I love these shoes. they are very comfortable and are great for sport or dress. I wear a size 7½ and usually order larger in Mephistos but this is a size 7 and it fits great.

I love my Afida Mephisto's...red and taupe, both. I've been trying to buy more, but Zappos still doesn't have other colors in my size. I'd buy them ALL! Comfortable from the first moment and all day long.

I absolutely love these shoes. Not only are they very classy looking but they are absolutely one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have. My heels are very touchy and I have no problems wearing these shoes all day. The only problem is I think I should have ordered a size larger but these still work for me.

Just spent 10 days walking in these shoes on a sight-seeing vacation. They were a life-saver on my feet as my feet usually get sore very fast. The width worked out great as they didn\'t pinch anywhere (wider footbed than many sandals).

This is my second pair of Mephisto Alfida. They fit well and have a very good foot base. I wear them at home all year round both barefoot and with socks because, after several years of pain, they have resolved my planters fasciitis completely. I will continue to purchase the Mephisto Alfida as long as it is made. Zappos has the best selection of this terrific sandal.

Looks great, feels great - This is the second pair of Mephisto Afidas I have purchased. They are so comfortable you could live in them. Great walking shoe for vacation.

Love these sandals - Just got these sandals- anticipating summer. They are so comfortable! I wear a 10 or 10.5 and ordered these in a 40. They fit perfectly! I love Mephistos and I love Zappos! Last fall, I was looking for a black, narrow dress shoe. Zappos sent me 15 pair to choose from- I found the ONE pair I needed and sent the rest back. No problem. Where else could you do that? I seldom shop anywhere else.

Love the Color! I've lost track of the number of Mephistos I own. They were the only sandal I could wear all day long. This is my first Afida and I love the color. They are not as rigid as the Heidi or Helen but they still provided support the one day that I have worn them. My only concern is that my little toe may be trying to sneak out on the right foot, other than that I really love them.

Great Comfort! These shoes are great! I have a herniated disc in my back. These are the only shoes I can wear that don't seem to make the pressure worse in my back. They make me almost feel like I am walking on air.

Mephisto Afida sandals are the best! I absolutely love these sandals. I can walk all day in NYC wearing these. They are true to size and the best sandals I have ever owned. You do not have to break them in...They were slightly wider than I expected, but that can be adjusted. Everyone should own a pair...

Mephisto Afida sandal - These sandals are extremely comfortable, as well as attractive. I love them so much that I bought them in five colors. My feet will be very happy all summer.

Beautiful shoe - I have one wide foot and one not-so-wide foot, and this blissfully comfortable shoe easily adjusted across the instep to fit both. I'm a 7.5-8 and ordered a 38, despite the warnings about the shoe running small. They're perfect. The design of the shoe is incredibly flattering to the foot and to the leg, even though they're flats. And I love the Apple Green nubuck! Also, Zappos rocks. I ordered these shoes on Saturday night and received them Monday morning. You guys work too hard! But I'm not going to complain. I've never had anything but the best service from your company.

Comfortable but not as comfortable as I thought the shoe would be. It's still a good shoe and I would recommend it.

NYC walker - These are so comfortable like slippers, very soft leather. True to size and full for m-w. Nice looking for casual dress with white side walls. Wish they came in pale pink, too.

Mephisto Afida - I recently bought these shoes and they are beyond comfortable. This is my second pair of Mephistos. My husband swears by Mephistos. I know they are expensive, but they are worth it.

Great Sandal - Very comfortable - flexible sole - nice style - comfy - good support for a sandal.

Fabulously comfortable - Pricey but well worth it. Especially comfortable and looked great on my foot.

Comfy shoes - These shoes are wonderful. Your feet feel like they're naked. I usually wear a size 8 1/2 shoe and found that the 38 fit much better than the 39. The 39 was too wide.

I've never had an uncomfortable or bad-fitting Mephisto shoe. They make shoes for people with unhappy feet. I just wish their sandals were made in half-sizes like their walking shoes.

Mephisto Afida - Excellent comfort and support! They feel like slippers and you don't need to break them in. The first time I wore them I walked for hours in Manhattan and had no complaints. Great colors to choose from...I bought them in black and brown.
