Superfeet are great! My podiatrist recommended Superfeet green to help relieve my foot pain. At my job I have to stand for many hours. The Superfeet have not only helped my feet but also helped with back pain. They are an affordable alternative to expensive orthotics and really live up to their name. This is the second pair I've purchased and am so pleased with them.

Great Comfort - I ordered the superfeet premium green for a friend. His feet turn in (I think it is called pronating). He is on his feet a lot and was having constant foot pain. We like to go hiking and he wasn't having any fun. He loves the inserts and they have really helped his feet. He wants me to order him a couple more pair.

A little extra - I wear these in my running shoes; I'm a lager runner (6'2" 240 lbs) and find the Superfeet help support me in my runs. I’m now running 25 miles per week and working my way up to a half marathon. I have been wearing Superfeet for the last 5 years and have been injury free.

I have used these and Powersteps. Powersteps have a little more arch support but are softer at the balls of your feet. I take these, add a little more arch support by putting a two inch piece of Dr. Sholls cushion (the white stuff) under the arch area then I cover the entire insert with Dr. Sholls gel inserts. I duplicated my $500 custom orthotic for about $60. I only gave it a 4 for comfort because the material has almost no cushioning.

Cheaper than orthotics! After buying some cute shoes with no sole (well, no arch support), I suffered some tendonitis in my feet. The podiatrist made we wear a soft cast and told me I needed orthotics, which are about $400. Needless to say, I thought I would try these first. I didn't know I'd have to cut them and was a bit nervous about that, but I didn't mess them up. I think ideally you would have a pair for each pair of shoes you wear frequently, but I am lucky that after trimming these fit fine in all 3 of my most-worn shoes. Initially it felt like the arch was too far back, but the insert said this was normal and I'd get used to it. I've been using them now for maybe a month and I haven't had any foot pain. The only down side is they are not as cushiony as I would like them to be, but more firm.

MIRACLE Insole - Being 56 yrs, I had a feeling that my age has finally caught up with my daily 4 mile jog/walk routine. The area above my heel has had increasing pain developing over the past two years and I thought it was arthritis related. Apparently I have Plantar Fasciitis (especially painful when waking up in the morning). After only a couple of days using Superfeet Green in my runners, the pain and swelling has diminished by 80%. I still can't believe this product is that good. Purchased another 2 pairs so I can rotate my footwear. Got my wife (stands all day at work) a pair of Greens and although she thought it was just like any aftermarket insole, just more expensive, she is now a convert. I got her a pair of Superfeet Black and another Blue for her dress shoes. My feet have never felt so good. Although not the cheapest of insoles, these are well worth the additional coin. My doggies are very happy "their" daily routine will continue for many more years thanks to these MIRACLE INSOLES!!!!

These are great - Since shoe manufacturers now charge more for their shoes and give us less insoles Superfeet insoles are the only way to go for decent support. I am so happy that Zappos carries Superfeet because I don't want to look anywhere else for these.

These insoles help support your arch, although they are best when used in conjunction with a good shoe that is doing the bulk of the job.

Easy to Fit, Great Support - I ordered these insoles in an attempt to save my favorite, no longer carried, running shoes. They worked perfectly. They were easy to cut down to size and felt good right from the start.

Recommended by physiotherapist - I was having certain aches and pains in my hips and back and went to a physiotherapist who - after watching me walk up and down a hallway and doing a number of other movements and exercises - informed me that my left foot was given to heavy pronation. He recommended that I get a pair of Superfeet Green insoles. He said that the green were the "strongest" in terms of their correction and that I should wear them not only when exercising but all the time. I can say that these special insoles have helped to correct the pronation problem and my legs and back feel better as a result.

Added comfort and fit - I wear a women's size 11 shoe. I had purchased a pair of North Face hikers in a men’s size 10 and these Superfeet are just what I needed to make up for the size and width difference. Besides they make the shoe so comfortable, just took a 7 mile hike and my feet feel great.

Good Buy - I bought these for my husband and he loves them. They are pricey; however, well worth the money spent.

Superfeet Premium Green - My husband loves these inserts! He says they are really comfortable, and help to correct his ankle pronation. Plus they are made much sturdier than the original shoe liner so they don't wear out as quickly. He puts these into his Asics Gel Kaytano 14's and takes out the original shoe liner.

