Naot makes an extremely comfortable shoe for anyone with fallen arches or sore feet. There is great support and a well-cushioned footbed. While the style is not your typical flat, they are fairly attractive with jeans and I have received compliments on these shoes. Overall I have really enjoyed wearing these shoes.

These are spectacular shoes and I heartily recommend them. The first day I wore them I walked all over Washington D.C. without a problem. No break in necessary! I found that they fit true to size, despite many of the reviews that seemed to indicate that they ran big. They can be dressed up or down and can be taken anywhere. These shoes from Naot receive my highest recommendation!

I've had the Matai shoes about a month now, and I love them more every day. I've long bought Ecco loafers for work, and have a few pairs of Clarks. The Naots are a step beyond.

I have a new favorite brand of shoe. I bought 1 pair of Naot sandals and knew I had to have more. I now have 4 pairs of Naot shoes. These shoes are super comfy, cut and even though expensive, very much worth every penny. They do run true to size. I am a size six and ordered to their suggestion of ordering a size 5 and they are perfect. My feet are not tired after wearing them all day and even though my feet swell throughout the day they shoes felt great.

I was hesitant to spend so much money on a pair of shoes, but my feet were killing me! I was recovering from a foot injury, so I splurged. I am so happy that I did! These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Great arch support for my high arches and so cushy. As they describe, they get more comfortable as you wear them. They really are almost therapeutic. Whenever my feet feel sore, I rush to put on my Noats and they immediately feel better. Thanks Zappos. If not for your generous return policies, I may not have tried these shoes.

Really pleased with these shoes. I have 3 other pairs, same style. You can walk & stand in these shoes for long periods & still look like you are not in orthotics!

These are very comfortable shoes! I wore them out of the box on a three day trip to Manhattan and walked a lot. My feet were fine during and after. I especially liked the arch support - I have had plantar fasciitis in the past. They are a little cutesy with the swirl for work, but I do wear them on casual Fridays...I love them!

Probably the most comfortable shoes I've worn in a long time. They seem to run a little large, but I'm not going for the next size down. And I love the look!

I have very high arches and love this shoe. It has been so very comfortable. I have gotten a lot of compliments on it too. I wear it with skirts/tights or slacks in a business casual environment and running after my young kids. I have two pairs of Naot shoes. They are very expensive but not having my feet hurt by noon is worth it to me!

Believe the Hype. These shoes are like wearing pillows. I got the gold metallic color and felt it was a little showy so I am waiting until they get the color I want in my size. I wear a 6½ and the size 6 fit perfectly, even with medium socks.

Naot Matai have to be the most comfortable shoes ever. They throw your weight towards the back of the shoe which alleviates any strain on your joints. The leather is soft and supple. The shoe is wide enough to accommodate foot problems like bunions. I liked these so much that I ordered them in 2 colors and I wear them constantly.

I love this shoe! Very comfortable with a lot of arch support. I am a hairdresser and can stand 8-10 hours without any foot, knee, or leg stress. I have been looking for an attractive, comfortable, stylish shoe for a very long time....these shoes fit the bill!

I almost passed on this shoe due to the price, but after trying on other less expensive options, decided it was well worth it. I will be wearing these exclusively in Europe for an upcoming trip. They are very comfortable and look good with pants or skirts.

Love them! I work in retail and am on my feet all day. These shoes were totally comfortable, all day, the first day I wore them. I took the advice on the description and ordered them one size smaller and they fit perfectly. Plus, they're cute, cute, cute...

I now have two pairs of these. The first pair are not even worn out, they just got stretched out when I put custom orthotics in without removing the insole (my mistake). I still love them, but I wanted a new pair. Wear forever. Look great for the office.

Really great arch support, nice on my plantar fasciitis. Really comfortable, I could wear all day walking right out of the box. The sole is rubber and not super-cushy; if you like a lot of padding under your foot, this may not be for you. Smaller profile makes this pack well too.

These shoes are the best. Yes, they are expensive, but they are worth every penny. The support is amazing. They are so comfortable. I bought them for a trip to Paris where we walked miles every day, and my feet were great. I have bunions and high arches, and these shoes are like walking on a cloud. I love them. If I had the money, I would buy only Naot shoes. Zappos won my heart with this order. It was so easy and quick to shop. I never thought I'd order shoes online, but I do now because of Zappos. I know I can trust them, and they're always doing nice things like upgrading my shipping. It's crazy how great they are.

I love these shoes - I also have them in black. They are so comfortable. I don't even need to wear my custom orthotics in these. The fit is adjustable with the strap. I'm stingy with money but these are worth every penny.

Okay, so these shoes just arrived a few hours ago. I already knew before they arrived that I would love them, but I wore them around the house for a few hours to give them a test drive. What can I say? They're amazing! They have hit all my major goals: comfort, feminine girly style, beauty, cozy-ness, lots of room in the toe box (my toes hate to be cramped in a tight narrow area), and the color (peacock) is stunning! On top of that, I think Zappos is a magical company that has a delivery system that uses transdimensional fairies. I'm still completely amazed that they are able to deliver packages so fast. I'm convinced Zappos uses magic! I couldn't be more pleased with these shoes and this purchase. Looking forward to a long happy relationship with these shoes.

I can no longer wear the shoes that once filled my closet. I needed something lower and easier on my toes. These shoes fill the bill. They are so comfortable and a joy to wear. I am a Naot convert.
