Compared to the green one or the carbon light, the arch support is less.

Good low profile for for mules with low back or if you don't have a lot of space inn your show, wish the arch was slightly higher

I am very please with my Superfeet - Blue E insert I recently purchased. This is the second pair I purchased. I use it a great insert for most conditions my feet encounter. It lacks heel softness for hard pounding or long periods of standing. I recommend that Superfeet produce a model for those rigorous conditions.

Whenever I buy new athletic shoes, I immediately replace the flimsy factory insoles with Superfeet insoles. These insoles also work well in many orthotic-friendly casual comfort shoes. They are a good alternative to $300 custom made orthotics.
Be aware that these insoles are more about support and lateral stability than cushioning. They won't help much with shoes that have inadequate cushioning to begin with. If you want insoles more to improve the cushioning afforded by your shoes and less to improve the support and lateral stability, you may wish to consider something like Spenco cross-trainer insoles. Also, blue Superfeet insoles are intended for people with lower arches. If you have high arches, these insoles may not be right for you.
Superfeet = happy feet!

I have a few Superfeet and other orthodics. I don't love the feel of this one. I have very flat feet so maybe that's the problem. It's just not as comfortable as some of the other ones and is hard to fit dress or casual shoes.
I'd also recommend:

Purchased to add arch arch support to flat sneakers (think Chucks or Vans). They had the intended effect preventing foot, leg, and back pain that I would otherwise have with those shoes. I am not sure about the price yet, but given the plastic used to create the arch and heel form I expect these will last much longer than the less expensive inserts I have already tried. Superfeet makes a variety of inserts. The Blue inserts are comfortable, but given the cost I would like to have tried the Greens before committing to one variety. Unfortunately, as these are trim-to-fit I would not be comfortable returning them just to try out another version. They are not quite as comfortable as gel inserts paired with a good arch, but again I expect they will last far longer. These inserts are designed to replace the manufacturer's insole. If your original insoles are glued down, you will still need to tear them out or try the lower-profile, lower-arch Superfeet Black.

I used these in a pair of Ecco shoes I had bought for trekking in Italy. They were great! I would only use them when planning to do a lot of walking as they are partially a hard plastic that would eventually wear through the Gore-Tex upper on my shoes.

I was hoping I could use these inserts as a substitute for my very expensive prescription orthotics that had worn out and needed to be replaced. I found that they didn't give me enough support (my arches are non-existent) so I added a gel heel cup to the inserts. After that addition, they are much better. Even though I had to make them more custom for my feet, they are still far less expensive than custom orthotics from a foot doctor.

Once I read the directions and found out I was supposed to put them under the insoles in my shoes they were great. Really has helped my plantar fasciitis.

I expected to enjoy a comfortable insert. Instead, the toe didn't have enough there. Feet hurt immediately and unfortunately already threw out my hole riddled old boot inserts. The old ones were by far more comfortable. I had to order another pair of inserts from a different company. Those work great. I wasted money ordering the blue superfeets.

I got these insoles because I was having trouble with achilles tendonitis caused by skateboarding. I've been using them in a pair of Vans Kyle Walker pros. The Blue insoles are good quality but made my shoes feel stiff, tight and a lot heavier than expected. Through physical rehab and using the insoles the achilles has felt a bit better but I am on the fence about using them consistently. You lose a lot of the board feel/control and the added weight of the insoles throws me off. Maybe they need to be more broken in?

Overrated. Bought these anticipating they would be the best insoles I’ve ever owned. Not even close. Not nearly as nice as Powerstep Pinnacles.

I bought these as I didn't want a particularly thick insole and these offered good support and cushioning without filling up my boots and raising my heel too high. After a couple of days in them I was getting discomfort on the inside of my heel. I don't have particularly wide feet or heels but the cause was the plastic cup. They fitted really well to the boots so the only reason I think is the heel cup is a little too narrow for me and I over pronate (my heels roll in as I walk). The foam was compressed over the heel cup and this cause both of my heels to become sore and bruised. A distinctive red line could be seen that followed the line of the plastic heel cup. Having looked at others now I think I would be more suited to possibly the black ones or Run comforts but also the trailblazer are a little wider without the sharper plastic cup edge that the blue have. I wish they had been ok as they were very comfortable to begin with. Can't fault the quality. You just need the right ones for your feet!

I use these in my sneakers and hiking boots are they're fantastic, but way too thin for my Columbia winter boots. Wish I had realized that in advance.

Okay insert. Takes a few days to get used to. Unfortunately after a couple of hard weeks in the yard the glue let go a bit so the plastic support structure and insole padding shifted. Not wide enough for some running shoes.

These are decent insoles, from 1-10 I'd give them a 6 and probably would not purchase them again. The heel cup is too narrow, and I do not have a wider than average foot.

I work in surgery and wear wooden clogs. Thought these innersoles were going to be too hard. But after 2 days of wear, I love them!Better than any gel insert! Will get more.

For me personally, I've been more impressed with orthotics vs inserts like these. I have flat feet, seem to need a bit more umph under my feet to help with structual support.
IMO the Oh Active Orthaheel inserts work better for the same price. But you'll have to know your feet to know what you need.
I'd also recommend:

I thought that the insert did a great job at neutralizing my feet (I tend to supinate) and I felt like all my toes made contact with the ground and didn't smush to the outside of my cycling shoe. However, the foam is NOT soft and actually made my ride (1 hour long) painful at the balls of my feet. I felt like I was walking around a wood floor, with my heels raised and wearing nothing but socks. I might just cut them up and make them a heel insert instead. I would never wear these for any activity that makes me stay on my feet for more than 30 minutes.

I took these insoles out for my first 5 mile walk since their arrival. They were comfortable enough to walk except for the blister that developed on the inner arch of my heel in the last mile. Mose importantly, the left insert detached from the cup entirely, which is disappointing given the cost. I'm not particularly comfortable attempting to reattach it because I wouldn't want to mess up the alignment and further mess up my foot.

Very over priced for what you get. Could have bought a really good supportive shoe with extra arch support for the same price. Which is what I did. No cushioning and not very comfortable especially as I am recovering from a broken ankle and these were recommended by the physio.
Good customer service
