These run a full size big. I wear an 8, ordered an 8 and returned them for a size 7. Nice cusion, great arch support and really cute!

I have multiple foot problems and finding cute shoes that I can actually walk around in for more than a few minutes is hard. These Naots are fabulous - comfortable, supportive and stylish.

These just might be the most comfortable shoes I've ever had (and in 60+ years I've had a lot of shoes). I was a little surprised to discover they are actually very dark blue (in sunlight) rather than black or grey as I thought when I ordered them. But it doesn't matter because I wanted them to wear with jeans and they go well with denim. They are not at all dressy looking and I don't think they would go very well with skirts. I just love the comfort, and so many comfortable shoes are ugly -- whereas these are really cute.

This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I have arthritis, so comfort and support are my main concerns. I did order a size smaller as recommended and they fit perfectly. These shoes look good with casual or dressier clothes. They were more expensive than I usually pay but are well worth it.

My friend calls these my "wicked witch of the west shoes" I love them. I was in Santa Fe recently and saw a woman wearing them. I wanted a pair, shopped around on line and ordered them from my very favorite online shoe store: Zappos. They are comfortable but can look dressy enough to wear when dressed up.

Fabulous! I purchased these shortly before going to Europe for two weeks. These are without question the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. No break in period required. Did 5-6 hours of walking every day - no blisters, no rubbing, and looked great dressed up or casual. Ordered one size lower than normal. Worth every penny!!

Comfort! I am recovering from a neuroma in my foot and was urged by my podiatrist to wear Birkenstocks...well, I just couldn’t bring myself to do it! In searching for an alternative (I am heading to Europe for 2 weeks and will be doing inordinate amounts of standing/walking) walking shoe stumbled across these Naot Matai. They were heaven from the moment I put them on. The foot bed is amazing and provides good support. There was no rubbing anywhere and the adjustable straps are great for swollen feet at the end of the day! They are just a tad clunky but stylish enough to pull it off. Cute with both skirts and pants/capris. My only fault would be that it doesn’t come in half sizes. I wear 8.5 and the 39 fits just a tad sung at the toes but the leather is so soft that I am not having any issues.

Naot Matai - Great shoe, give it a try!! Besides, what have you got to loose?! With Zappos excellent service - nothing!! Zappos customer service is beyond compare!!

Fabulous Shoe! Never tried this brand before, but I certainly will again. I have a very high arch and the support in these shoes is beyond excellent. It's like walking on a soft, supportive cloud! I got the orange color and it's bright and fun and perfect for spring. No breaking in and I've worn with and without socks. Fabulous, comfortable, walking, fashionable shoe--jeans, capris, skirts will all work great with these cozy shoes.

A real winner - This is a very comfortable soft shoe. It can be worn with or without socks. It gives my feet the support they need in a flat shoe. The arch support is pretty good. Also they are very stylish. They look great with skinny pants, ankle pants, or skirts. I'm very pleased with these shoes.

Excellent, comfortable shoe - No need to break this shoe in. Right out of the box, it's a treat to wear.

Really comfortable - I have had several surgeries on my left foot and ankle and have trouble finding shoes that are both comfortable AND stylish. With these Naot shoes, I get both, in abundance. My feet are very narrow so I will probably have to go to a shoemaker to shorten the strap and add more velcro to the top strap to give me enough hold contact. But, even so, these are wonderful shoes.

So CUTE! I love this shoe - very soft, yet sturdy, stylish, low profile. Cute with capris pants, skirts, anything! My only problem is I have a high arch, with a bone spur on the top of one foot, so the strap hits just in the wrong place for that one foot. Sadly, I will have to return them. Zappos has superb customer service and has been so patient as I find the right shoe for my Italy trip.

I think the Naot footwear is great! I work in a hospital and am on my feet all day and these shoes provide the support and style that make my work as a therapist, a real pleasure.

Heaven! I was in heaven the minute I put this shoe on. I knew right away that I had invested in a quality product. I wore it all day without a thought. I got 4 pairs of shoes from Zappos and this was the only one I kept. I plan to take these shoes on a trip to Peru as a dressier alternative to my hikers. They are pretty cute too. Even in a size 11!

Definitely worth the money... This is my second pair of Naot shoes. They are truly the most comfortable pairs of shoes that I own. There is no need to break them in; they are comfortable from day one. I also love the style of this particular pair. I ordered the green pair and received several compliments the first day I wore them out.

These shoes are a dream - Took these shoes to D.C. for spring break and walked for 4 days in them. They felt fantastic immediately, even in cold & wet conditions! Cute styling, fancier than other mary jane styles. I wear a 9 US and got the 39 and they were perfect, even with a light sock.

Cute & comfy - I've never worn Naot shoes, so this was an experiment. Very comfy, cute, casual mary-jane with unique styling.

Cute and comfortable - Initially felt tight and the inner sole was a little uncomfortable but with wear, it became very comfortable. Walked in Italian hill towns for a week and forgot they were on my feet.

Great comfort in a great looking shoe - These shoes are unbelievable. So comfortable, so much support and so great looking. They are dressier than an athletic shoe, but every bit as comfortable. Excellent quality both in design and construction.

The Shape of a Foot - What you cannot clearly see in the pictures is that this shoe is shaped like a foot. The point of the toe is not at the center, but toward the inside, just in place for the big toe. The curve of the shoe follows the natural curve of my toes, making for an elegant shape and no deformed toes. These are elegantly made. I wear a wide 9.5 and following the reviews, bought a 40 (9). They fit perfectly.

Can't Stop Wearing Them - These shoes go everywhere, do everything, and look great! I bought them because of the angled strap--I had reconstructive ankle surgery last year and one ankle sometimes swells--these straps accommodate that perfectly. But more important these shoes are comfortable and CUTE, CUTE, CUTE. I've worn them with skirts and pants; to meetings, shopping, and walking the dog. They are comfortable with or without socks. My only concern is wear along the suede edging in the front. I'd buy these shoes again (and again) and wish they came in more colors.

Happy Feet!! Zappos does it again! I ordered these shoes Saturday and they were waiting for me Monday night when I got home, and I live on the west coast. Practically instant manifestation. These shoes rock and are the most comfortable I've worn in many years. I read other reviews and got a size smaller and they fit perfectly. Will definitely be getting more Naots. So Cute! I purchased the terra cotta. They are really pretty and everybody asks about them. They are super soft, comfortable and reasonably roomy in the toe box for those of us with mild bunions. They seem about one size larger than marked. At first I thought that was part of the design to accommodate the slightly pointed toe. Now that I've been wearing them for a few weeks...I wish I had ordered one size smaller. Other than that, I love everything about them and I'm ordering more NAOTs right now!

Matai - I was looking for a shoe I could wear with both jeans and a skirt. I was also looking for a shoe that is comfortable for up to 8 hours of walking daily. We have not left for the sightseeing yet but I have been wearing it in preparation. I have needed a few initial band aids on the heels. Other than that I often forget I have the shoe on. It is a beautiful shoe!
