With every pair of shoes I've purchased the Superfeet insoles have made a more comfortable shoe than the original insole. They hold up well too.

If you are looking for comfort or cushion, these are horrible insoles. I have gone through several pair so I'm sure it wasn't just an issue with one batch or I didn't give it enough time. These were highly recommended online and are sold in running shoe stores. I don't get it. The reason why I kept using Superfeet was that I was using them before I really stepped up my workout routine. My feet weren't hurting before that. Once I stepped it up, I thought it was a result of the extra miles I was putting in per week. I got sick of my feet hurting and went hunting for different shoes and insoles. I stuck with the shoes but the Superfeet had to go. What Superfeet provide is a very consistent feeling in your feet. They don't break down like cheap, basic insoles that come with shoes. But they provide absolutely no cushion or comfort. I don't believe in their argument about aligning your foot and using the natural cushion in your foot. I do too many miles per week to rely on the natural cushion in my feet. That's why I buy running shoes and extra insoles. Maybe their other models are better and provide cushion, but these are the only Superfeet available in extra wide. I have found the New Balance IPR3030 wide to be vastly superior to Superfeet. The NB insoles are the exact opposite of Superfeet. New Balance IPR3030 provide a lot of cushion especially in the ball of the foot and heel area. Those were the areas that my feet ached in when using Superfeet. I used Brooks Beast 4E shoes with both insoles.

I am 70 years old and I walk about 10 to 15 miles a day for exercise. I have very wide feet (12EEEE) and experience foot pain often. To resolve issues with my toes I use Brooks walking shoes and for heel pain these Superfeet Premium Green insoles. The balls of my feet also get sore and these help with that as well.

The jury is still out on how I feel about these. The bottom of my heels felt fine, but now the back of my heels were in major pain. Considering sending them back.

These are really helpful with plantar fasciitis. I could only run 6 miles before I started wearing my superfeet. Now I can run a marathon. Zappos was super fast getting them to me.

I bought these for a Vans boot that was only available in a size larger than what I wear. I am a repeat customer of Superfeet. These add support, comfort, and establish a good fit in boots. These are in my work boots. I stand on flat surface pretty stationary for about six hours. These have helped my achy feet. I definitely recommend them.

Great for comfort and plantar fasciitis relief. After recent onset of pf with the collapse of my arch on one foot, I researched and found that one of the best steps to take is to find a way to *properly* support the arch. Superfeet places it back further on the foot and that has made a great difference for me. I like how they are made so you can trim to fit your shoes exactly, too. I strongly recommend these to help you stay on your feet longer, whether walking or running.

I'm using a pair of Superfeet Wide Green insoles for my New Balance #928 (4E width) walking shoes, and mostly, they seem to be fairly comfortable, but what is irritating is the area of the stabilizer cap that fans out (section that is cut with 4 slots), causing pain in the outer part of the foot. I cut the fanned out portion which makes the insole more comfortable. The stabilizer cap is too long and I feel the ridge near the ball of the toes. I also wish that the arch support section was a bit higher, as I have a high instep. If the stabilizer cap was even made full length, it might even be more comfortable. Finding a really good insole is very difficult, and custom orthotics are far too expensive.

My son needs extra support for his very wide feet. When he inserted them into his shoes he immediately said this feels so much better.

Love these! I have pronating ankle and other feet problems and these have helped so much! I have them in my tennis shoes and winter boots. They help keep my ankle stabilized and my feet don't hurt as much as they used to.

It took about two weeks of wear before they felt comfortable, but after that they made my running shoes more comfortable than ever. Considering the shoes are a year old, it was very impressive. I will be buying more of these for my other shoes.

I was suffering badly with plantar fasciitis, and took a chance that these might help. I bought the green wide about 9 years ago. They took a week or so to get used to, and since them, I NEVER go without them. It took a while after I started wearing them for the problem to start to subside, but I no longer have problems with my feet. I would say it took about a year for the plantar fasciitis to totally resolve. Anything that involves tendons takes forever to heal. BTW, stretching your hamstrings helps as well. I love Superfeet. As I said, I never go without them. I even buy them for my children.

Recommended by my podiatrist for arthritis in my big toes. Put them in all my shoes and it was a big improvement. I'll be using these in all my shoes from now on.

I am an avid runner, fitness enthusiast, and aspiring yogi, and nurse, so am am on my feet most of the day, every day. These are by far the best inserts I have ever found. 7 years ago I discovered the perfect combo and i haven't changed since: asics gt21(and whatever the current model is) with superfeet green insoles. This combo has allowed me to log hundreds of miles virtually pain free. I was intitially skeptical because they feel hard and don't look supportive. A "Fleetfeet" team-member up in Sacramento watched me run and immediately recommended these insoles. Apparently I suffered from high arches and what I needed was extra SUPPORT, not extra cushion. I took a leap of faith over 7 years ago and i am so grateful, which is why I'm posting the review :) Wishing you all a happy and healthy life.

My foot doctor recommended these for me and I now keep them in all my athletic footwear. It gives me much better support and cushioning. I found that buying a bigger size fit my arch best and then I just cut them down to fit the shoe. Very simple and quick. They last well.

I have owned many orthotics over the years, from cheap brands to custom made, and these are by far the best I've owned. I will never own anything else for inserts.

i used to have problems with my back like alot, then i tryed super feet! after going to the chiropractor a couple times and trying all the other gel filled this and orthodonic that, i moved in with my cousin and he put the bug in my ear. yeah they might have hurt my feet at first, being flat footed on my right side i was expecting that, but after about a week my back was feeling better and felt like i was standing up much straighter! now its been 3 + years and i'll never have another pair of shoes or work boots without SUPERFEET!

My husband loves these! He has issues with his feet and back, and stands on concrete all day at work. He says he hasn't had any problems since using these insoles.

I am a big girl, and I have a flat 10WW foot, to boot! I use this insole in my brooks walking shoes. I love the arch support it offers. I can actually feel the difference in my foot after I have used these for a while. They just make my whole body feel aligned. I wish they had some of these that I can put in my little black ballet flats! My only complaint is that one of them squeaks (creaks?) when I walk. I don't think that's the case for all of them, but it is the case for the one in my right shoe. It's not a big deal because I love the way they make me feel, but it is a little embarrassing sometimes.

I love these inserts! I have short, wide (3EEE) feet and found that they fit perfectly in my work shoes. I am purchasing 2 more pair for my casual shoes and have found my plantar fasciitis has been greatly relieved. I didn't need any break-in time. No, they are not cushy soft, but if you need something firmer, these are for you. As a nurse, I am on my feet a lot and I know comfort when I feel it.

Love these inserts! My doctor sold me the brand she felt was the best, well they weren't after months of steroid shots, and other painful treatments, I decided to try these insoles, and am I so glad I did. It has been several months now, most of the pain is going, just problems between big and first toe, but that can't be helped by insoles, only surgery. I can now go on my morning walks and walk over an hour with comfort. I like the fact that these were wide as I wear wide shoes. All in all I can't be happier.

First pair of inserts I have every bought, and I am very surprised! I normally have to buy shoes every 6 months at $100 a pop, but these inserts made those worn out shoes feel like new! I've got these big size 12, 6E width duck feet, and the inserts were easily trimmed for a perfect fit in my Dunham Oxfords. I would highly recommend for comfort, support, and extra wide feet. Worth their weight in gold!

These are extremely comfortable. Be careful! Don't get these unless you truly have Wide shoes. Otherwise, they won't fit.
