Awesome "sneaker" Just got back from Europe and this was my favorite walking shoe! I like the laces because I like my shoes to really hold the foot. The perforations let them breathe a bit (it was about 95 in Rome). Great arch support. No plantar pain. Yeah. My 2nd favorite shoe is the Naot Alyssa. The Birkenstocks ended up giving me a blister, so I didn't use them much.

Exactly what I was looking for - Have only worn the Naot’s a few times but am taking them to Europe as my walking shoes. Very comfortable. I have worn 10N shoes for years but wanted a slightly longer shoe for extensive walking and the 42 fit the bill perfectly. Wide enough to wear socks but not too wide for a narrow foot.

GREAT GREAT GREAT! These shoes were a godsend. I have plantar fasciitis and had planned a trip to Rome... IOW, a LOT of walking on hard [cobblestone] surfaces. From the first moment I put these shoes on, my feet were very comfortable. We walked around the city for 5 days and these babies made my trip! I know they are very expensive, but well worth the $$$. My pair are now a year old and still going strong. As I had a limited choice of colors last year [either red/white or black/white - I chose black], I am happy they now come in more neutral brown. They are already in my cart! Also, I didn't size up as suggested, but I wore them w/out socks [used thin peds]. This worked well for me... Oh, and orthotics weren't even necessary which is rare in my case!

Most comfortable I have ever owned. This is the best shoe I have ever worn. I use it for a nurse's duty shoe and have had many comments on how classy it looks. Comfort is my priority, and this one fits that need.

I love Naots - I have two pair of the Naot Matai (Mary Jane style) shoes that I absolutely LOVE and wear to death. I bought the same size (39) and this one feels too snug. I even double checked the box to make sure I ordered the same size. The color looked a lot more rust than I thought it would. They kind of look like the old Earth shoes I wore back in 7th grade. Saying all that, I will still give them a 5 across the board just because Naot shoes are amazingly comfortable and good for your feet even when you have horrible feet like mine!

Comfy - This is the first Naot tennis type shoe I've worn. It runs a little roomier and is like a ballet slipper in comfort, but still has the 'orthotic' like support and sole. I wore the same size as for their sandals as the smaller size was not available. No break in period required.

Love them but must've gotten a dud - I absolutely love these shoes!!! I have arthritis in my spine and stand on very hard floors 10 hours a day. With these shoes my back, legs and feet don't hurt at the end of a long day. It has been very nice, however after just two weeks of owning the shoes (and not having worn them every day either- I bought a pair of Saucony's when I got this shoe) the sole of the right shoe came completely unglued. I am going to try another pair and hopefully this won't happen again. Zappos has been fabulous with their customer service and I am recommending others check them out when purchasing shoes!!

A walking dream - I have one foot that is one size bigger than the other. No problem for these soft walking shoes. You can adjust this soft shoe by cinching the laces. Ready to wear, no breaking in. They are so comfortable that I am considering more Naots… budget permitting.

A Great, Comfortable Shoe - I bought these shoes just prior to a recent trip. I needed a great pair of walking shoes, because I'm experiencing heel pain in one foot. I haven't worn anything else for the last three weeks. These are hands-down, the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. Great arch support! And cute too...I get lots of compliments!

Omigosh, the best shoe ever... I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot and this shoe is a godsend! Wore it right out of the box - no need to break in OR use my orthotics! Took my brand new pair on a heavy walking trip to Rome for a week and was so happy! They were the most comfortable shoes I had with me. Alternated them with a pair of Eccos and basically forgot I had a foot problem. The Naots can be worn with or w/out socks - no rubbing, slipping, etc. Realize they are expensive, but feel they're worth every penny. Have also gotten several compliments on the sporty look. Can't recommend them highly enough and will look for more styles [and sales] of these in the future. Fit is accurate to size and as mentioned earlier, don't even need inserts for comfort/support.

The best shoe ever - I have very bad feet and legs. It is close to impossible to find a casual tennis type shoe for my feet. When I saw Naot had these shoes, I not only liked the look, but I know from wearing their sandals that the shoe molds to your foot. I love them and wish I could get two more pairs. They are expensive, but you truly get what you paid for.

Stylish comfort shoe - Naot is the only brand that has enough arch support that I can wear them off the shelf. I have been waiting for a stylish walking shoe for a while. This is it.

Beautiful shoe that I so wanted to keep. However the ankle area gapped badly on me and so I will return. Love the combination of the while leather and the shiny gold. Very classy!

Very cute/fun shoe. However, the heel cup is very shallow. For that reason, sadly I had to return the shoes.

These were too wide in the heel.

My size is 10.5 N, which was not an option. I ordered the 41 and the 42 and am returning them both. Neither fit perfectly and, despite the excellent padding, they don't have actual arch support. My orthotics don't fit in them, and even if they did, I probably wouldn't get a lot of wear out of pale blue suede shoes. Oh well. A Zappo's point - the 41's arrived in only a shipping box, without a shoe box, and they had obviously been worn.

These are the most comfortable shoes ever! I usually wear either a 38 or 39 in Naots and in these, the 38 was perfect; felt a bit small at first (the arch felt too far forward) but they have been extremely comfortable. The laces stay tied without double knotting, and these shoes literally feel like I'm wearing slipper socks, but with great support. My only criticism is that the grey color is more of a metallic blue. I have med. to wide feet, and a low instep, and these shoes felt like they were made for my feet; no break in time needed at all. I have had problems with heel spurs and plantar fasciitis,and I have absolutely no pain after walking in these for hours.

The Kumara has good arch support and seems fairly comfortable in general. The toe box is a little on the narrow side, but had sufficient room for a longer big toe. Comfy footbed that is removable and I would have kept these, but the ball of my right foot hurt from pressure when I kept them on for a couple of hours around the house. Too bad because they actually fit both my feet. The color is very odd and I didn't particularly like that about the shoe. Wish they came in more than the two colors. I'm afraid these must go back. Thanks to Zappos for such fabulous customer service. I'll just have to keep trying.

I have foot problems and find it hard to find shoes that I can walk in. These are really wonderful. They give good support and are very flexible.

Very stylish, nice and light! Now quite a good support as I had hoped. But a well made comfortable shoe.

Naot Kumara - These are comfy, cushiony, supportive, stylish. I can walk and stand literally all day long in them. Every time I wear them, people ask what they are. The white is very bright. I would have preferred off white, but love the contrast with the black.

Naot - Great arch support. The back comes up a little high on the ankle and will take some adjusting. Am still trying to figure out whether to wear some kind of sock. The nonvisible kind won't stay on my foot but feel if I don't wear something it will be hot, sweaty and stinky before long. Already received lots of compliments, and am anxious to see how long the white stays white and how easy it will be to clean.

I am a hairdresser and stand on my feet all day long. I am constantly on the lookout for something stylish and comfortable. The shoe is extremely comfortable and somewhat stylish. My ten year old daughter said it looks like a "golf shoe", but likes it. I have gotten a lot of other "positive" feedback on the looks, but to be honest, they are so comfortable that I don't care if it looks like I'm going golfing.

I have a size 7.5C foot with square, wide toes but a narrower heel and a high instep. I typically wear a size 38 in the Naot Koru collection and ordered these in size 38 but these were too tight on my feet. The arch support in the right shoe also felt like it was a little too far forward, toward the ball of the foot. I was also disappointed in the look of the shoe, which I got in black on black. It did not look stylish at all. Maybe that's only true of the black color? I ended up going with the Manga booties, which fit like a dream and are super cute, too.

Too tight ! I have several pairs of Naot but these just don’t fit well. The leather is as always beautiful.
