip off the heel. So I ordered the Nine West shoe that looks exactly like this one and its a perfect fit !

Beautiful shoes! Unfortunately, it tends to slip off my heel (might remedy that with a sticky tape on my heel). These are not the most comfortable thing to walk with. However, I'm keeping it just because I'll probably won't be walking too much on it. A once in a while wear to some fancy dinner date. Because of it's classical style, it won't go out of fashion.

Very cute shoes - definitely sexy, but somewhat narrow. My feet are very normal - even a little narrow, and they cut into the inside of my arch. Maybe it's because I have high arches? Also, these are very pointy - my toes were squished. I'm returning them.

Runs large, but looks great. I ordered it in the black lace and it was even prettier than in the photo. Sadly, I could not even walk in them, stepped right out. I have reordered them in a half and a full size smaller hoping they fit better, because they are really unique and sexy. Other reviews have said they run large; go down a half to a full size when ordering.

OK Shoe - The shoe looks good but really not comfortable to wear for a long period of time.
