I had the composite toe shoes and the soles delaminated so I got a warranty replacement which was just one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a LONG time. Great support for a great product. My last pair are still in reserve and i wore them comfortably while I waited for these to arrive.

i wear these for work 40-50 hrs a week, I've had the same boot for 5+ yrs and love them, very comfortable and durable, no breaking in time required...I will continue to purchase this product

I purchased this pair of boots for my boyfriend whose job entails standing for over 8 hours performing electrical work. My concern was finding a boot not only in size 15, but one that met certain product standards. He was extremely pleased with the fit, design and comfort of the boot. It didn't require any breaking in and didn't cause any discomfort at all. Not sure when he's going to need another pair of boots but I do know, this is definitely the place I'll shop to get them.

After reading all of the other reviews, I am confused. I have purchased a pair of these boots every year for the past nine years. I am a maintenance person and I'm on my feet 8-10 hours a day. I don't get them wet often, but they are constantly soaked in oil and printing ink.
I originally purchased them, because they are light weight, and I was tired of dragging my feet around with heavy boots. I noticed that the majority of the reviews stated that the soles crack. I have not experienced this issue at all. When I get a new pair, I take the old pair home and use them for mowing and other work around the house. I have yet to have a pair fail. Most of the time I end up throwing them out after 2 years(1 year at work, 1 at home) even though they are still wearable. I will continue to purchase these boots, as long as Timberland continues to make them.

Hands down best safety toe boots on the market. i've had 4 pair & they are extremely comfortable with a reasonable life. i've done everything in these boots from casual wear, long distance backpacking, hunting, garage/yard work, to manufacturing facility work. I tried a pair of CAT but they gave me blisters so i came straight back.

usually wear a 10D or 10.5D. Timberland tends to run large for me but I guessed at a 9.5D and it was a perfect fit. This boot isn't too high on my leg, fits great, has a strong arch support, plenty of toe room, a strong toe cap and fit from the first time I put them on. They're leather so they need a little time to warm to your foot but it took less than an hour for them to 'form fit' to me. Great Timberland quality, good sturdy comfortable boot. Definitely recommended.

Great boots that fit just like you would expect from Timberland. The toe box looks a little different once they get broken in but I have a wide foot and they fit great and are lighter than steel toes. Bought these while working at a nuke to get through the metal detector without having to take my boots off. Would buy again. 3 stars for style since they aren't as nice looking as steelies.

Very light. When they are laced all the way up they are very flexible when I squat down, which surprised me, most boots are too stiff, not these. I cant feel the boot around my high ankle like most boots, there was no break in needed, it was like I've been wearing them for months. The inside of the sole is comfortable and sometimes feels squishy. I work law enforcement, they clear metal detectors all day. The toe of the boot allows for a good shine, which also surprised me because of the type of leather, the leather almost looks less rough on the toe. Delivery was impeccable, duh Zappos next day was exactly that. I live in Arizona and I ordered them Wednesday night and got them Thursday evening. I've been recommending them to all my fellow officers.

As always with Zappos the order was processed quickly, and arrived within a few days of order. Now down to business. The Timberland Pro TITAN boots are ever bit as comfortable as the older pair I have with no break in time. The reason for the 4 stars on style is because the older style had a black toe guard that prevented scratching. The front of this boot is already scuffed up only after about two weeks. Why does a company change something that works. Oh well, with that being the only glitch in a near perfect boot, I would still recommend that you buy this boot because to me this is the most comfortable boot on the market.

This work boot is great. I started a new job on a Monday and got these on a Friday before and after wearing them the weekend prior to the job they were like wearing sneakers. I do a lot of climbing and multi-level work and they hold up through all of it. Even with my larger ankles I thought they'd rub and irritate after a few hours, but I have yet to have any issues. Best work boot I've ever had.

My husband likes these for work - he is in management in an industrial setting, so he needs boots that are appropriate (non slip, composite toe) but also look clean and professional. These look nicer than the standard black or suede work boot, and are comfortable enough to wear all day (12 hours).

The size and fit are okay, so far, no problem with them. The real test is when the weather will change to rain and/or snow. If they keep my feet warm and dry.
