Like that these cover my toes so that there's no unsightly toe cleavage. They are a bit long in the toe so be prepared for that. I have big feet so these do me no favors in making them look any smaller. However, the sexiness factor of the cut out was enough to make them a winner for me. Wore them to an all evening event and I didn't think about my feet all night which says a lot, especially for a new pair of shoes. My only wish is that they came in a suede black as I was deciding between these and the Sam Edelman Telsa which I liked better for the material, however the toe cleavage and fit wasn't going to make the cut.

The old reviews said to order a half size smaller than usual. The new reviews say the issue was fixed and to order your normal size. I am always an 8.5. I ordered these in 8.5 and they are huge. There was 1/2" gap behind my heel. I will be reordering in an 8...and I've never worn an 8.

Super cute and sexy. A bit tight around the top of the foot, but I have a feeling they will stretch. The heel height is perfect enough to wear all day.

Exactly what I was looking for when searching for a black "pump" with a little style. Comfortable from the start. Looks great with slacks. Shoes seem "pointier" when paired with a skirt.

These shoes are very comfortable for heels. They make my feet look and legs look slimmer. I have only worn them for four or five hours and they have been comfortable for that period of time.

The shoe size is larger than it's stated size, the front is quite pointy and not my style, the very point toe may look better with a higher heel.

I love the comfort and style of these shoes given. However, I am on my FOURTH pair. The rubber heel comes off and you end up walking on nails after about 9 months of use. I continue to buy them because they look great and I wear them constantly at work but I wish they would fix the heel.

Love these shoes, always get compliments from co-workers when I wear them. Only drawback is they are definately not for extended periods of standing/walking - good thing I have a desk job.

I love the shoes, but the run big so I am having a hard time finding inserts that compensate for that.

I ordered this in a size 10, and it was very small. I sometimes need to size up in pumps, so I re-ordered in size 11, but I'm stepping out of them. It's a beautiful shoe, so I've decided to keep them and buy inserts.

I needed a basic black pointy-toe pump for work after I had worn out my other ones and this one fit the bill. I tried 4 different pairs before finally settling on this one. They took a few days to break in, but now they are really comfortable. I also really like the cut-out, its sexy and provides a little air-circulation to your feet, a plus in the AZ heat! I would recommend ordering a 1/2 size smaller, I usually wear a size 8 but got a 7.5 and they fit perfectly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is b/c my heel sometimes slips out of the shoe, but its not a big deal.

I ordered a half size smaller than I usually do and still were too big. Tried to order a full size smaller but they were all out. Love the style, wish they had fit better. I ended up ordering similar shoes by Nine West, hope they fit better!

These shoes are perfect for the office, very professional but with a little bit of sexiness. I think they look beautiful on my foot and they are very well made. While I love how they look, they do pinch my left foot a little bit, so they don't receive my gold star on that front but otherwise, a great shoe.

I do like these shoes, but the black has worn off on the inside of both heels. I've had to polish them each time I've worn them. Also, the back of the heel comes off sometimes when I walk.

I love these shoes. They are gorgeous, and I get a lot of compliments on them. My feet start to hurt after too much walking in them, so they are definitely not a walking shoe, but they are great for the office. Like some other users, I also had problems with them coming off of my feet all of the time, but inserting a heel pad into the back of the shoe solved this problem. All in all, for the office, or for going out, I love them!

A beautiful and sexy shoe, but as other reviewers noted, it just didn't stay on my foot. The back of my foot continued to come out of the shoes and with a higher heel, just couldn't walk in them. Wish I could've kept them though as they are really stylish and different- would go with all of the popular black and white look.

I really like these. True to size, comfortable and they add just a little something extra to the typical black heel.

First, about the shoes: I purchased this pair for a dressy wedding rehearsal dinner to go with a black suit with some ecru detailing. They gave the suit added pizazz. Second, about Zappos: I've purchased other items from Zappos and when they haven't fit properly, I returned them, totally hassle-free. Other companies say they have an easy return policy, but there's always some hitch. Not so with Zappos.

Love them, they are really fun to wear, I dress them up or in a pair of jeans. The only thing is that they do tend to pop off the back heel and give you a flat tire; ahhh, the sacrifice for vanity. Don't oversize them, maybe a half size lower would be a good idea. Very comfy.

The shoes are comfortable over all and they seem to run a big roomy. My biggest problem is that they do not stay on my heel. I don't know if it is that they are cut so low and there isn't a lot for your heel to fit in to or what. I am looking in to adding a heel pad to see if this helps. They look great with dress pants, jeans, and skirts or dresses. Overall, this is a nice shoe.

Great mix - delicate yet wearable - Don't let the height scare you - these shoes are easy to walk in and thin out your legs. The front is a bit pointer than I would like but I love the sides and the heel. The front is very low and is the only place that can be uncomfortable. The shoes lack support but with the sides, I guess you can't expect much more. Overall great shoe!

Christa pumps, I love the look of these shoes. However, I found them to actually run small. I always wear a 9, but I had to get these pumps in 9.5 and they are still very tight on my feet. I should have ordered a 10.
