Looks professional enough to wear to the office and stylish enough to wear to after-work parties. The size matches what I ordered and what I wear.

Needed another pair of black shoes for a decent price and these fit the bill. They are pretty true to size and have a decent fit. They do get tight across the top if you lace too tight but if you don't lace tight enough they become undone or are lose. Wearing all day and walking around you may need insoles.

Great feel and look. Felt like sturdy shoes that will last. Feels like a man's shoe. Can never go wrong with Kenneth Coles.

Beautiful pair of shoes but OMG - did they hurt for the first day or two. Phew. Ouch. Now that they are bit more worn in, they are getting much better.

Requires a 4-week break-in period. These shoes will squeak where the leather meets the welt and the stiffness will slam the sole to the ground heel to toe making a racket as you walk. After the back of your heels form a thick callous, then the shoes finally break in & soften and hence are enjoyable and good looking. Get plenty of shoe shines to help soften and get the dull leather up to a mild lustre.

Awesome looking shoe. However, it is really tight in size, is at least a 1/2 size smaller and very narrow. Shoe makes noise when I walk. It does get better as it breaks in.

Leather started to crack only after a month of wear. I don't stand a lot in them either, at a desk for 8 hours a day. It feels like a cheap synthetic leather so beware. I should have bought full grain leather like I always do, but their looks got me to try them. They looked good and felt comfortable while they lasted. In my honest opinion spend the extra cash on a full grain; the longevity of it will save you more money in the long run.

The overall design/look of this shoe is superb, but the finish on these shoes is of extremely poor quality. I ordered the brown, and it was flaking right out of the box. I think KCR shoes quality has declined tremendously over the past 5 years.

I bought this shoe to replace some Kenneth Cole Reactions I bought (and really, really loved) back in 2002. I was very disappointed to find out that the quality standard for this shoe has really gone downhill. They felt cheap and they looked like I was wearing a pair of Sketchers. The quality of the sole was especially disappointing. Need to find a new brand.

Simply a terrible shoe and here is why...The construction is subpar for a shoe in this price range. I owned a pair of KC Reaction shoes, very similar, had them for a few years, no problems, but finally wore out. I was so impressed with their previous durability, I bought these. What a mistake. 1) Just after a year of wear, and keep in mind that this isn't every day wear, or "hard" wearing of the shoe, the soles cracked at the ball of my toe, and now I can't wear them when its wet or my sock gets soaked. 2) The side of the shoe that bends with your toe when you walk started cracking and the "leather" cover is peeling. It just crinkled and finally cracked and now has peeled. 3) Minor, but the laces broke, actually unraveled then pulled apart. Just a testament to the poor quality of the rest of the shoe. I paid a lot for my pair. I see now this shoe is less? This is absurd. A great looking show but Poor craftsmanship through and through. Pass these up and find something better.

These are very disappointing shoes! I bought these four months ago and I just noticed a hole in the leather on a crease near the toe box and arch. I now see another area about to split as well. These are comfortable shoes but obviously made of poor quality materials. I will contact customer service to see what Zappos will do about the short life span on these shoes.

Poor quality. Fake Leather. Suffles after 24 hours of casual use. Don't be fooled by the sleek design, it will lose it shape and get ugly wrinkles.

Excellent shoes!!! This is my third time purcahsing this exact shoe for my husband. They last long and go with any outfit.

I`ve been wearing these shoes for a good 5 years now… just retired my 3rd pair. I wear shoes everyday and on weekends so I really wear them down fast. With that said, the Simplicity shoe is flexible in that I wear it for work and leisure, I also pair them up with a suit and jeans. Not too many shoes work in both worlds. Even after being on these shoes all day long, they are supportive and my feet don`t bother me. My only gripe and it is minor is that the shoes do take a good 3 wears to break in. My suggestion is to break them in on an "off" day. Wear them for an hour, take them off. Wear them on another day for an hour then take them off. Repeat cycle… at least this way you`re breaking them in and not bruising yourself. Other than that, I`m getting another pair. For the price and considering the amount of usage I get out of them, these are a good priced and solid pair of shoes.

Comfortable! Interior is padded and walking around in them, even a lot, is comfy. I've had Kenneth Cole shoes before like these, and they've improved the sole by making it part leather, part rubber, and that suggests longer-lasting durability. Super-shiny! Nice black shoes that I wear with slacks or with jeans.

I had a pair of these for eight years and loved them since I bought them. After eight years, I finally need to replace them. I've kept wooden shoe trees in them the entire time. My experience is that they are comfortable, stylish, and wear better than any pair of shoes I've ever had. Also had the slip on version of this shoe with a similar experience. Looking for new KC's now.

Timeless style….my fourth pair.

I love these shoes and was so happy to see that they were on sale. I think I know why. Although the site says they are leather - they if fact, are not. Under the tongue of the shoe, it says Upper: Man-made, Lower: Man-made, Sole: Man-mad. Made in China. They're gorgeous shoes, but I'm not going to expect they will last as long as I hope. I've been a Kenneth Cole fan for years and it seems that the quality has dropped considerably. This makes my heart ache. ??

I have wide, flat feet and wear orthotics because of them. I'm sure someone with a normal foot would have a better fit, but I am able to wear them comfortably at work all day.
