I was recently diagnosed with plantar fascial fibromatosis and I thought I would try these before I told my doctor to make the $400 custom inserts. Surprisingly, these fit into my shoes and really help relieve the heel pain.

Great. They make my feet feel good in most shoes. Not 100% sure if it's just a placebo effect but I feel like my feet hurt less walking with these in.

These insoles are great! I use them in all of my athletic shoes now. They are sometimes a little wide for some shoes but are flexible enough to still fit. They provide much better support than the insoles most athletic shoes come with and have helped my feet feel better when running and working out.

We had been looking for a good pair of inserts that would be beneficial no matter what type of shoe they were in. After some research online, Superfeet was the obvious choice for many. These get worn in everything from Nike to Converse and have helped tremendously with long periods of activity and foot pain at the end of the day.

These are a replacement for a well-worn pair. If you have plantar fasciitis, these are a foot saver!

I love these arch supports. I Jazzercise and a lot of the shoes that are available that work well for that do not have good arch support. These are great with the New Balance Shoes that I just bought.

A cheaper way to go than orthotics. My doctor recommended I purchase these because of the plantar fascia I have. I haven't resolved that issue yet, but in the long run these would be helpful. My doctor also said super feet are far more comfortable than orthotics. I have both and have found the super feet to be exactly as my doctor said-more comfortable to wear. I have also found that I believe might be a slight lift as well. I have had a popping in my hip when I go out for my morning walks, because one of my feet pronates outward and that didn't change while wearing my orthotics, but once I began using the super feet I no longer had the clicking, popping sound in that hip. I definitely wear these more than my orthotics and would recommend them. They are also easy to cut to size.

I bought these to go in my Adidas Copa Mundial soccer cleats. My cleats stretched out a bit more than expected, and I started getting blisters on the bottoms of my feet. These worked like a charm! They fit into my cleats perfectly, were very comfortable, and prevented blisters!

This is the second pair I have purchased. I have taken out the insoles that came in the shoes and added these for more support and comfort.

These give excellent support in my North Face trek shoes, and they were easy to trim. I ordered a pair of New Balance insoles but they didn't fit in my shoe and couldn't be trimmed. I also ordered the black Superfeet Premiun which are slimmer if you don't have a removable footbed.

I live in San Francisco and pretty much walk everywhere or take public transportation. A physical therapist recommended these to me a number of years ago and have been wearing them ever since. I like the blue ones because they fit into my dress shoes and this particular size requires no trimming for 9 1/2 size shoes.

I am glad to find these online. I had previously purchased through a physical therapist after surgery. I have such flat feet that I have had surgeries and must wear an orthotic. My foot doctor and surgeon have only ok'd this one (not just Superfeet, but specifically the blue one). My foot doctor adds a little adjustment to one for me. I have a custom made also, but find these can be used in some shoes where my custom pair does not work. They are also more comfortable then those because they go under the entire foot. I normally do have to remove the insole in many shoes, but then they fit well. They work in all types of women's boots and most tennis shoes. Many shoes now seem to have been cut with a lower back, so you need to look for those with higher backs. I do not have much luck with something like a ballerina flat type shoe. I do not need orthotics with a small heel, so do not use them in dressier shoes either. You can trim the toe end if needed.

Awesome! I bought these for a pair of Clark boots (Mullin spice flat heel) that I bought a half size larger (8.5) for an insert. I walked 2 weeks touring Europe and could have kept going. Better than my Danskos. I have a high arch, but the Vionic ones felt too high yet these were perfect (super).

This are great if you have sore feet and back aches but you should be fitted in a store to find out your proper fitting. Blue and Berry is for medium arch support. Different colors are for varied support based on your arches. You should remove the insole of your shoe before putting this insert in.

I had terrible lower back 7 or 8 years ago pain due to a bulging disc, and when a coworker suggested I try Superfeet, I was willing to give just about anything a shot. My pain went away after a couple days and has been completely under control since. I swear by these insoles.

I have several pairs of superfeet inserts. Blue is an excellent "in-between" that I use for my Keds and Vans. I use yellow for dress shoes and green for athletic. Superfeet has the best support, and I've tried many many inserts. I believe superfeet has been the top reason I have been able to avoid developing plantar fasciitis again. I wear them every day. And of course ordering through Zappos is a breeze.

On my third set of these (Blue). Use them in all of my trail running/hiking shoes. Even have some in my snowboard boots. Superfeet = Supercomfortable.

Got these for my son who has flat feet. He had orthodics from a doctor, but they were very uncomfortable (and expensive). We first tried the green ones purchased from a store and recommended by the salesperson. They were good, but a little too stiff. My son loves these; he doesn't complain about his feet hurting anymore. :)

These have very cushy insoles - just too much volume to fit my foot and the insole in my shoes comfortably. I went with the carbon instead. They are great for roomier shoes. Overall the SuperFeet products are terrific!

Superfeet have really helped me with pain from improper arch support. I find that I am able to walk more and be on my feet for longer periods of time without pain. I automatically put them in every shoe that I buy that has removable insoles and would highly recommend them. The only flaw is they tend to squeak sometimes as they shift around inside dress shoes. I like to lightly spray the bottom with WD-40 and put them back in my shoes which solves this problem for a few months.