Good Product if you need extra support - I have been using these for several years. I replace the insoles in new hiking or running shoes with these as a matter of course. They give me a lot more support, control pronation, and make my knees and legs feel 100% better than the stock insoles that come in most athletic or hiking shoes.

Replacing Custom Orthotics - A few years back, I had surgery on my foot to get rid of the pain after having kicked a chair leg with my toe. I can no longer bend the toe and was told to use a custom orthotic in a New Balance shoe which has a sole that won't bend, #926. The custom orthotics were never quite right and I had to continually add more support where it was needed. The Superfeet Premium Green are at least equal to the custom orthotics. I do put the original footbed from the New Balance on top of them, for a little cushion. I'm glad to find something that will work for my feet without the bother and expense of orthotics. I would recommend them to anyone who needs stability.

Superfeet green - I purchased these insoles as a gift and my friend loved them. The only comment he had was that it took a few days to get used to them, and he worked up to the eight hours (his work day shift). When he tried to use them a full day the first day he developed leg cramps. After three days, gradually increasing the time on them, he now can wear them as long as he wants and loved them.

Great arch support - I love these and I'm on my second purchase of these insoles. I use them for running and a lot of walking. I put them in my Asics Gel Nimbus shoes and it really helps support my arch and I swear the cushioning in the shoe doesn't break down as fast and they last longer.

Nice, but not great - I purchased these to go in my new New Balance hiking boots, but the boots were too narrow, so I'm using the Superfeet in some other shoes. I have wide feet with fallen arches, and I'm pretty heavy on the balls of my feet, so I need some good arch support and a good cushion. First let me say that I don't think these are really appropriate for people with wide feet, mine are EE to EEEE depending on the shoe. While I appreciate the firm arch support, I feel like my feet are spilling over the sides of the insoles. This has lessened with wear, but hasn't entirely gone away. The Superfeet size guide says that if you have wide feet you should get a larger size insole to accommodate and then trim it down, but I fear the metatarsal bump would then be extremely uncomfortable for me (see below for more on the bump). Next up is the cushioning factor. These are not very cushy, supportive, but not cushy. The plastic arch reinforcement runs most of the length of the insole and it has (what I think is) a metatarsal bump right behind the ball of the foot. When I put these in a pair of Ecco shoes, which already have one of those bumps built into the sole, it stuck up into my foot so far as to be painful, and I won't put these into my Eccos again. It is nice that these fit in most of my shoes and are easily transferable, but the lack of cushion and the width will probably prevent me from purchasing this model again. I would consider buying the Superfeet Orange which purports to have great cushioning.

So far so good! Just got these insoles after reading all the positive reviews. I am training for both a half and full marathon, and therefore, need all the support I can get. Before I got these, I noticed my feet getting fatigued sooner and recovery taking longer during my training. After trying these insoles for the first time, I was able to run longer...with less fatigue afterwards. They will take some getting used to, but I have peace of mind knowing I am getting the proper support I need, and reducing injury. These insoles rock! Worth the investment.

Not really worth it - I'm kind of confused by these. I got the greens for extra arch support; the ones for flatter feet say they don't have full support, so I'm assuming these are "archier". I wear a woman's 11, so the size of Superfeet that fits lengthwise is pretty wide for all of my shoes (a combination of mediums and narrows, so if you have wide feet/shoes you'd probably be okay). I popped them in a pair of boots and a pair of sneakers, and wasn't too impressed. For comparison, I went out and got a pair of Profoot Aero-3s (they were like $13 or thereabouts) from the drugstore for comparison...and couldn't tell much of a difference. The Superfeet had a slightly more pronounced arch, but the cheapy ones were comfier and fit into my shoes much better. Planning to return them and use the price difference towards comfier shoes :)

Not worth it - I got these inserts based on the number of positive reviews. I have a mild case of plantar fasciitis and thought the added support would help. They are very hard and make my feet hurt. It's like I've been standing on a concrete floor all day just to wear them a few hours.

Superfeet - The Superfeet products are great. I now buy the Green ones for all athletic shoes and I use others in my non-athletic shoes. Much better support than the insoles that come with the shoes, even the higher end ones.

Superfeet work for arch support - I have feet that pronate - they roll inward slightly. When they roll, they flatten out. This leads to bad knees and I was having plenty of knee pain. A doctor recommended Superfeet and I have to say, my knees feel much better. The green are a good mid-level support for walking and running. They feel great in my regular Nike sneakers.
