28+ years of back pain is finally gone due to Superfeet inserts. I've had back surgery, acupuncture, PT, dry needling, chiropracters, etc. nothing worked. Finally a doctor told me to get these inserts. I thought this was absurd. He said not to get the expensive podiatrist made inserts. Get the green Superfeet inserts. I'm so happy to be pain free. You have no idea the quality of life I have now. I finally feel like myself again. I won't leave home without them.

I bought these, because they were so highly recommended by everyone, for their boots while rucking and going through different selections/schools. For my foot, they cause pretty bad hot spot on the arch (or lack thereof) of my foot and blistering as well. I cannot run more than 3 miles, or ruck more than 5-6 miles until I feel my foot about to blister and tear. I do however use these in my Nike MetCons for my workout shoes and they help keep my arch supported and reduce stress on the medial ligament in my knee during heavy squatting, cleaning, thrusters, etc.; and can wear for circuit training so they were not a complete waste of money. I would like to try other SuperFeet insoles, but at the price a bit hesitant to find good ones for running/rucking.

Ok so quick first impression, easy to trim to fit using an existing insole as a template, per the instructions figured I'd do a few hour test at home, I always buy good quality shoes, period~casual, gym, dress, you get the idea.. no joke these insoles feel awesome in every shoe I put them in, there really firm outta the box, so much so I thought these are going to be uncomfortable but they feel great, Lets see if they can take a few months of what I put them thru without folding, if so they be more heading my way.

I broke my leg a few years ago and after that healed I had excruciating pain in my feet. I would have to seriously talk myself into setting my feet on the ground every morning for three years. I finally went to the chiropractor after trying to figure out what was wrong and discovered I had plantar fasciitis. He recommended I try these insoles and so I did. Best decision I made. About three months after using them I went to put my feet on the ground one morning and realized they didn't hurt anymore. After three years of pain being my norm I was so happy and relieved and it's been about a year and I will never use anything else but these! Great product, really works!!

I have wide feet and really high arches. These didn't provide enough arch support for me. I prefer the Vionic Orthaheel insoles.

Work on concrete floors in a warehouse. Shifts can be anywhere from 8-14 hours, and I average 20 miles of walking a day. Typically would come home with sore feet after a shift. Bought these, barely had to trim anything (Size 14), and I haven't come home with sore feet at all in the last month. It's amazing! It takes a couple days to get used to the extra cushion under your heel, but I've had zero issues with these insoles. Definitely gonna buy another pair once these wear down.

I bought these a few weeks ago and have tried them several times. My feet hurt worse in these than other orthotics or even in flip flops. Too painful to wear for any length of time. I'm disappointed.

I love these insoles! I am a waitress and my feet would be throbbing and so painful once I got home after work. I wear these and my feet feel awesome. No more pain. I do have high arches. I heard these don't do well with people with low arches. Also these are pretty high volume, so they won't fit into tight fitting footwear. These did fit in my skechers waitress shoes and all my boots for winter.

I'm an almost a decade long dedicated customer/user of green superfeet. I had a heel spur and PF so bad that it was stopping me from hiking, and super painful to get out of bed in the morning. My friend recommended, and even bought me my first pair. It took about 6 months but one day I noticed I no longer had any pain straight out of bed, and most importantly, no pain when hiking. I've recommended to other friends, and when they finally try it, after about 6 months, they too are singing the praises of green superfeet!!

Thanks for the blisters! :D I have 250 miles in my Hoka Clifton 3's. One 5-mile run in SuperFeet and I had awful blisters on both big toes. I also felt no difference in comfort or support compared to the factory insoles. In fact, I think SuperFeet make the fit even less comfortable because the size of the insoles takes up any extra room in the shoe.

The largest size and wide is wider than any shoes I've been able to buy at size 15. Thought I'd be smart and go wider than the regular size that has worked well- but heel is too wide to trim. Might work well I. Snow boot likeSorels or boot foot waders but not in running and hiking boots I own so far. Not bad just notably WIDE

I have flat feet and need arch support and comfort. I have tried various types of inner soles and these are the best and most comfortable.

I bought these inserts 3-4 months ago, and they have changed my life. One foot was turning inward, and my podiatrist specifically recommended Superfeet Green. Once I started using the inserts, my feet went from hurting every day to hurting only once or twice since I've owned them. I will be buying more. The bottom side of the insert is hard plastic; therefore the insoles will not wear out easily and are made to last.

I have been suffering from my feet for many years, I have done cortizon shoots, physical therapy, many different insoles and different shoes and nothing made me feet happy until I was intruduced to superfeet. After using the superfeet green insole I can promise that my feet have improved by about 90% if not more.

I got the 17 2E-4E size for a new pair of shoes in order to help with my plantar fasciitis. I had previously used the Orange Superfeet but found them to not be as effective as these green ones for my plantar fasciitis. Overall, a very comfortable insert.

My boss gave me a pair of Superfeet wideGreen after the company hike. I used them when I walk my dog (five miles a day), and when I go to work. They work GREAT, and I can not thank my boss for giving them to me to try. When I sell a pair of shoes or boots I can tell the customers that I am wearing them now, and they feel GREAT!

At first they were great then after 2 days of wear they started squeaking relentlessly and are so annoying to me and anybody within 10 feet to the point I do not use them. They still function great but the squeaking must be a design flaw wear the soft sole rubs against the hard plastic insert. I will not be using these anymore and am looking for a similar products without a plastic insert that will not cause such an annoyance.

I use green superfeet in all my shoes and boots and dressshoes as this was instructions from my Physical Therapist. My arches fell. I decided to try the wide green to see if I could tell a difference and they are awesome like the regular green ones. Just make sure your shoe is wide width as well.

I fractured a hip a few years ago and discovered Superfeet insoles for my hiking boots and walking shoes. They provide the needed support and balance lacking in regular insoles. I bought a new pair because my old L.L. Bean hiking boots were discontinued and I couldn't find a suitable replacement. Replacing the old Superfeet insoles with new ones provided better support and extended the use of my boots. I bought a second pair for my husband's old hiking boots with the same results.

This is my 3rd pair of Superfeet (green) --I love the support that they provide. They're also easy to interchange among the shoes that I wear. It took a few tries, but I finally got it right with Size C for my Women's Size 8.5 Nike running shoes. The suggested Size D for Women's 8.5 were way too wide, even after I trimmed the length. I had also tried lower/medium profiles of Superfeet in Size D, which had the same width problem post-trimming and they were not as supportive as I needed.

I had really wanted to like these insoles. I am a nurse, and had heard good things about the Superfeet insoles, particularly the green ones. I was happy to see that they had the wide option available, as I have wide feet. Unfortunately, that's where the good stopped. I am on my feet for 12 hours per shift, and these insoles provided no cushioning or support whatsoever. There was no pressure relief, arch support, nothing. My feet ached at the end of my shifts. Additionally, these insoles made my feet feel hot, hotter than other insoles or with the standard sock insole that comes in the shoe. I tried these out for over a month hoping that they would eventually feel better, but it never happened. Eventually, I went to a pedorthist and he recommended the New Balance pressure support insoles, and they are phenomenal. I would recommend them over Superfeet any day of the week.
